The trip overall was enjoyable; we were able to see dolphins, snorkeling was interesting and sunset beautiful.
The reason I rated this experience 3 stars is how uncomfortable captain made us by constantly reminding to leave proper tip at the end…. The trip it self was not chip and gratuity should be optional for excellent service. I would consider tipping but after many reminders did not feel like it

Dolphins were spectacular, just wish we could have seen more marine life while snorkling.

Honestly, great. The only reason my experience was four stars is because the location where we were taken didn’t have THAT much underwater variety like I expected. But we saw dolphins, and saw fish and I got scared by some huge tarpon which I thought were sharks at first. But overall the experience if snorkeling with fins and having drinks on board is worth the money.

This experience was fun in that we saw some dolphins on our way back however, they captain changed the destination, and we never made it to the reef and didn’t tell anybody until we showed up in some random sponge garden. They didn’t inform us that we were not gonna get to go to the reef and didn’t give us an option that if we slowed the boat down, we might just have less swim time at the reef or anything. They just made an alternate decision and we saw nothing but some sponges and a couple of fish that you could see almost anywhere. It was very disappointing based on what the reviews and what other people had commented they had been to and seen at the reef. There was no communication about it until we got to the spot they chose, which was not the refer we were supposed to go, and they barely communicated the change to anyone there were many upset passengers.

The safety and enjoyment of our guests are always our top priorities. Weather and ocean conditions can sometimes make it unsafe or unsuitable to visit the originally planned reef. When that happens, our captains use their experience to select the best available snorkeling location based on the conditions that day, with the goal of providing the best experience possible while keeping everyone safe.
We understand your frustration regarding the change in destination and appreciate your comments about the communication onboard. We will share your feedback with our team, as we agree that keeping guests informed of any itinerary changes is important.
While the conditions prevented a visit to the planned reef, our captain did their best to take the group to an alternative reef area where guests could still snorkel and enjoy the marine life, and we were pleased that you were also able to see dolphins during the trip.

We thought we were going to a reef but we rode an hour out to our destination just to get there and the captain tells us we couldn’t go to the reef. Which is fine- completely understandable if the weather is bad. BUT , that should have been communicated with us BEFORE we got there! He knew the weather was bad but made no attempt to communicate that. He made one small comment in passing upon arriving at some crappy destination where all we could see was grey/brown sponge . However, we were able to rebook for another day after we returned and called the company .

Great time!! Snorkeling the reef was amazing and the dolphins were great too! Would recommend any age! Staff was very helpful! Miss Laura and her team were great!

Amazing staff, amazing experience. Yes we did see dolphins and lots of them. The staff is very knowledgeable.

It was a very great experience I am handicap on a scooter and with a service dog they were grateful to help me onto the boat to captain fell in love with the service dog they were very very courteous kind and respectful One of the best small boat trips that I have been on!!

The slow ride out to location was enjoyable. It was a very windy day, so not the best snorkeling conditions. Earlier trips that morning were canceled. Captain was able to find dolphins, which was nice. Quicker ride going back - rougher and everyone bouncing around & getting soaked (lol). Canned soda or mimosa for drinks. Overall average experience.

Was left at the dock after checking in on time with a whole other family captain of the boat looked me in face and continued to leave us

Greetings to anyone reading this. This guest is not telling the truth. We had 50 other people on that boat that made it to check in on time. This group did not arrive on time nor were they in the correct location. We had 50 other guests who had no trouble getting to the trip. We don't make a living doing this for 40 plus years by leaving families at the dock.

Our family had a blast on this cruise! It was just the right amount of time and right activities (with a teen and a young one) - snorkeling, dolphin watching, and sunset all in one. The crew was kind and knowledgeable, and made it an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

We saw a whole pod of dolphins and stopped fwith them or about 20mins which was amazing!
The snorkelling spot had poor visibility on the day so we went to another spot but didn't see anything unfortunately.

Very disappointed with the experience. No dolphins were seen and the captain only told the group at the end. The coral reefs are very plain and totally different from the pictures shown at the company’s website. I only saw couple of very plain fish. The water is not clear at all. The trip to the snorkeling site was chilly. The website doesn’t provide the tip to bring extra clothes for the trip. I have to think that all they care is to sell as many as possible tickets and don’t care customers experience at all. Otherwise they can at least honestly warn potential guests not ideal snorkeling conditions and possibly not seeing any dolphins. Totally wasted a precious vacation day.

Saw multiple dolphins & snorkeling was awesome! Water was chilly at first but you get used to it fast. Got to see schools of fish & dolphins swam just 30 feet away from where we were! The captains were very helpful & chill - highly recommend!

We went on a day with calm waters and it was excellent. We saw dolphins and the snorkeling was really good. The sunset was beautiful on the way back. I would highly recommend this tour. The crew was really good and gave us a lot of info on dolphins and we're just helpful all around.

We did both the parasail trip and the sunset snorkel and dolphin encounter trip and both were stellar experiences. The boat captains and crew were amazing, very friendly and funny.
