Beautiful sunset! Met lots of really nice folks, good music, staff great, food and drinks were also good.
Great experience that must do when in Key West, beautiful ship great staff and wonderful drinks with a beautiful sunset
This was a wonderful experience. Great scenic views and laid back atmosphere. Highly recommend this!
Started a half hr late, bought the premium drink pack age and was disappointed as they had not quite top shelf. Should of saved my money for a real drink elsewhere.
Great music, friendly bar tenders, beautiful night! We did the premier drink upgrade which was well worth the charge. So fun!
This was one of the best sailing adventures I have been on Captain Jade and crew were great along with the DJ

Not a buffet for dinner but enough. We had meatballs and chicken with a salad bar. Drinks were good and everyone was friendly. Amazing views

Cruise was a lot of fun , staff was great!
Unfortunately we ran into some issues with weather , cruise was cut short.

It really was truly a wonderful experience. The music that crew.
The only thing that was annoying was the random kid, running all over the boat supervised. Someone should have addressed his parents
Response from Host, Sep 2026

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the child running around the boat. Guest safety and comfort are very important to us, and we’ll be sure to share your concerns with our team. We hope to welcome you back for another beautiful Key West sunset! 🌅⛵🎶
Don’t expect much of food and beverage offerings that go with normal cost. Top shelf additional fee is for bar brands and a few middle liquor, do not believe the promotional photos.
On a positive note the Captain and 2 crew members were great!
Viator correspondence said to be there at 6:30, but we couldn’t find the building and we were 5 minutes late. The boat took off without us. No phone call or anything. I said the email said 6:30 and the front desk girl said- oh you had one of those emails. If they k ew it was a problem, why not call me?
This was not a very good experience, hence the two stars. The appetizers were paltry, the drink selection was limited and the musician was terrible. I would definitely not take this cruise again. Way overpriced.
We had a wonderful time - the crew was amazing. The only negative was the beer options - too limited

Eat before you go! The taste and quality of the food and alcohal was horrible. The captain was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The rum punch was good and having it ready while boarding worked well. Would like to have had shrimp and lump crab as the food choices
It was a great experience. Beautiful sunset.
The crew was so great and helpful!
The DJ was great as well

We've been on other sunset cruises in different areas of the country and this one was one of the better ones! The crew was upbeat, engaging and friendly. The music (an actual musician) kept the crowd on their feet or humming along, as well as took requests when he knew them. The food was some of the best I've had on one of these, and it was a buffet with plenty for everyone. There were quite a few people so they fed us in 2 shifts, but that was well organized and no one seemed to mind the wait. The drinks were good pours and the staff made sure everyone had what they wanted. The captain also made sure to point the boat in the best position for everyone to capture that perfect sunset picture. Great night!

It is a buffet style apps where nobody follows social etiquette . Food was meh, went a couple years ago and much preferred people passing out individually portions of the apps. Seemed really crowded. Beautiful ride and nice music.
This is the second time I booked an event with Vader. Both times I showed up had confirmation of tickets and the operator didn’t have evidence of the reservation and most recently it showed that it was canceled. I had ticket confirmations from Viator that came through the app. We were unable to attend this trip. I’m gonna check with my credit card to make sure I was credited for the trip, but I have a lot of concerns if I’m gonna use this app ever again.
Amazing experience great crew! Rain or shine it was a good time! Great way to celebrate the anniversary

he tour was great! There was plenty of space for everyone, so it never felt crowded or cramped. My only suggestion would be to add a few fans on the boat. Since the experience is meant to be relaxing, having some airflow would make it much more comfortable, especially on warmer days. Other than that, everything went very well, and we really enjoyed the tour.

They need to list better instructions for this tour as we showed up on time and they conveyed the ship had already left. The guy at the front was pretty rude and didn’t offer any support in the matter. Just an “oh well”.
