The boat ride out was beautiful and informative. The snorkeling was so much fun. It was very wavy but the fish that we saw were amazing. Getting back on the boat at the end of the snorkeling was slightly challenging. The ride back in was so much fun. We had several of the promised margaritas and enjoyed the ride back to Key West. The staff was great!

Liv and her crew were great. A great way to start a day in Key West.
Can’t come here and not enjoy the water.
It was a nice experience. I do wish they had some sort of snack to pass around. I loved that people can’t drink alcohol until after the snorkel has been completed. Much better time than other experiences where drunks are throwing up in the water.
Great experience! Conveniently located right on the cruise dock for those coming in for the day. Catamaran was super spacious. Crew was great and made sure to keep drinks flowing back to land :)
Our favorite part of visiting Key West. Wonderful boat ride and staff. The snorkeling itself was amazing. Clear waters and saw so many beautiful fish
We had a really fun time snorkeling! The crew was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel safe and relaxed. The boat ride itself was beautiful, and it was so much fun getting out on the water and seeing the marine life. Everything was well organized and the equipment was easy to use. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I wish we had seen a little more wild life , but overall it was a great experience and definitely worth doing while in Key West. I would recommend it!

Thank you for the review, Kaylee! We are so glad you enjoyed the vessel and the crew and that they made you feel safe as that is our number one priority! We hope the wild life participates a bit more on your next trip to earn Fury 5 stars!
Great time at sea! Professional staff and unlimited awesome margaritas and wine after snorkeling! Great for solo travelers!
The overall tour was nice, the captain explained everything in detail. It was my first time, and I appreciate the lifeguard swimming in the ocean with us and also checking on me and the other snorkelers, it made me feel safe. I had to use two pool noodles and inflate my life vest because the water was choppy, (it rained prior). We also snorkled at the gulf instead of the reef due to water safety. I wish the weather was better because at the gulf the water isn’t as clear. When booking please have basic water confidence! The alcoholic drinks at the end were a bonus, they were strong! 😍🔥
Everyone was amazing aboard the vessel, very educated and professional. Look forward to return on our next vacation and snorkel yet again
Amazing snorkeling experience. Best reef in Key West! Fury catamaran and Captain Liv and crew were spectacular! 5 stars all the way. I have already booked the same tour in September when I return. Great job Viator, always satisfied with your tours in any city I visit!

Thank you for the review, Christine! We are so pleased you enjoyed Captain Liv and our custom catamaran! We look forward to having you back in September!
Captains were great snorkeling, not so much where they chose to take us instead of the original plan because of what I think they said was something to do with the wind. It was murky green couldn’t see the bottom saw no fish or aqua life at all kept getting tangled in all the seaweed it was not a fun time and seemed really short the time we got to snorkel.

Hello, Terry.. Whenever the weather is not ideal and we feel our guests will not be comfortable in the waters offshore at the Reef, our Captains will pick the next best possible location. We can assure you that if we changed locations, the conditions were far from ideal at the reef. We do offer the option to cancel or reschedule when tours are amended prior to departure, however, most guests opt to go and enjoy the boat trip, warm waters and sea life found in the waters of the Gulf.. While not as vibrant as the Reef, there is still typically much to see at these alternate locations. We hope to have you back when the weather is perfect and we can venture back out to the reef!
During boarding they announced we will not go to reef due weather. They lie! I am seaman snd can confirm ghe weather was same in reef area or the spot they brought us. It was waster money due NO SINGLE rock or stone and no single fish due sandy bottom only.Who want to drink only and swim can use such trips. But we travel from Norway to Miami and Key West to snorkle on the reef , but cheated by Fury company.I can confirm it was no any issue with weather , waves whatsoever and was same weather for reef area or this place just for swimming. To swim only We can use the beach and not sit 3 hours on the boat.Very disappointed and consider as total waste of money and time. For us faced a lot of expenses for hotel and drive to Key West. And just to swim at sea …

Hello, Sergiy . We regret you did not enjoy your day on the water with us.We can assure you that if we changed locations, the conditions were far from ideal at the reef. It is in our best interest to take guests to the reef, which we do whenever possible.
The staff were friendly, organized and made the experience memorable. We were supposed to go into the ocean side but the weather conditions didn’t allow for it so we had to pivot. They made the best of a tough situation.

