We had the most fantastic tour Edwardo was the perfect guide. Balancing our safety with interesting historical facts. He showed special care to match our individual needs and build our confidence. We covered a lot and he made sure we got the most out of the three hours we had together.

If you ever thought about doing Segway tour, do it. It was such a fun way to see the city. We had a little incident with one of our friend. The company took care of everything. Gui our guild and his assistant took care of everything. One was in the front and one at the back so no one left behind. Such a great day.

After a food tour in Alfama, I'm glad we did this segway tour to another part of Lisbon. Traveling through the coast all the way to Belen, we have probably traveled more than 15 miles on a segway ---- the longest and farthest segway trip me and my husband has ever done. But there was no dull moment with our tour guide, Peter. He was very knowledgeable. And the way he told the history and the stories was interesting. I highly recommend this tour.

Love Segways, our friends were new to it, but we’re confident within 5 mins. The river trip to Belem was amazing, so much to see on the way. With plenty of stops. Thank you to our tour guide Agathe who was brilliant.

Operator sent email to tell me your was canceled after the time I could cancel online. Then I received messages in the morning after I had made other plans that tour was not canceled. This is not chaos you need when traveling.

This is absolutely not the norm, and we thank you for your review. It's crucial for us to assess what doesn't go well in order to keep improving.
This was a serious case of miss comunication. On the day of the tour we had a tour guide calling in sick, so we were forced to cancel the tour, but unfortunately it was not the tour guide for your tour, that's why our reservations call you back and this confusion was created.
We are very sorry for this.

We had a lovely experience with our guide, Miguel; however, it was somewhat spoiled by faulty Segways. The group was constantly stopping to try and fix issues and the guide even had to switch Segways with a member of the group as it was being a bit too unruly. We had also booked a private tour, but the day before we were contacted and told this would not be possible. In the end we had a lovely group, but we were never offered any partial refund for having booked the more expensive private option.

Purchased a segway tour at viator but taken as a e-bike tour at the Lisbon tour company. The Lisbon tour company scrambled and got us 6 segways. We've used a segway for 4+ tours before and did well. But this time 2 of us got into an accident - one just halted to a complete stop all of a sudden with no reason (maybe low battery?) so my friend just fell out of the segway. Another one flipped over due to a pothole. So it's booking errors so the tour company is unprepared but yet tried to keep us happy by not canceling the tour but used bad/old segways.

This Segway tour was so much fun! I had never used one before but it was so easy to use once I had practised for a bit. It was great riding along the river and getting to stop and see the sights along the way. Stopping at Pastéis de Belém was also a nice treat.
