We booked this reservation months ago and on the morning of requested service I asked what time is our car arriving?
The response was we have no driver available and we have cancelled your trip, find your own way to the port.

Contacted provider several times (phone x2, in the Viator app x2 and WhatsApp x1 the day before and on the day itself) to see what time we were being picked up from the hotel to return back to the airport. Phone calls not answered and we received no acknowledgement or reply. Very disappointed at the no-show and fact we had to make alternative arrangements.

Tried to contact provider twice to confirm pickup point and time. Since we had an early flight the next morning I wanted to make sure that we had everything ready to go. I was never contacted by the provider on either attempt. I reached out to Viator and was greeted by a young lady who was clearly engaged with a coworker on something funny because she kept having to mute herself as she kept laughing. Once she was able to speak to me she indicated that she would reach out to the provider and then transfer me over to co firm booking. After a few minutes on hold I was transferred to voice mail that repeated the same phrase in Portuguese twice and hung up. I ended up having to book an Uber ride for my airport transportation at the last minute just to make sure that we did not miss our flight.

Our driver was on time at the hotel and was very pleasant he got us to the cruise port in time helped in loading and unloading our bags. I would use Vistor again with no problem, also the pick up at the airport to our hotel was also great, we arrived 4 hours late do to missing our connection to Lisbon in Brussels. Made a call explained the problem and when we arrive in Lisbon our driver was there waiting, great service would gladly use Viator transfer service again driver was great. THANKS again Viator great service.

No discussion of where and when pickup was till morning when we had to call. We ordered a 10:00 am pickup and they confirmed 12:30. My hotel got us a taxi and it even cost less.

The tour guide never contacted us when contacted and didn’t show up to take us to the airport. We had to get an Uber ride and nearly missed our flight with the delay from having to make other arrangements.

When I made the reservation I indicated the correct pickup location. But the Viator ticket doesn't show that, it only shows the city. So I made multiple attempts to reach the transportation vendor prior to our departure date to confirm our pickup. With no success. Viator couldn't even reach them. So I was scrambling to find alternative arrangements up to 1/2 hour before departure. But a driver appeared aabout 10 minutes before we were due to leave. The driver was polite and got us to the airport on time. But I would not recommend booking with them because of this discrepancy with the pickup location, and Viators inability to reach them as well.

The driver did not show up at 3am to pick me up from the hotel as promised. I waited until 3:20 am, then I had to take a taxi to the airport and paid for it because I do not want to miss my flight. Your service is extremely bad. No one should use your irresponsible service.

Picked up at hotel on time. However, upon reaching the airport, I confirmed with the driver if my Blue Air flight is in this terminal. He said, yes. After entering into the terminal, realized that it's at the other terminal. So we had to come out and take the shuttle bus to the other terminal.

I was instructed by Viator to reconfirm 72 hours prior to the transfer, which I did, and was told by the company Destination Travel to call the day before. When I called the day before as instructed, I received no answer at all and no way to reconfirm. I event contacted Viator for assistance, and continued to incur foreign call charges when attempting to call Destination Travel for about 12 hours.
