From the amenities on the boat, to the guides, to the scenery and dolphins, this was an outstanding trip. I would highly recommend it. Plus, free booze! And they weren't stingy with it either. The service was just great. We saw lots of dolphins; one even jumped up within about 10 feet of the boat. Everyone was friendly and they were generous on the time we were out. It was a great experience... probably the highlight of our trip to Key West.

Very relaxing and comfortable adventure with Captain Joe and Nick. We DID see dolphins even tho there were windy conditions! Their persistence paid off for those of us on board!
Response from Host, Oct 2026
Those dolphins made everyone work for it, but Captain Joe and Nick weren't giving up! So glad their persistence paid off and you got to see them. Thanks for braving the breeze and sailing with us!
High winds made our outing get delayed twice BUT they did everything they could to accommodate us while we were here and upgraded us to the Captain’s sunset dolphin sail!! It did not disappoint!!! We saw dolphins!! Very relaxing!! Captain Blake and Tanner the bartender were phenomenal!!! I highly recommend this especially for families!!
Response from Host, Oct 2026
Third time's the charm! We're so glad you rolled with Mother Nature and that we could get you out on the water for an awesome evening. Dolphins showing up was the icing on the cake! We'll make sure the Captain and Tanner get the love. Thanks for sticking with us and for the five stars, Pam!
This sailing was so fun, we saw a few dolphins, the ocean breeze felt great, and the crew was wonderful! A perfect way to spend an afternoon in Key West!
Response from Host, Oct 2026
Dolphins, ocean breezes, and an awesome crew—now that's how you do an afternoon in Key West! So glad you had a blast with us. Come sail again soon, Evelyn!
Didn’t even get to see a single dolphin. It was waste of money and time. I don’t recommend this experience
Response from Host, Oct 2026
We wish we had a shell phone to call the dolphins and let them know when and where to show up! Unfortunately, Mother Nature has her own schedule. Our captain stays in touch with other dolphin tour boats to share sightings, and we always do our best to find them. We're sorry the dolphins decided to take the day off, but we hope you still enjoyed the beautiful Key West views and included beer, wine, champagne, and sangria.
The crew were very friendly and welcoming. The boat was in great shape. Had a wonderful ride and saw about a dozen dolphins. Great day!
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience on our Afternoon Dolphin Watch Sail, Catherine! We're already looking forward to your next visit to Key West!
The company advertised a Dolphing sightseeing, and that is not the case, they take you on the boat around and around under the sun and that is it. No one explains or say anything.
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Marcel! Our Dolphin Watch is a sailing excursion where we head out in search of wild dolphins to view in their natural habitat. Unfortunately, the dolphins didn’t get the memo that day! While it’s rare, they are wild animals and sightings can never be guaranteed.
Our crew is always happy to answer questions and share information along the way, but this is a relaxed sailing experience rather than a sit-down, narrated presentation. We’re sorry the dolphins didn’t make an appearance, but we hope you were still able to enjoy the sail, music, beautiful Key West views, and unlimited bar!
Didn’t get to see many dolphins they wore not jumping out of the water and the boat never moved around to try and find more
Response from Host, Aug 2026
We are very sorry you were disappointed with your trip. It seems you did get to see dolphins but unfortunately it is a rare thing to see them jumping out of the water in the wild.
Was looking for a nice relaxing excursion. Got to see a bunch of dolphins. The staff on board were awesome.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you for the 5 stars, Dorothy! Dolphins, a relaxing day on the water, and a great crew—hard to beat that combo! We’re so glad you joined us and hope to see you back in Key West soon.
Amazing experience. Saw the dolphins. Boat was very clean. Crew were very friendly throughout. Would recommend.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for the 5 stars! We're so glad the dolphins made an appearance and that you enjoyed your time on the water. We'll be sure to share your kind words with our crew. We hope to welcome you back onboard soon, Natasha!
Excellent experience. Staff top notch and very friendly!!!
Highly recommended!!!
Saw dolphins and turtles!!!

Thank you for the awesome review, Jose! We're so glad you had a great time and even got to see dolphins and turtles—that's a pretty great day on the water. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to our crew. Thanks for the recommendation, and we hope to see you onboard again soon!
We took the 2 hour dolphin boat ride. Saw several dolphins. The free drinks were definitely a bonus. Areas on the boat for shade and lots of room for sun and getting great views of the dolphins and harbor
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for the 5 stars, Kara! We're so glad the dolphins decided to make an appearance—they're the real stars of the show! It's great to hear you enjoyed the open bar and had plenty of room to relax, whether in the shade or soaking up the sunshine. We appreciate you sailing with us and hope to welcome you back onboard again soon!
