Arrival Instructions: In terminal 1, after leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, please turn right on the ramp, and look directly in front. You will then see the meeting point area where all guides, assistants and drivers are waiting for the passengers next to the meeting point stands 1,2,3. An assistant or a driver will be there waiting for you with your name or an MTS Globe Logo. In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating our assistant / driver, please call the MTS Globe emergency number at 00351 912 671 126. Please do not leave the arrival lounge without calling us. Please take note that the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight arrives. If you are delayed with your luggage or at security and believe you will take more than 60 minutes to get to your driver, please call immediately our emergency number and we will see if it is possible to wait more time. If you booked a shared transfer, you might have to wait a maximum of 60 minutes for your transfer.

This was amazing- I had an Early departure and I got a confirmation the day before with the exact time- My Driver- Pedro picked me up right at 5:05 in the morning. He was very nice and helpful and drove me safely and on time to the airport.....I highly recommend this transfer to any traveler!

Someone else booked this for me, so I was not aware that there might be a wait to share the ride.
My car companions weren’t either. But I’m not sure how they booked.

I missed the tour because I clicked on the gps straight from the app to get to the starting point and took me to a completely different place l, after 15 minutes walking I tried to reach out to their support chat and took them 20 minutes to respond.

Not recommended. Only received message through WhatsApp advising where I should meet at the airport. Though I had to wait for the driver for 30 minutes as he was a new driver. No other passenger sharing ride but I wasted my time, no traffic during midnight to city centre so would rather catching a taxi.

This was a terrible experience flight on time when we arrived at meeting place picked up my name gave it to the attendant only to be told out ride would not be available until 3 Pm our flight came on at 1150am
They would not bend told to get a taxi or wait until 3Pm
Had voucher in hand my credit card was charged expect a full refund

Never showed up. Rang them to be told us we didn't have a booking after they had confirmed the trip. Told us take a taxi. If we wanted to line up and do that we wouldn't have pre booked.

I came through customs and found my name on the pick-up point board so felt easy and safe. I then received a message and waited for the other transfers - but i think that was more than fair given the ‘shared’ transfer and ut was only abt 15/20 minutes. Driver very careful and kind. Can recommend.

I used this conpany on 21th Aug, 2019, the driver did not take me to the hotel.
The driver told your hotel was on this street and dropped me there at 0:30 am.
But my hotel was not the place. No one on the street and no metro or bus was avairable because it was too late at night.
I was at a loss and very tired because of long flight.
Furtunately, I found one policeman at the street and the policeman took me to the hotel by the police car.
I never recommend this shared taxi.

Even though I had confirmed my flight information by email, there was no one at the airport to meet us. The company had been looking for us on a much earlier flight, and insinuated that we had missed our appointment with them. I did have a copy of my email, and after a confusing hour in the airport we got a shared ride with 2 other stops. The driver was wonderful. Thumbs down for the rest of the experience.

My flight was delayed but staff were there with clear signs with everyone's names. Driver was polite and since I was staying in a pedestrian only street he walked with me, carrying my bag, straight to entrance of where I was staying at, which was great as it would've been harder for me to find!!

The instructions said someone would be waiting for me with a sign with my name on it when we entered the airport lobby after leaving customs. No one was there. After about 15 minutes, I called the number on the instructions. The woman on the phone said she would send someone to find us. A guy showed up with a sign with my name on it about 15 minutes later and took us to see a woman who said my name was not on her list. She made a copy of my Viator certificate and called until around she found someone who would come and pick us up about 15 minutes later. So, we ended up leaving the airport about an hour after calling them.

Right after get out arrival gate of airport, driver was already waited for me with my named sign was posted. Not like the other transfer company, I did not wait LONGER for the other passengers to be arrived and filled out the van.
Ended up, I was the ONLY One to be picked up. Driver was VERY Friendly and gave me few tips and information about Lisbon.

This is the second time I have arranged this service and I was pleased to see that someone was right there to greet me as I exited the international arrivals area. I was asked to wait with some others while the company employee determined when my van would depart. I didn't have to walk far for the van, and delivery to my hotel was relatively quick and easy. I appreciated the service after spending 24 hours traveling. The price is about the same as a taxi, but there is no likelihood of any extra charges in case you get stuck in traffic, so worth the inconvenience of a shared ride.

Not Happy ,we did not use this service
Before my trip i emailed them to confirm my transfer from airport to hotel ,they did not email me back,,
i called several times to confirm over the phone,not able to reach them,my flight was delay for 6 hours from lax to London,from there i tried to reach them to let them know the situation ,they did not pick up , at Lisbon the lady said sorry we can not give you a ride to the hotel because you did not confirm with us!!!!!

I was in Lisbon Aug 2016 and used the shared airport transfer service. I booked it when I found out there was going to be a taxi strike the day I arrived. In the waiting area I could not locate my name so I called the service and was advised where to meet the contact. After all the travelers had arrived our driver took us to his van to head out to our hotels. I don't remember the driver's name but he was very good on knowing which streets to go down and to avoid. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would use this service again.

No problem meeting the driver. However, I thought it strange that he had us walk to the far end of the parking garage to get in the van. I would have thought he would have pulled it up to the front once we arrived. Otherwise no problems.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WAITED ALMOST 3 HOURS at the airport.
After purchasing the airport transfer, I received email instructions stating that someone would be waiting for me at the arrivals holding a sign with my name. I got to the area and no one was there holding a sign with my name. I stood there for 30 minutes scanning each and every name, nothing! There was no cell phone signal at the airport so I couldn't even call the company, total hopelessness. After over an hour, I somehow managed to contact my family back home via Whatsapp and asked them to call the company. After 20 minutes, this blond ukranian girl shows up, unapologetic and rude. I complained that I have been waiting for over an hour and no one was holding any sign with my name. Her answer: well, you will wait more because we are waiting for more people. The entire ordeal lasted almost 3 hours. I was already sick from my flight and this situation was the low point of my trip. I had planned on booking them for the transfer back to the airport, but I definitely did not.
DO NOT bother with this company.
