My driver was nice. He was already waiting for me when I arrived downstairs in the lobby. Very professional and courteous. We quickly arrived at the airport.

Ride was confirmed for 9:15am pickup. Driver arrived at 9 :04am. Driver pointed out some things along the route and tried communicating as best as he could which is very helpful. Will use timeshare again.
Prices are very reasonable.

I was never picked up after sending the MTS company two emails with two individuals from the company acknowledgement and stating that my pick up was confirmed. The night before sent another reminder, again told it was going to happen. The day of my transfer noone picked me up or contacted me, the phone numbers given were not answered even the emergency number!! I had the hotel staff assist me and even they were troubled to the lack of response. I had to go and get a taxi and even after two hours not one response. I would never recommend this company who at this point never cared for taking care of transportation to the airport. I even sent all the documents via email asking what happened and again nothing.

The drivers were there ahead of time even though it was a very early flight . They helped with the luggage and gave us directions on where to go. It was really nice of them. All our taxi services were really nice

Driver was very personable but the pick-up time was scheduled an hour later than I would feel comfortable with for an international flight. I made this concern known at the time of my confirmation. The driver arrived about 20 - 30 minutes late on top of a 9:35a pick-up scheduled pick-up time for a 12:15p flight. It was a rainy day which also added delay to our prompt arrival to the airport.

I arrived after more than 20 hours traveling to get to Lisbon that is why I booked the transfer. After I got out- there was a section -waiting area with tons of signs- very organized with the only exception that there was no sign with my name- I walked-I asked and even called to the emergency number and finally after 50 minutes I found the contact who was not there- After I found it- she brought me to the driver and it was a great ride to my hotel.... I strongly believe it needed to be more organized and stress free. But thankful I found my contact and transfer and safely arrived to my hotel.

Very friendly driver who arrived exactly when we'd been notified to expect them. very stress less drive in rush-hour traffic and delivered straight to our departure terminal T2. I was worried due to bad experience before, so sent email 2 days before, and they email me back and confirm the pick up time.
The driver showed up exactly the time he should be and then we went to airport w/o any problem. For this point, I totally trust this
company and they did good job: I will use them again if I go to Lisbon. Highly recommend!!!!

Very punctual - driver was already there when I walked out 15mins before scheduled pick up time. The website which confirms pick up details didn't confirm specific pick up address as I was in pedestrian only street, so just remember where they drop you off at from the arrival transfer.

We called the day before of departure and our booking and time of pick up was confirmed. After waiting one hour later of time confirmed nobody show up and when we called to find out what happened, their answer was : We are sorry, you are right, it shows that your booking and time are confirmed bur we don't know what happened, there was a mistake here and just right now we don't have any transportation available to pick you up AS EASY AS THAT
We had to call a taxi and fortunately it got the hotel in 5 minutes but easily we could loose our flight. money is already returned

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review our experiences of the transfers from the Lisbon Airport and return.
The return to the Airport was great as the Gentleman was on time and very polite..
Our problem was the arrival ?
Our flight from Heathrow was delayed and at the Passport check .We stood around for over an hour or more , to have them checked.
There were only 2/3 Officers on , with a vast number of Passengers to pass through ! Painful!!!!
Outside and to be collected. :
I checked names and could not find mine. Several times , I checked but to no avail.
Enquired at the Terminal and Tourists Booth . But they were unable to assist.
Went back to the Representatives and again looked for my name and asked as I went down the line.
Found that your REP. had turned the page with my name, to facing her?
First thing that she said to me is that she thought the Flight had been cancelled but I explained the situation with her.
Really, she did not want to know and was slightly abrupt ? No apology !!
We then waited another 20 minutes before being directed to the mini bus.
We , as per the instructions for our return transfer from the Hotel , to call 72 hours before , as we did.
The Lady , who again was a little forthright and said the 72 hours was wrong and to contact the Office the day before our Departure.
Finally, the debacle , wasted a lot of our time and we could have checked into to our Hotel a little earlier.
We thought of getting a taxi , but as we have paid for the transfer, we waited.
Apparently another customer ended up getting a Taxi as she was bemused of the delay. But that was hearsay.
We will use Viator again as we have had good experiences with your Organisation.
Hopefully all will be better next time.

I used this service last year and was pleased that the driver again arrived a bit early, since I am always nervous about getting to the airport in time, not knowing what kind of traffic, security lines, etc. might delay me. Actually one passenger we had to pick up was late so it took a bit longer than it should. Drivers are courteous, vans are well kept, clean, and comfortable. From where my hotel is located taxis are very inexpensive in Lisbon, really!, cost is about the same as the transfer, but if you get stuck in traffic, this at least guarantees the cost.

I didn't have to call the company the night before to confirm the pick-up time, they left a note at the hotel reception with the information.
The driver was on time, the ride was pleasant and I got to see more of Lisbon before I left.

The service did not pick me up! I waited for 45 mins but nobody showed up. Given my pick up time was 3:30AM, I couldn't get in touch with anybody from the office. I called 24 hours prior to confirm my booking and the representative said that I had nothing to worry about, my booking and pickup time was confirmed. Thankfully there was Uber at that time, so took that instead. Ended up having to pay that fare and fare for this service, but at least I got to my flight. Don't trust this service!

The driver was actually 10 minutes early, which was great 5:50 am, because I had an international flight and wasn't sure what to expect at the airport. I made the reservation while in Lisbon a week before and the only concern I had was that no one told me how I was to learn my pickup time after providing my flight information. I emailed Viator and they gave me a number to call in Lisbon. I learned that I would know the time the day before, so that is when I called again. I felt that I should not have had to make these calls, but that instructions should have been given me as to the process. In any case, I got to the airport very quickly and with no hassle. Driver was courteous and helpful with my suitcases. I would use them again.

There was a mix-up regarding my departing flight and the Lisbon transport company was given the wrong information by Viator who took several days to respond to y email about it. I ended up ringing the local transport company and they were very helpful, setting an appropriate pick up time. The driver who picked me up in a very clean car was very friendly and chatted with me. The Lisbon company that Viator use is excellent.
