From the amenities on the boat, to the guides, to the scenery and dolphins, this was an outstanding trip. I would highly recommend it. Plus, free booze! And they weren't stingy with it either. The service was just great. We saw lots of dolphins; one even jumped up within about 10 feet of the boat. Everyone was friendly and they were generous on the time we were out. It was a great experience... probably the highlight of our trip to Key West.

I use a cane and arrived 90 minutes early, confirmed with very helpful kiosk agents that the boarding process would include a ramp with handrails. They were wonderful, showed it to me, showed how it set up when the next Sebago boat came in and used it. I was happy to wait and eager to go on the dolphin watch. When our scheduled boat showed up, the capt and crew had no interest in being helpful and ignored requests: instead they set down a flat wooden board less than 30” wide (no rails at all) that even a number of the mobile/agile participants hesitated to use. The kiosk people approached him and he waved them off. You know what? I’d brought $60 to tip the crew and regularly leave glowing recommendations on Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google. I had waited 90 minutes in the heat, happy at the prospect of seeing dolphins. Now, I appreciate the refund, I do, but is this really the way this company treats people with a disability who have paid in advance and are eager to join in? It made me feel like my presence was meaningless. And no, I didn’t go up in front of the whole crowd and announce that I needed them to switch to the ramp with handrails that was sitting not ten feet away… and very few handicapped people ever would do so when the captain showed zero interest. By the way, I was sitting right there in the bright red mobility scooter that I’d already made arrangements to leave onshore, I saw the kiosk person speak to the captain twice (he was paid no mind), and so? If that’s how you all do business, you’ll never get mine again and I will make sure that other mobility challenged people never feel the same regret and embarrassment.

We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously, and we're sadden by the experience this guest had. While true that she was told by our sales team that the boarding ramp would have rails, they were incorrect unfortunately. The 4 foot ramp used for that vessel is the only one we have that fits that vessels entry point. After speaking to two captains and the crew, they were unaware of this guest even being on our tour. Had she informed the vessel staff, they 100% would have helped her in any way possible. We have accommodated a vast amount of guests who have mobility issues and will continue to do so. Again, we apologize for this instance and will continue to be inclusive of all guests.

This was the best experience ever. Captain Brett and the first mate Robin made sure that everyone on the cruise had a great time and experience. He was able to find at least 15 dolphins which made the trip so special. Thank you to both of them for the AWESOME experience.

Weather was VERY hot and humid. Boat had no place to get good ventilation or air movement in the shade. No fans. Multiple passengers (inc us) were using wet napkins to cool themselves and drinking large quantities of cold water (which was provided). 2 person crew were good, but unable to offer any relief from the extreme heat. We did see a few dolphins. If any one in your party doesnt handle extreme heat well, it's a definite pass. Its borderline heat exhaustion territory (possibly heat stroke depending on the person) and was pretty miserable (for us).

I hear you, Dawn! Key West gets really hot and humid! The end of May, beginning of June is the beginning of our summer here and it can be stifling. I highly recommend if people are prone to heat exhaustion to wear swimwear and cool off with the freshwater hose at the back of the boat. We are very sorry you were uncomfortable and would recommend that you chose an activity that requires you to get in the water next time. It can be more refreshing and fun (and sometimes you even get to see dolphin).

We had a great time! Went out at 10 am, only a handful of us on the boat. We watched dolphins playing, swimming right up to the boat, and splashing around. The captain knew right where to take us.

We did see a ton of dolphins, which was awesome but for a two hour tour, we didn’t need to watch them for an hour and a half of that I think sailing around the area would’ve been better maybe a half hour of looking at dolphins

We appreciate the feedback—and we have to say, “too many dolphins” is a new one for us.
When a whole pod decides to show up and put on a performance, we tend to let them have their moment. Some days it’s a quick wave, other days it’s a full show—and we’d hate to cut them off mid-performance.

The Captain knew exactly where to go to see the dolphins. I can’t even guess at how many we saw. The ride was math and the atmosphere was great. Best of all the crew was amazing. Grace was the first mate and bartender. She walked around and spoke with everyone. Simply put - she was amazing!

Loud incessant music, open bar definitely not a ECO TOUR. The boat just kept circling the harbor . The dolphins were smart to stay far far away from the onslaught!

Our dolphin sails are designed to be a fun, social cruise with music and an open bar, not a silent eco-expedition. That said, we absolutely respect marine life and operate responsibly while observing wildlife.
A quick note on dolphins—bottlenose dolphins are highly intelligent and actually use sound and vibration (echolocation) to navigate, communicate, and hunt. While they can detect vibrations in the water, they are very accustomed to boat traffic in areas like Key West and often choose when—and if—they want to interact. Some days they’re playful and come right up to the boat, other days they prefer to keep their distance. They’re wild animals, not on a schedule.
Because of that, we do cruise around to locate them rather than staying in one place, and yes—we like to keep the atmosphere enjoyable for our guests while we search.
We’re sorry you weren’t in the mood for good music and drinks, but that is very much part of the experience we offer. We appreciate you joining us and hope you were still able to enjoy some time out on the water.

You may or may not see dolphins but the boat trip and sight seeing still makes it worth your time. We actually saw a few dolphins. The capt and his first mate/bartender were excellent.

The crew was fun and amazing super friendly
The boat was beautiful and the weather was perfect! Drinks were great we saw 6-7 dolphins
They are wild so don’t expect them to put on a show. Bring cash to tip because they are worth it!

We were successful at seeing a lot of dolphins, so that was fun. I did not realize that we would not sail at all on the sailboat so that was a disappointment-I chose this trip over the others because it was on a sailboat. Because we found the dolphins almost immediately as we left the dock, we more or less followed the same dolphins-which was totally fun, but never left the general harbor/mooring area. We thought it would be more of a trip than it was. The boat was beautiful and it was nice to be on the water. Staff were great.

While the amount of dolphins you see may vary, the crew was amazing, the boat was great and the trip was still worth every penny! Even if we hadn’t seen any, which we saw a bunch, the trip out there and back was awesome.

It’s a really nice cruise and we had a great captain. His first mate really took good care of us also and we got to see a lot of dolphins within the first hour getting out to sea.
