Did not go to big reef due to waves. They took us to a smaller one. Anchored to far away for many of us on board to swim to reef. I got in from the front and swam around back to get out of the water. No sand bar either. Husband stayed in and saw one fish a little coral. The swim was to far One man was smoking a cigarette on board. Captain was great.

I really believe they should have canceled for the day. The water was very choppy and rough and most people couldn't stay in the water snorkeling for more than 5 or 10 minutes. It was cold and you couldn't see 5 ft in front of your face. And the Margaritas were the worst I've ever had. Won't be doing this again with this company

It was a fun experience but the water was too cold which I did think about when I booked but still did anyway. The boat was nice as was the free drinks. The reef they took us too was young so not much fish.

Enjoyable trip to the reef

This trip involves a one hour cruise to the reef, an hour to snorkel and an hour back. Snorkel and flippers (if you want them) are provided, and wetsuits can be hired for $20. There are toilets on board and a shower hose for rinsing off after the swim. You are also required to wear a life vest while snorkeling so will remain on the surface if the water. The day I did the trip was after bad weather so there were only 9 people on board - apparently there are usually up to a hundred. The visibility was not great as a result of the bad weather. It was nevertheless an enjoyable experience.

Dolphin fortification

Check in was fine. Everyone boards. Quick and legal information given to passengers as well as explaining the tipping appreciation policy. Quick ride out. Snorkeling with some fish. Saw a crab and a lobster head. Back in boat. You can enjoy included alcohol on the way back. They did stop for fortificating dolphins (highlight of the trip). We tipped on Venmo. Departed at scheduled time and said goodbye ( both deck hands and captain) said goodbye while asking for tips. That was it.

This company had us go out on this trip even with a small craft advisory warning. When we arrived there were not enough snorkels and masks for everyone. Crew said it wasn’t their fault. The water was so choppy one had trouble swimming ( and I’m a good swimmer) never did get to see anything and getting back on a boat that is rocking and rolling was so difficult I have bruises on my legs. When I called the company with my complaint I was told I’d get a call back. No one bothered. I’d go with some of the other companies that cancel when the water is not safe!

This was a nice, clean and organized snorkeling trip for our family of four. We on had one stop, but we saw a lot of fish and other sea life. The trip was not very expensive and the bar was free after snorkeling. The drinks were great and not light on the alcohol. The crew was professional and friendly.

Felt very overcrowded

You get what you pay for. The boat felt extremely overcrowded because there were 101 guests on board. There were not enough seats so people were stealing seats and moving other people’s belongings. It was not the experience we were looking for because we were hoping to play music and dance, but there were so many people on board we felt that it would be very rude to change the music. We were on a bachelor trip and I tried to save the group some cash on this part of the trip, but in the end we did not get the experience we wanted.

Affordable adventure

The boat ride was fun with a great crew. The reef was teeming with life. I saw angelfish, sponges, Caribbean reef squid, butterfly fish and more. Open bar on return trip was a pleasant bonus.

The company was good and water color pretty. The reef is bland and lifeless. No colorful fish . They said dolphins on the add . Not any ?? My main reason to go. Was disappointed .

Captain Anna was amazing as was the crew! The ride was very pretty. Unfortunately the reef is dead and gray there weren’t any vibrant colors and not many fish :( also, understandable for safety concerns but just a heads up they don’t serve alcohol for the first 2 hours.

The hard sell to pay tips because the crew works for the service industry and “performs” was followed by seemingly bored crew and captain just doing their job. They seemed bored and ready to be done.