Thank you for the review, Melanie! We appreciate the recognition of the staff making the best of the weather and water conditions. We do our best to get the guests out to the reef, but if it is unsafe and the conditions don't allow it, we have to do the next best thing. We look forward to having you back!
The boat ride and crew was fantastic! Although out of everyone's control the wind was high and the water was choppy. We were not able to go to the reef, instead a different location for snorkeling. It was not great.
Great experience. The crew was fantastic, very helpful always kept my drinks full while keeping everyone safe. Will definitely do it again.
This trip was absolutely amazing! The reef was so cool to see. Each kid (14,13,&10) had a blast. The captain and her staff was super friendly, even taking a minute to notice my 10 year olds nails and complimenting them. The margaritas are STRONG but we were totally fine having lemonade which they offered. Next time I will bring snacks because after that exercise we were starving.
This was our second Fury snorkel trip. I booked with them on my recent cruise because I was trying to skip the mass groups that are often found when you book through the ship and we had a great previous trip with Fury. At meeting time, I was surprised by the number of people and assumed wrongly that they must be using 2 boats. All one hundred of us went on one boat, with a captain and 3 staff. Due to weather, they let us know we would not be going to the reef, but to a second location. They offered to let us rebook, not a refund. Considering the high likelihood of 100% visitors, I’m not sure a rebook was possible for any of us. When we arrived at the snorkel spot, one staff member got in the water with the 100+ snorkelers. I saw one person struggling and another dragging her back to the boat with no intervention or support from the Fury staff. I observed the remaining two staff members on board talking/laughing with one another while the 100+ snorkelers were in the water. What we saw in the water I would give a 2 out of 10. A few variety of fish could be seen, while my focus was not getting kicked by all of the other people in the water. (Other boats were in the area, so I assume this is the normal typical spot when the reef isn’t available.) When it came time to get back in the catamaran, up the stairs from the water, there was no offer of support from the fury staff. Once all on board, the drinks were flowing as we were told they would be. We were told tips would be collected when we got off the boat and what we were told was they average per person amount equated to 30% of the cost of the snorkel experience. I should have confirmed how many could be on the boat prior to booking, and take responsibility for not doing so, but when I went back to the listing on Viator, I could not find the info on the maximum number of people on each tour.

Hello, Janet. Safety is always our first priority. Crew members have to stay on deck to watch all guests in the water below. When conditions are less than ideal and it becomes too uncomfortable to go out to the reef the captain will choose the next best location. Guests then have the option of rebooking or cancelling for a refund.
The 65’ sailing catamaran is USCG approved to hold more than 100 guests plus crew, we would never go over that. We are sorry to hear that the crew strayed from the standard tip speech, at the end of your tour. As Key West is a popular tourist destination, we welcome guests from all over the world, from a variety of backgrounds that may have differing tipping customs at home. That being said, a guide should never discuss a specific tip amount and we’d like you to know we’ve brought your comments to management. It is customary for guests to tip based on the level of customer service they received, however, guests should never feel pressured into doing so. We regret that you had anything less than an excellent experience with us out on the water. It is always our goal to show all of our guests a fun day on the water. We hope you will give us another chance when the conditions are perfect!
Everything from the experience to the staff was amazing. Liv, Garrison, John, Anne were great. From providing a great experience, keeping us safe, and providing excellent service. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place and will forever remember this as one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, team!
The Captain, and crew were great. They were very knowledgeable, hard working, and even know we had a packed boat, they made the experience feel like they were connecting with you

Thank you for the review, Mark! The captain and crew will appreciate the kind words. They are definitely hard working and very passionate about what they do! Please join us again!
All of the staff were extremely detailed and very, very friendly. It was a great time spent with my family and an awesome atmosphere. The drink drinks were cold and flowing as well.
This was a super cool adventure. I took my husband and our 7 year old daughter for Father’s Day and it was quite the experience. Just being on the boat in the open water was a super cool experience in itself. It’s an hour out to the reef, an hour actually snorkeling, and an hour back. They provided all the equipment that we needed and the staff were exceptional! 10 out of 10… will do again!!
Staff was very nice and accommodating with a lot of information. Most patrons did get sea sick. The water was deeper and cloudier then other snorkel trips that I have been in and did not see many fish.

Hello, Reginna. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our kind and professional crew. This tour does go out to the reef that is approximately 7 miles off shore in the Atlantic. It is deep open ocean that does usually have some movement to it. When we know the conditions will be on the rougher side we do send out a notification to give guests the option to rebook or cancel. Marine life varies at the reef, day to day. While most days guests see plenty of varied sea life, occasionally the marine creatures move to other areas or are less active. . Many factors are at play, wind, rain, current all can affect the sea life and visibility. We hope to have you back when the conditions are perfect!
Very large catamaran with helpful crew. The snorkeling was filled with colorful fish and a shark. At the end, the crew brought around margaritas to enjoy. It was a great time!
This trip was amazing. Perfect weather and exploring the reef was great. We saw a shark, sea turtle, eel and all kinds of beautiful fish!! The crew was very knowledgeable and always checking on us. A wonderful afternoon on the water.
It was a lot of fun! My daughter's first time ever snorkeling. I would definitely come do it again!!

Thank you for the review, Jeremy! We are so glad your daughter enjoyed her first snorkeling experience! Thank you for sharing that with us. We look forward to many more!
The boat is very well maintained and the crew is very knowledgeable and friendly. All the crew members were great, but my favorites were Jon and Dakota. The snorkeling trip was the highlight of my vacay.
Wear sunscreen, and experience the beauty the ocean has to offer. You'll enjoy the team that takes you on your ocean trip. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly and so much fun.....

Thank you for the review, Cheryl! We are so pleased you had a wonderful time with our crew out on the ocean! Please join us again!
Great crew you can bring your own snorkel gear, and the drinks after hit it on the spot.
Water is as so clear beautiful reefs.
Loved this adventure. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Weather you have snorkeled before or is your first time it is a great trip. Worth it even if you just stay on the and enjoy the time on the water, the drinks and the company of others. Even though weather did not allow us to go to the actual reef, the area we snorkeled did have sea life. Parrotfish, grouper, nurse sharks, coral and more.
It is a little intimidating when you first get out to the reef, after you get there the crew makes you feel comfortable. It was a blast.
It’s a unique experience definitely worth it! It was a great time and the crew was excellent from the start to finish
