A great relaxing trip

Luis was an excellent driver who gave us the day we wanted. He gave us the time we wanted in each place and never rushed us. He was very concerned about our comfort and always had water available. He stopped when we needed bio-breaks. Would ask for him on our next visit. He wasn’t a tour guide but he knew quite a bit about every area we visited. It was a great experience and with the money.

Hugo was a delightful guide for a full day tour- he was very knowledgeable about the history of each location and provided valuable last-minute information and advice at each monument. He was very flexible with time spent in each place (more time here, less time there) and he was attentive, courteous and conscientious in his explanations. We would be thrilled for him to be our guide on any other tours we have booked. Fátima and Óbidos were the most interesting, historic and religious, but Navaré was beautiful and a delightful place for a seaside lunch. It was a perfect day.

This was an all day trip that began from our hotel is Lisbon, and traversed a generous portion of local Portugal, encompassing many notable sights. Our guide Ricardo was knowledgeable, personable, generous, enthusiastic and yet respectful of us and the other couple in our group. We were all impressed at the number of people who connected to Ricardo on the trip, and who obviously held him in high esteem. I really felt that we had enough time in each of our destinations, yet not too much. The car was comfortable and Ricardo was a very competent driver. This brief exposure to Portugal outside of Lisbon is a strong encouragement to return soon, for a longer and more extensive visit.

Our guide was FANTASTIC, Richardo took us to the most interesting places and helped us maximize our day. He knew so much and was quick to answer all our questions. He picked us up at the door and made sure we maximized our time. I would go back in a second!

The tour company would not email or call to confirm the pick up at the hotel after multiple email and calls. They finally confirmed the afternoon prior to the date of tour. We had no idea if they were going to come or if they knew which hotel to pick us up. They could at least confirm the hotel and date of pick up prior to the date of the tour and explain they will notify us the pick up time the day before. Also we never visited the Montastery of Alcobaca during our tour. This was in our trip. We should get some kind of refund. I have used your service multiple times and never had a problem like this. Our guide was very good.

Spent a most enjoyable day touring all of the sights with Rod. So much to see and do. Very enjoyable tour. Lunch stop was fantastic. Experienced on of the best meals during our stay in the county at a place Rod took us for lunch. Our day was over way too soon.

Purtroppo tempo non favorevole perchè piovoso. Fatima interessante da un punto di vista religioso. Batahla, Nazarè molto carine e Obidòs visita corta in quanto visitata nel tardo pomeriggio. Sarebbe stata più piacevole vederla durante il giorno.

Primeiramente achamos que o tour foi feito em horário tarde 10hs da manhã,mas o guia só chegou as 11hs para nos pegar então já ficamos tensas e chateadas,tentou se desculpar e tentamos relevar,mas no percurso do tour o guia Ricardo só ficava no celular e um tour que gostaríamos de aproveitar bem infelizmente não aproveitamos,Pois o guia realmente não estava bem

Olá Margarida, Não entendo muito bem esta avaliação, Mas peço imensa desculpa se as deixei tensas, sim cheguei uma hora atrasado, e vocês viram o quanto é difícil chegar ao coração do Chiado em Dezembro perto das festas natalícias, podiam referir que também visitamos tudo e até mais do que estava programado e que chegamos a Lisboa perto das 21h40 de tão tenso que conduzi, sim estava com problema grave e tive que o resolver enquanto vocês estavam a visitar os locais quando vos dei tempo livre, só me viram ao telemóvel quando chegaram perto de mim, daí a minha desculpa do atraso se confirmar uma verdade. Sou guia e sou um ser humano que apesar de ter tido um problema, dei o meu melhor Como sempre dou aos meus queridos clientes que recordo todos eles, incluindo vocês. Mas gostava de perceber se falhei nas explicações dadas, ou se falhei no carinho dado a vocês ou nas coisas que paguei do meu bolso para as compensar. Eu sou um simples humano, mas grato. E sei o quanto injusto é esta avaliação assim como todos os clientes que ao longo da minha longa carreira tiveram a sorte ou o azar de me ter como guia e amigo.
