I was lost in the airport and directed to the driver via very prompt messages. Bruno was considerate, offered bathroom and coffee before we got in the car, drove carefully and fed me history on the way into town. Pretty much an ideal experience. Highly recommend.

When you exit to the general públic area use the ramp on your right side to get near exit nº4, and wait at the Vodafone shop, a driver will meet you there. Kind, patient driver, making the almost overwhelming experience of getting through the airport calm. I arrived in a wheelchair and he was so accommodating, parking so I could use the curb to enter the van. Pointed out interesting fact and sites on the way to the hotel then arranged with the consierge to provide a wheelchair. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. One note: I requested the ride 30 minutes after my flight was scheduled to land. After passport control, I was an hour late but he graciously combined my trip with another group that was on the same flight but planned better!

Such a relief to be met at the airport after a very long flight. Our make was in a screen and we were excited. We had a water bottle and a very friendly driver who gave us some info about Portugal on our ride. Highly recommend.
