Captain Steve and BarTender Sky took care of us. We had a very small crowd so it felt like a very personal experience. We had an added bonus of seeing dolphins playing. They were both very knowledgeable about the area.

Steve and Scott were superb. Unlike other boats we saw out there where people were packed in shoulder to shoulder, this had a much more comfortable # of people. The crew were happy to take photos for us. A really memorable experience.

The boat was freshly cleaned and well-stocked. Our captain Steve was friendly and had a bunch of interesting information about the island. He played great music and was always up for suggestions. We had an intimate party of great guests. Sky, the bartender made excellent drinks and had great suggestions. They had about 9 different beers available and a full liquor bar, as well as wine. Both Sky and Steve went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time and had a beautiful view of a beautiful sunset on the water, we even got to see a couple pods of dolphins that they tracked down for a closer view. We enjoyed our experience so much, but what really made it special was the hospitality of Sky and Steve. They made the trip extraordinary, even pointing out different beaches and houses along the way to our sunset view and back. Overall, the trip was about 2.5 hours or so and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Key West to jump aboard “The Good Times”! If you booked through Viator, the details were limited but this is run through Snuba of Key West with a departure time of 5/515pm.

Regarding the additional fee, there is a $10 per guest fee due since you had booked through Viator. This is for fuel and fees that is paid directly to us the operator and is due regardless of the number of guests on the cruise as is stated in the Viator listing and confirmation emails. The Captain and his First Mate/bartender were amazing!!! We were a group of 14 and they made sure we had a good time! Capt pointed out all the hot spots and celeb houses, played all our required songs and even danced a song or two on request! We recently went on the Key West Cocktail Cruise in Key West, and it was absolutely fantastic! The captain was both entertaining and informative, making sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. His knowledge of the area and local stories added such a great touch to the experience. The bartender was amazing, keeping our drinks perfectly topped off with a great selection and friendly service. We were able to capture some breathtaking photos of the sunset and the beautiful waters around us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I’d recommend to anyone visiting Key West!

Great service by tour operator and disappointment from Viatore

The cruise operator Captain and his bartender were great host and made our trip memorable. They were very flexible and provided delicious drinks. Viatore did not tell us that the tour operator will charge extra for fuel charges. It was hidden in there Terms and condition. It was a surprise and disappointing to us. The tour operator was nice to waive extra charges to make Vatore look good. Viatore should point things out when you make bookings and not later. No one reads terms and conditions but no one likes surprises

trip canceled due to weather, but they never told us, even after I called and spoke to someone a few hours prior, concerned about the weather, they said it was still on schedule. paid taxi, arrived at boat, no one there. I had to call around to find out that it was in fact canceled. I get you can not control the weather, however letting us know the trip had been canceled would have been nice.

Scott and Steve were awesome!! I would definitely recommend this sunset cruise. It's a smaller boat so much more personalized the the bigger boats that you can't even move on.
