If in Lisbon - then get CLUELESS
As many of you know, I enjoy the fermented juice of the grape, known as wine. We signed up for an activity through Trip Advisor to attend a Portuguese Wine Experience. I have tasted and tasted wines in every which way but never "clueless". Alex, the co-owner, of Clueless wines took us on a journey. Whether you are new to wine or have been doing it since age 5, you need to join Alex for a tasting experience. We traveled through the Portugal wine regions, we tasted wines as Alex challenged us to find each of the wine aromatic characteristic (using a wine aroma kit). Alex made it fun and challenging - you are the boss.
This activity is best for EVERYONE (beginners or wine enthusiasts).
Alex and his wife, Nadia, just began the Clueless Wine Activity in July 2023. They do not have many reviews on Trip Advisor so their activity does pop up on the top of most searches - please find them.

今回日本から夫婦で参加しました。初めてのポルトガルでワインについて知りたいと思い、ワイナリーツアーとも迷いましたが、時間の関係もありこのワインテイスティング体験に申し込みました。
本来は３人以上からの開催らしいのですが、タイミングが良かったのか、日本からの参加者は初めてということでご厚意で２人でも開催していただきました。英語もそこまで得意ではない中、ゆっくりとわかりやすく、時々難しい言葉があれば、翻訳してくれたりして、ポルトガルのワインの特製や地域などを詳しく学びながらテイスティングすることができて、とても感激です。また香りについてもより詳しく学べてワインの知識も深まりました。講師をしてくださったアレックスさんに感謝しています。日本からの方にもぜひおススメです。