We had a nice time on the afternoon dolphin watch, and the crew was friendly. We did see a school of dolphins on three or four occasions, which was exciting. However, the boat never got close enough for us to really see them. Most of what we saw were their dorsal fins briefly breaking the surface of the water. While I understand the importance of respecting the dolphins and not disturbing them, I was hoping for a closer view. Overall, it was an enjoyable boat ride, but if you’re expecting close-up dolphin sightings, your experience may vary.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your afternoon on the water, found our crew friendly, and were able to spot dolphins several times during your trip.
We understand hoping for a closer view, and while we always do our best to provide incredible wildlife encounters, we also prioritize the safety and well-being of the dolphins by following responsible wildlife viewing guidelines. Because they are wild animals in their natural habitat, every sighting is unique and their behavior can vary from day to day.
Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you aboard again for another memorable adventure!
Fabulous time captain and crew were sensational and we had many dolphin spottings! Was a little to long but we really enjoyed

Thank you for sharing your experience on our Afternoon Dolphin Sail, Isaac! I am happy to hear that it was a great time out on the water with our local wild dolphins!
Brice and Gary were awesome guides and very personable. We truly enjoyed seeing the dolphins, and the boat itself.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for sharing, Renee! I am happy to hear that our local marine friends were out and about for your visit. We hope to welcome you back aboard on your next visit to Key West!
What a blast! The crew knew exactly where to find dolphins and they delivered! The boat was spacious and clean.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thanks for the 5 stars, Jeremy! We love when the dolphins cooperate! It sounds like they decided to put on a show just for you. Thanks for sailing with us, and we're so glad you had a blast. Hope to see you back onboard soon!
We all had a great time . We were very lucky that we found dolphins pretty fast and hung out with us for a long time. The captain and her assistant were very good, knowledgeable and able to explain every question they were asked. Everybody in our party of 7 were very satisfied with the experience. Will definitely recommend it.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
What an incredible day! We're so glad the dolphins decided to stick around and put on a show for your group. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to the captain and crew. Thanks for the 5 stars, and we hope to welcome all seven of you back onboard again soon...plus a few more friends!
I use a cane and arrived 90 minutes early, confirmed with very helpful kiosk agents that the boarding process would include a ramp with handrails. They were wonderful, showed it to me, showed how it set up when the next Sebago boat came in and used it. I was happy to wait and eager to go on the dolphin watch. When our scheduled boat showed up, the capt and crew had no interest in being helpful and ignored requests: instead they set down a flat wooden board less than 30” wide (no rails at all) that even a number of the mobile/agile participants hesitated to use. The kiosk people approached him and he waved them off. You know what? I’d brought $60 to tip the crew and regularly leave glowing recommendations on Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google. I had waited 90 minutes in the heat, happy at the prospect of seeing dolphins. Now, I appreciate the refund, I do, but is this really the way this company treats people with a disability who have paid in advance and are eager to join in? It made me feel like my presence was meaningless. And no, I didn’t go up in front of the whole crowd and announce that I needed them to switch to the ramp with handrails that was sitting not ten feet away… and very few handicapped people ever would do so when the captain showed zero interest. By the way, I was sitting right there in the bright red mobility scooter that I’d already made arrangements to leave onshore, I saw the kiosk person speak to the captain twice (he was paid no mind), and so? If that’s how you all do business, you’ll never get mine again and I will make sure that other mobility challenged people never feel the same regret and embarrassment.

We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously, and we're sadden by the experience this guest had. While true that she was told by our sales team that the boarding ramp would have rails, they were incorrect unfortunately. The 4 foot ramp used for that vessel is the only one we have that fits that vessels entry point. After speaking to two captains and the crew, they were unaware of this guest even being on our tour. Had she informed the vessel staff, they 100% would have helped her in any way possible. We have accommodated a vast amount of guests who have mobility issues and will continue to do so. Again, we apologize for this instance and will continue to be inclusive of all guests.
This was the best experience ever. Captain Brett and the first mate Robin made sure that everyone on the cruise had a great time and experience. He was able to find at least 15 dolphins which made the trip so special. Thank you to both of them for the AWESOME experience.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Wow, what a day! Captain Brett and Robin will love hearing this. Finding a pod of dolphins is always exciting, and 15 of them definitely makes for a memorable trip. We're so glad they helped make it such a special experience. Thanks for sailing with us!
