Bring beverages to stay...
Bring beverages to stay hydrated, if you’re out on deck- hang on to everything- it will blow away! Glasses and hats!

Amazing opportunity!
Once in a lifetime experience to see an incredible place so few ever do. I would recommend this to anyone who loves the water and ocean life.

We had a wonderful time...
We had a wonderful time visiting the Dry Tortugas aboard the Yankee Freedom. The crew of the ship was awesome (special shoutout to Hollywood). They made the trip out to the park easy and comfortable. The Dry Tortugas is one of the most remote and secluded of the National Parks, making our experience there all the more special. Snorkeling through its waters was amazing. It’s a truly beautiful and remarkable place. Bring an extra change of clothes, towels, and plenty of sunblock.

  • Plan to drink plenty of water during a day trip to the Dry Tortugas; tours can last 10 hours or more, and it’s easy to get dehydrated without even feeling thirsty.

  • Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

  • Some charter boats are wheelchair accessible, but visitors should give advance notice. Fort Jefferson has three floors, with only the first accessible to wheelchair users.
