- Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
- Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

Krista and Alec were amazing guides. They were excellent with my kids (10 and 7) and eased my husband who is afraid of heights. They had great recommendations for after our adventure as well. Krista looks like a real life fairy flying through the air after us as well. Both guides were knowledgeable about their lines as well as the greenery around us. We were able to sample some of the ripe grown fruits along the trails. They even let us upgrade from the 5 line to the 8 line mid tour as the kids were asking for more!

It is one of the most beautiful zip line rides there is. The scenery is absolutely amazing. We have done several of these on different island. I must say this is one of the more remote one. Well with the trip because is spectacular.

We have been coming to maui for 6yrs now and ive never wanted to do zip liniing. Our daughter asked if we could this trip so we did. We had a great time. Worth the trip. Will do it again but maybe the 8 line.

Streamline process of booking online and checking in. Guides - Joel and Willow were outstanding! So knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging! Our party had 4 out of 6 fearful of the activity. They all conquered their fears and had an amazing time!

Our family all went ziplining. Unsure we booked the 5 line. Would highly recommend doing ALL the adventure. Alec and Krista were amazing. My 20+ year old kids had a blast. Me and my husband felt safe and wanted more adventures as well. 1st time for most of us and looking forward to doing it again. 😀

This Zipline Tour is awesome. The people who run this company are wonderful. Very professional! I had a reservation and a few days I needed to change the time. They called me back right away to let me know that it was no problems and to confirm. The actual description of what they advertise is completely true. The tour guides explain the process and always make sure you are safe.

Awesome experience with great guides, Alec and Willow. Both were very experienced and knowledgeable on the flora and fauna we zipped over and through. Both had an excellent sense of humor as well. They went above and beyond to make sure the experience was safe and enjoyable, and they even gave tips on places to visit and restaurants to try around Maui.

My wife and I are 76 & 68 respectively and this was our first time zip lining.
We were quite anxious at first but the guides, John & Joe put us at ease and were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company, especially for first timers. We did the 5 line which was enough for us but they do offer an 8 line.

This was the coolest experience to have with my teenage son! Zip lining through the
Maui jungle is something everyone should do while visiting the island! I had the absolute most fun and Gen and Kaycee were AMAZING guides for us! Ensuring our safety was a priority over everything but also cracking jokes and laughing with us!! I wanted to hang all day with them! Such a rad experience I’ll remember having forever!! Highly highly recommend!

Super fun! Felt safe the entire time and the staff was great.
It wasn’t clear from the Viator listing that there was a 5 line and an 8 line option. Definitely choose the 8, as the last ones are the best.
Also also, this is DEEP and on the road to Hana. I’d recommend combining east side/Hana activities with this excursion.

The customer service was beyond amazing!!! Everyone from the front desk to the girl that suited us up to the tour guides went above and beyond to get to know our group. I highly recommend this tour!! The lines were super fun and meant for everyone of all ages!! If I come back to Maui this will be a place I would for sure revisit!! Worth every penny!!!

The tour guides were awesome, they really made the entire tour exciting. They explained everything what you should expect, what you need to watch out for and very friendly. The location is also perfect, a lot of breeze and we are not out on the open as we go for the hike from one zipline to the next. We highly suggest this tour and we are glad we did it. This is our first time doing zipline and even our 11 year-old son had a wonderful time. Thank you Gen and Zion for a wonderful time.

The crew were funny and patient. Informative and helpful. I felt very safe. I just wish the zip lines were longer and the ride on each was more than 30 seconds or less long.

Eryn and John were the BEST, educating us about the plants and wildlife trekking through the jungle AND making sure everyone was comfortable stepping off the platforms. I sometimes get vertigo climbing up a slide. Suspended in the air skimming over tree tops - not a problem! From 16ys to 53yrs, we all had a blast.

Our guides were amazing. If I remember their names correctly, I believe it was Zack and John? Sorry if I am incorrect. They were very engaging and funny. They were able to make everyone feel comfortable even my 6 & 8 years old daughters. They had a blast and wants to again ("100 times more") is what my youngest daughter said. We'll definitely be back.