Weather was VERY hot and humid. Boat had no place to get good ventilation or air movement in the shade. No fans. Multiple passengers (inc us) were using wet napkins to cool themselves and drinking large quantities of cold water (which was provided). 2 person crew were good, but unable to offer any relief from the extreme heat. We did see a few dolphins. If any one in your party doesnt handle extreme heat well, it's a definite pass. Its borderline heat exhaustion territory (possibly heat stroke depending on the person) and was pretty miserable (for us).
Response from Host, Jun 2026
I hear you, Dawn! Key West gets really hot and humid! The end of May, beginning of June is the beginning of our summer here and it can be stifling. I highly recommend if people are prone to heat exhaustion to wear swimwear and cool off with the freshwater hose at the back of the boat. We are very sorry you were uncomfortable and would recommend that you chose an activity that requires you to get in the water next time. It can be more refreshing and fun (and sometimes you even get to see dolphin).
This trip was so awesome! If you love dolphins (like I do) you MUST take this trip! Also, the captain and 1st mate were so cool!
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for being such an awesome guest, Cherie! I am so happy to hear that you share our team's love of our local dolphins and were able to experience them in their natural habitat out on the water!
We had a wonderful experience. The captain and bartender knew exactly where to take us to see dolphins.
Response from Host, May 2026
Love hearing this. Finding the wild dolphins is kind of our crew’s superpower at this point. So glad you had such a wonderful time out on the water. See you next time, Nicole!
The boat ride was so nice and relaxing. We saw plenty of Dolphins and it was a perfect day. Bonus was drinks were included!
Response from Host, May 2026
Sounds like the perfect day! Thank you for the 5 stars, Lisa and we hope to sail with you again.
The cruise was enjoyable and the crew friendly. We saw dolphins up close. The water was beautiful. I recommend this cruise
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for choosing to sail with Sebago, Loretta! We hope to see you again on your next visit to Key West!
Both the Captain and his crew were awesome and made the trip worthwhile. It a must sonic haven't done it before
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you so much for the 5 stars, Tim! We hope to see you again for round 2!
90 degree day and not enough seats in the shade so we did not board. We are requesting a refund and hopefully they provide one.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to join us due to concerns about seating and shade availability.
Guest comfort is very important to us, and we understand that spending time in the heat without adequate shaded seating can impact the overall experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We’re sorry you weren’t able to enjoy the excursion and hope we have the opportunity to provide a better experience for you in the future.
Very enjoyable. Heat can sneak up on you. Captain crew were amazing! So much fun. Drinks provided. All around good time
Response from Host, May 2026
Thanks for the 5 stars, Matthew! The island sun definitely likes to keep everyone on their toes, but cold drinks and a great crew usually help with that. Sounds like an all-around fun day on the water.
We had a great time! Went out at 10 am, only a handful of us on the boat. We watched dolphins playing, swimming right up to the boat, and splashing around. The captain knew right where to take us.
Response from Host, May 2026
What a great trip, Tammy! Seeing dolphins swim right up to the boat and play alongside you is always such a cool experience. Sounds like your captain had everyone in the right place at the right time.
It was worth the trip. Relaxing.
Two great guys that had an answer to every question. Take video even if they aren’t out there.
Response from Host, May 2026
So glad you had a relaxing time out there, Alma. Sounds like the crew kept things fun and informative the whole way through. And agreed—always keep the camera ready, you never know what might show up.
We did see a ton of dolphins, which was awesome but for a two hour tour, we didn’t need to watch them for an hour and a half of that I think sailing around the area would’ve been better maybe a half hour of looking at dolphins
Response from Host, Apr 2026
We appreciate the feedback—and we have to say, “too many dolphins” is a new one for us.
When a whole pod decides to show up and put on a performance, we tend to let them have their moment. Some days it’s a quick wave, other days it’s a full show—and we’d hate to cut them off mid-performance.
That said, we’re glad you got to see so many and hope you still enjoyed the time out on the water.
The Captain knew exactly where to go to see the dolphins. I can’t even guess at how many we saw. The ride was math and the atmosphere was great. Best of all the crew was amazing. Grace was the first mate and bartender. She walked around and spoke with everyone. Simply put - she was amazing!
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you for the stellar review and crew shout out, Gary. I'm thrilled to hear that our local dolphins were out and about to show off for your visit! We can't wait to see you sailing with Sebago on your next trip to Key West!
