I loved every moment of it, every one were exceptionally kind and paying attention to each and every one, basically i learned how to snorkel with them. I recognized Kelsey because i happened to have another tour with her. She was the one that literally gave me a free snorkeling class! I am a senior, i have to confess she is very talented! I would ALWAYS go with their company for any tour from now on!

The tiki sunset cruise was an amazing time! Robert, our captain was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Robert excitedly told us about the history of certain landmarks and businesses as we went along our sunset cruise. It was nice to bring our own drinks on the tiki boat to help enjoy the ride! Once out by the sunset, it was a gorgeous view and amazing for photos! This is a fun and relaxing tour and totally worth it! I highly recommend using Tiki Boat Adventures for your sunset tour.

The name of the experience, “Key West Tiki Bar Sunset Cruise” suggests this is a traditional booze cruise. Upon arrival, we were informed that only bottled water would be provided however they were happy to dock across the street from a Circle K to allow us to buy alcohol and snacks. The gentleman told us this is written in the “fine print” and offered to ge the owner on the phone. Eric, the owner was very rude and would not offer a refund of any kind. We are reaching out to Viator for a refund.

Dear Pamela_H, We are disappointed that you chose not to join us for the sunset cruise. I personally spoke with you and would like to provide the full context of this interaction. We take our reputation seriously and always aim to go above and beyond for our customers. When you arrived unaware of the BYOB policy—which is listed in the booking details—my Captain didn't just point to the "fine print." He offered two immediate solutions to save your evening: he offered to delay the boat's departure so you could visit the store across the street, and he even offered to pilot the boat directly to your waterfront condo so you could retrieve your own beverages. I was brought into the conversation to help, but when I professionally explained our no-refund policy for dockside cancellations, you demanded that I pay for your Uber ride back to the residence. I declined to pay for your private transportation, at which point you hung up on me. We held these seats specifically for your party of 3, making them unavailable to other travelers. While we are sorry you chose not to go, however, we feel that offering to delay a tour and provide "door-to-door" boat service to accommodate a guest's oversight is the opposite of being misleading or unhelpful. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, we cannot provide refunds for dockside cancellations, nor can we cover private transportation costs (Uber) for guests. My team and I remained professional throughout the exchange, and we were simply upholding the policies that allow us to operate as a small business. We wish you better experiences in your future travels.

We cannot accept a one-star rating when the disappointment stems from a failure to read the tour description. How can you possibly go wrong here? Bring anything you want to eat or drink and cruise around the island in search of a beautiful sunset. Jimmy is a wonderful host and captain, it was like catching up with an old friend. Would highly recommend this experience for a laid back and fun boat ride that truly embodies the key west spirit!

If you want a more personal and relaxing experience then this boat is for you. Its a Tiki boat that had bar seats for 6 people The Captain was knowledgeable about everything in the area. He had a lot of interesting information. Very interactive.

We had an amazing ride on the Tiki boat with Jimmy. The sunset was perfect. Jimmy knew the history of Key West which made the ride even more interesting. The fun music and the sunset made for perfect cruise.

This is my 2nd time on Sunset Tiki tour. Both times I went it was informative on the Keys & a lot of fun. It was my sisters 1st time to Key West this tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Everyone should get to see sunset in Key West on the ocean in a tiki boat.

This was a great experience. Capt. Jimmy took us all around the harbor, etc while we drank some ice cold beverages and filled us in on some fun facts while doing so. Weather wasn’t the best (clouds all around) so we didn’t get a picture perfect sunset but we still had a great time! Rain showed up right as we got back to the docks.

Our captain was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to chat with for a couple hours. The only downside is that we would have loved to have known there was a washroom available when we got on. Loved seeing the sunset from the tiki tour.

Great view of sun setting in water. Captain provided interested info on landmarks. However, too much info and viewing of real estate of the rich and famous. We had to ask to return from real estate tour to view sunset just 10 minutes prior to sunset time.

Madison was such a great guide! She was upbeat and kept the mood light. We were able to visit a few little spots on our way to watch the sunset and she was very knowledgeable and had several fun little facts.
We loved that it was only 6 people max. BYOB was also nice in our opinion, because you get to choose something you know you’d want.
