My wife and I had a great experience snorkelling with Joe. He explained everything really well, he offered us lifejackets and showed us how to use the snorkel equipment, and we got to see several turtles and starfish, as well as other fish, and almost on octopus, but it buried itself in the sand. Joe took many pictures and we got them at the end. Joe was very fun and personable. We definitely recommend this tour and thought the price is very reasonable compared to other companies.

Top notch experience! Robbie was the best guide, knew where to go, knew what to do AND most of all, gave the best snorkeling experience ever!
Amazing time we got to see turtles and even other wild life pretty good stuff on this activity i would recommend, Alex is super understanding and watches for everyone on the journey. Overall 10/10 experience would recommend, yes its guaranteed turtles haha.
It’s was great! I love being able to swim without a life jacket. The water was great, swimming with turtles (don’t touch them) was awesome! Alex was incredible! Great tour, highly recommend!
We had a blast! Swam with multiple turtles, held starfish, and swam along the beautiful coral reef. The instructor was awesome and took great underwater pics of us. He was also very safety conscious. Highly recommend.
We had such a fun and cool and experience! & We were able to actually swim with the sea turtles! Our tour guide also showed us other beaches that were just amazing
This was an amazing experience. We have done snorkeling with turtles off boats previously but this adventure was unique. We were brought to a cove where we swam out with appropriate equipment to get to the turtle cave. We saw 6 turtles! They were swimming close to us and even followed us back to shore! The coral and fish were also beautiful. Payson was a wonderful guide. He provided a thorough orientation. He is clearly knowledgeable about snorkeling, turtles, wildlife and Maui. He also brought us to two breathtaking beaches. We. including our daughter and grandchildren, were thrilled with this unforgettable experience. We don’t usually write reviews but want to acknowledge this 5 star+ adventure! Thanks, Payson!
One of the tour guides called me the morning we were supposed to snorkel and cancelled our tour for the afternoon. He said the water was too rough and we would get a full refund. Totally understand the conditions were not favorable but I have never received a refund. It’s been a week now and no one will message me back. It cost me almost $300 for 4 people so very disappointing that I can’t get ahold of anyone.

Whenever we have to cancel a tour due to us cancelling we always issue a refund in full, or attempt to reschedule. I’m giving this a 4 star because the walk to the van was longer than expected. I thought we would be traveling by van in an air conditioned vehicle.

Our transportation van is air-conditioned, and we meet guests at The Shops at Wailea before heading to the launch location. The day before the tour, your guide sends detailed meeting instructions, including the exact meeting spot and parking recommendations. If you happen to park on the opposite side of the shopping center, it can be a longer walk than anticipated.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the snorkeling adventure fun while also sharing interesting information about the marine life and the area, which made the experience even more memorable.
We made it a family activity, including my autistic son. He was understanding, never rushed him, and made sure he felt comfortable and included throughout the tour. His calm approach, and reassurance allowed our family to truly relax and enjoy the experience.
If you’re looking for a guide who is professional, informative, and genuinely cares about every guest, I can’t recommend Alex enough. Thank you for making our snorkeling trip such a wonderful memory—we’ll definitely be back!
Our guide was Joe-meet up spot was easy to find. i never snorkled in choppy water before so i wld have taken a vest or belly float that was offered. we were able to hold sea urchins he brought up for us-saw a couple turtles. after we were done snorkeling he took us to see a few beautiful sights. he also took our pictures-i have yet to find out how to get copies.
Our tour guide Robbie was so friendly, informative and welcoming! We really liked the snorkeling and the tour afterwards.
Appreciate the private tour to Maui’s wildlife and scenic spots. We wouldn’t have been able to explore these areas on our own which is off the tourist’s beaten path. Alex is very patient towing a non swimming customer. Discover Maui from a local’s perspective.

Had a great time with Payson as our guide. It was nice to enter the waters at the shore. We saw amazing sea life (sea turtles, tropical fish, urchins, etc) during the snorkeling and visited a couple beaches with gorgeous views.
We originally signed up for
Wailea Wildlife Tour With Turtle Town Snorkel & Possible Octopus. We received a call asking if we could change to Turtle town Snorkel with Video and pictures. This was disappointing because we wanted the wildlife tour. Also, the description made it seem like we would be snorkeling from the beach. We did leave from the beach but it was a long swim to the turtle cave. I rented the small motor that pushed me through the water. So the $99 original excursion ended up costing an extra $37 Uber and $50 for the little motor. Thankfully we shared an Uber back with a very nice lady that paid for us. Also, no wildlife tour. All that being said, Robbie, our tour guide was amazing. He was personable and very attentive especially with one guest that could not swim. The photos he took were great.

Knowledgeable tour guide. My husband and I had a wonderful time. I tend to get sea sick, and did so our guide was kind enough to drop me at my car after i gave snorkeling a try and continued the tour without me for my husband's sake. I would recommend to all my friends!
We are a family of four—two adults and two children, aged 10 and 15. Neither my wife nor I are swimmers, but Joe made us feel very comfortable and gave us the confidence we needed to try snorkeling for the first time. It was an amazing experience! We saw a few turtles, including one large, friendly turtle that swam right next to us. After snorkeling, we visited the lava fields and a small beach, where we watched a beautiful sunset. It was truly a memorable experience.
Joe took several photos of us during the whole tour, which was a add on, but definitely worth it
It is a wonderful, relaxing tour. No boat ride, no meet at 6:30am drill, great for family who are not very athletic. We are first timer. We saw fish, urchins, and 3 turtles! Joe is our tour guide. He is very friendly, very helpful. He made sure everyone in the group had fun. Thumbs up!
Easily the best tour we booked while in Maui and some of the best dollars I've ever spent. The staff were both very friendly and openly communicated with us to coordinate before the trip. This is a newer tour run by Zephyr, so it doesn't have that many reviews, but our tour guide (Joe) was awesome! He was friendly and casual while taking us through the lava fields of Makena and then taking us out to snorkel alongside sea turtles.
