The most important thing for those going on this trip to know is that the Holiday Inn closed about a year ago. You will be standing in front of an empty building. EVERYONE who got to this location wondared around looking to see if this was the right place. You definitely should update your information to include this. One group was dropped off by Uber and the driver was confused because of this.
Parking at the Bayside parking garage was $50.
Dios was a nice driver. He was upset when several members of our tour were 10 minutes late getting back on the bus when we stopped at McDonalds. This group didn't seem to mind that they made the rest of us wait before we left. Dios explained the importance of being on time and to be respectful of others.
He did a great job driving and I felt very comfortable.

We would like to clarify that the Holiday Inn location has never been part of our company or tour operations. It has simply been used as a public meeting point address where guests wait outside to be picked up by the bus. We do not operate from the hotel, and we have no affiliation with the property. The location is only used as a convenient landmark where guests can meet the driver for pickup. That said, we appreciate your comment and will work on making the instructions clearer so guests understand that it is only a pickup point outside the building, not a check-in location or facility connected to our company.
Parking prices at the Bayside garage are set by the parking facility itself and can sometimes be higher depending on events or demand in the area.
We are also happy to hear that Dios did a great job driving and that you felt comfortable during the trip. Safety is extremely important to us. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the importance of guests returning to the bus on time so the tour can stay on schedule for everyone.

It is a long day, but that's clearly stated. Stopped for a quick breakfast. No toilet on the bus. Seats were comfortable and times were clearly stated and repeated

The tour was successful in getting you efficiently from Miami to Key West and back at a reasonable price. The prerecorded narration during the ride there was minimal and not very good. With very little expense it could have added much more to the experience to have a good informative recorded narration. Also, the pickup point was at the holiday inn. It was early and chilly and the holiday inn did not allow you inside for warmth or to use the restroom. While there was one rest stop on the way to Key West there was none going back to Miami. It would have been nice to have one on the 4 plus hours. While there was a bathroom on the bus, hard to use in a dark moving bus and it is not the greatest. The driver pulled over and stopped to use it. He could have stopped somewhere for 10 minutes to let everyone have a rest stop. I would recommend the tour if someone wanted a round trip ride from Miami to Key West, but not for anything more

He had a beautiful day in Key West. The driver was amazing. I wish the bus would have had heat, it was a cool and rainy ride to Key West and we froze in the bus.

Absolutely wonderful! Be prepared by taking jacket or blanket, bus was very chilly the entire ride. Dios our tour guide, was top tier! He made us all feel like family and made sure we made it to Key West safe and sound!!!!!

Received this message in my confirmation text, " Please be ready in the hotel lobby between 6:50 AM at 7:00 AM — we’ll be rolling out right on island time!" We got to hotel at 5:40 am as we were staying in Hallandale and weren't sure if there would be traffic. Went up to the locked hotel doors and the cleaning lady held up a sign stating the Holiday Inn is not affiliated with the tour company. So we had to stand outside in the dark until the bus arrived around 6:30. Then there was an issue with people being left because they weren't at meetup place by 7am. We stopped for breakfast and waited for them to be dropped off to join us on the bus. Despite these issued I enjoyed the tour. The bus ride didn't seem long. Time on the island was sufficient for me. It was hot when we got there. We just walked (a lot of fast walking) around down to Duval Street, had key lime pie, went to a restaurant and looked in shops. You will definitely get some steps in. It was a good day.

It is a good tour, but unfortunately VERY disorganized. The bus arrived late and the tour guide was not organized for calling the names. The tour guide told me I was not there and he didn’t check his list. There was two more buses in the same site. People were trying to find where to go. We had to wait an hour because some people were not in the list.
They should send the tour guide an hour in advance to organize people in a line. They should put a mark or sign for the people to know where the line starts.

Only one -ve observation- bus was definitely old with some broken chairs - provided company should complete maintenance check.

We met at the designated hotel for pick up. The bus was there on time. Bus was clean. Driver was nice. Tour guide, can’t remember his name but I do remember he said he was from Cuba, he was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this day trip for anyone who has never visited Key West. The drive is long but worth it when you get there. Just enjoy the ride. Great experience
