Pickup in Lisbon city centre, from 7h40 at hotels downtown or 7h50 Uptown - we will confirm time the day before. In case we have no parking access or your hotel is not in the centre, we might ask you to walk 5 min to a nearby meeting-point. If your hotel is not listed, choose the closest from where you are staying, or select one of the meeting points (Praça Luis de Camões 7h40 / Praça Figueira 7h40 / Hard Rock 7h45 / Evolution Saldanha 7h45 / Praça Marquês de Pombal 7h55). Maximum waiting is 5 minutes, for both pickup and after meeting points during the visits, to avoid delaying the tour.

David was friendly, well informed and provided useful information about the places we toured. He was a good communicator who gave clear instructions about meeting points and times to meet up. He also tried to accommodate everyone's needs as best as he could. One possible suggestion would be for the guide to have a mic/speaker so the ones seated at the back could hear clearly as the car rattled over the many cobblestone roads, making it difficult to hear clearly. Overall, a nice tour.

If going to Quinta dR be aware that there’s a lot of uphill walking. Be prepared if you’re older and have already walked up to Pena Palace.

We had just the right amount of free time to explore without ever feeling rushed or left waiting around. The van was very comfortable, and water was available throughout the trip.

The tour and our guide David was great. Highly recommend the tour to navigate the area and see everything in one day. The van was comfortable with our group of 5 as only 2 other people were in the group. There is a lot of walking and hills to see the sights, wear comfortable shoes. Our guide David was great, informative and freindly and we had the perfect amount of time at each location. At the palace he went through with us and pointed out a lot of information about the palace, making this a much richer experience for us. We never would have been able to see and do as much as we did without a tour, don't try to do this on your own, use David!

Would recommend this trip 100% but if you get the chance book ticket for Regiltra grounds these are seperate to buy but worth it

Mauro was a phenomenal tour guide on this day trip to Sintra, Pena Palace, Regaleira, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais. He was energetic, fun, and taught us a tremendous amount of history and interesting facts about Sintra. Mauro did a great job on our tour and extended it beyond the expected time. His English was great and his historical knowledge and enthusiasm were also superior. He took us to a more local Portuguese restaurant for lunch with wine/beer/dessert included in the package.
The Village of Sintra was the weak part of the tour. Simply a small town of souvenir shops and restaurants.
