This Lisbon hotel-to-port transfer was a great way to get our group
to the cruise ship terminal after our stay in Lisbon. The driver arrived on time, loaded our luggage, and unloaded upon arrival. The traffic in Lisbon can be heavy so even such a short trip can take 20 to 30 minutes. Plan to give yourself ample time and enjoy the ride.
You could likely walk from the old-town or Baixa hotels, depending upon their location, but it's quite possible that your luggage wheels wouldn't survive the cobblestone-paved walks and streets too well.
The transportation was clean and the driver was very polite. This is a very good transfer choice.

Good option to plan ahead for service to the Lisbon airport. Easy to communicate with the local operator. One time for pick up. Driver was not the most friendly person but more important was getting us there on time.

The response was we have no driver available and we have cancelled your trip, find your own way to the port.

It was a timely pickup and a very friendly driver that made the drive to the airport very enjoyable. Felt very safe.
Contacted provider several times (phone x2, in the Viator app x2 and WhatsApp x1 the day before and on the day itself) to see what time we were being picked up from the hotel to return back to the airport. Phone calls not answered and we received no acknowledgement or reply. Very disappointed at the no-show and fact we had to make alternative arrangements.

Tried to contact provider twice to confirm pickup point and time. Since we had an early flight the next morning I wanted to make sure that we had everything ready to go. I was never contacted by the provider on either attempt. I reached out to Viator and was greeted by a young lady who was clearly engaged with a coworker on something funny because she kept having to mute herself as she kept laughing. Once she was able to speak to me she indicated that she would reach out to the provider and then transfer me over to co firm booking. After a few minutes on hold I was transferred to voice mail that repeated the same phrase in Portuguese twice and hung up. I ended up having to book an Uber ride for my airport transportation at the last minute just to make sure that we did not miss our flight.

The Mercedes van was spotless. Smelt amazing too. Beautiful quite back ground music - it was 545am in the morning by the way 😳
He lifted all our 11 suitcases and bags out.

Our driver was on time at the hotel and was very pleasant he got us to the cruise port in time helped in loading and unloading our bags. I would use Vistor again with no problem, also the pick up at the airport to our hotel was also great, we arrived 4 hours late do to missing our connection to Lisbon in Brussels. Made a call explained the problem and when we arrive in Lisbon our driver was there waiting, great service would gladly use Viator transfer service again driver was great. THANKS again Viator great service.
No discussion of where and when pickup was till morning when we had to call. We ordered a 10:00 am pickup and they confirmed 12:30. My hotel got us a taxi and it even cost less.
The tour guide never contacted us when contacted and didn’t show up to take us to the airport. We had to get an Uber ride and nearly missed our flight with the delay from having to make other arrangements.

Driver was there on time at 3:30 am. But trip was prepaid. Through some mixup, driver wanted $20 euros when we arrived at airport. Had 3 other trips with no issue and three school the future. Hope no others go array.
When I made the reservation I indicated the correct pickup location. But the Viator ticket doesn't show that, it only shows the city. So I made multiple attempts to reach the transportation vendor prior to our departure date to confirm our pickup. With no success. Viator couldn't even reach them. So I was scrambling to find alternative arrangements up to 1/2 hour before departure. But a driver appeared aabout 10 minutes before we were due to leave. The driver was polite and got us to the airport on time. But I would not recommend booking with them because of this discrepancy with the pickup location, and Viators inability to reach them as well.
The driver did not show up at 3am to pick me up from the hotel as promised. I waited until 3:20 am, then I had to take a taxi to the airport and paid for it because I do not want to miss my flight. Your service is extremely bad. No one should use your irresponsible service.
The car was on time to the minute. It was clean and ample size for the two of us with luggage. Car was clean.

The driver arrived early which was fine since we needed to get to the airport during busy time in Lisbon. The driver was very pleasant and professional. We got to the airport in plenty of time.
The transfer from the cruise port to the hotel was great. The driver communicated with us, adjusted the time to accommodate our disembarkment from the ship, and was courteous and efficient.
Driver was very helpful at airport. Took my luggage all the way into where I needed to drop baggage.
