Arrive with your friends and family to the entrance of Zoo Miami. With your pre-booked tickets, easily be admitted and start exploring without wasting any time. Parents with children less than two years old can enjoy bringing their kids for free.
Inside the zoo, you are free to discover the exhibits at your own pace and spend as much time as you want with your favorite animals. Say hello to the elephants, koalas, monkeys, and rhinoceroses that roam freely in cageless enclosures. Then, go to the Asian-themed aviary exhibit or stop to see the Amazon rainforest area.
If you choose to upgrade your experience with the food and beverage package, stop to stay fueled up with a snack and get a refreshing drink. Before you go, stop by the expansive aquarium and make a visit to sea venomous snakes.

Huge zoo. Lots of walking. Take one of the bike riding carts. Food was good but wish we would have gotten a cart. Everything closes at 5:00 so if you want the gift shop get there before 5

Unfortunately I did not make it to the Zoo because of terrible rain then I got sick the next and headed home the day after, but the staff was so friendly and understanding. They gave me back a full refund and I have already set my calendar to redo this event in May

Despite the rain and thunderstorms. We were allowed to enter the zoo. Which we were able to see 12 animals. I still enjoyed the zoo!..

Good atmosphere the app to buy the cycles was down. So we did not stay long— food was good though i highly recommend nourish 305 overall

TheZoo is huge! BUT there are so many animals missing. We saw about 5 in total; that for a place this big is bad. Its a nice place to walk around, but there isnt a lot to see.

Get ready to walk or pedal all 6 miles . We barely saw any animals they were hiding, so I guess they have specific hours you can really appreciate them. Over all it was a cute experience for me and my family.

This zoo is huge. I recommend that you rent the bike or the ride on. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. I will visit it again

I have been to several zoo's and saw a few animals I've never seen. Also we weren't traveling with children ut great amenities for the kids including splash pads and photo opts.

Terrible. Where are the few animals you have there. Are kidding me. In some areas there's none, others only 1. Stressed elephants 2. WHERE ARE THE CLEAR SIGNS TO TELL PEOPLE DIRECTIONS.

This place is as bad as the Miami sea aquarium.

An amazing zoo, huge enclosures. Especially went for the giraffe feeding for my partner. Extra special memory for her. Plenty of water fountains to refill our bottles and plenty of sprinklers for cooling off.

Zoo is nice but first policy about weather is horrible it was rain then didn’t allow to change ticket for difrent day all animals was Hyde. Horrible experience

Terrible zoo, such of waste of time and money. There were not animals to see. One sleeping tiger, three sleeping lions. The rest was just cows, goats, and wild pigs from Africa. The zoo was destroyed during a hurricane and it was never renovated.Many areas were in construction.There were no tour guides available.
The food was disgusting. Terrible experience. Period. Do not go.

Zoo was a bit depressing..not so lively and some exhibits were closed. Batheroom were eh.. it would have been nice to see the animals come out.

We had such a good day at the Zoo. It was very quiet and there was lots to see. Giraffe feeding was my favourite. We had the lunch package and this was a really nice tasty lunch

Just beautiful!!! So many animals so many things to see! Food was good too, we got the tickets with food package a little pricey though and not very rewarding since you only ate able to pick only 1 item per person. But animals and the whole thing was beautiful

This is a nice zoo. Pretty much all the same animals you see at every zoo. The park was well cared for and very few exhibits where the represented animals were not present and easily spotted. We went on a Monday afternoon with no crowds and a beautiful day!

My worse experience ever ! Customer service is probably the worst in the world, im from Tampa and the difference prices and professionalism is insane plus i lost 50 dollars because i couldn’t rent the animal scooter please don’t go
