- Required – Florida Boaters Safety: Florida Law requires everyone born after Jan 1, 1988 to take a boaters safety test to drive a jetski. Each driver must present a passed boaters safety test prior to departure. Tests only take 15 minutes & can be taken online

Me and my husband went jet skiing for the first time, and it was such an amazing experience! My husband was the driver, and we had two guides who were super nice and patient. I was so nervous at first — I even screamed a few times! 😂 But the guides made me feel safe and helped me relax. By the end, I was really enjoying it and didn’t want it to end. I totally recommend this experience, even if it’s your first time!

As soon as you check in, prepare to be hit up with the need to provide a generous tip, “we live on tips so we need you to be generous”. This was before we even made it to the dock and the jet skis.

Great jet ski experience. You actually get to drive full throttle and you aren’t stuck just putting around behind people. The ride was long and well worth the cost!

SPECTACULAR time!! Loved every minute. Only advice is be sure you like speed as even at 60km/hr I was the slowest of my group. Great biews and a nice way to ‘see’ Key West from a different perspective. Guides were excellent.

Great ride around the island! Very comfy seats for 2 people bouncing around for 90 min. Gets cool out there so dress warm or rent a wet suit.

This was a highly frustrating experience. We called two hours before departure to check on parking, yet the operator waited until the very last moment to cancel after we arrived, even though the weather conditions were predictable hours in advance.
We were told the event was canceled and a refund would be issued, but it was never processed. We only discovered this because we received an automated email from Viator asking us to review a "completed" event. Not mention the boat certificate is nonrefundable. There was also no shuttle service provided as advertised.
I am not giving a 1-star review because canceling for safety due to weather is the professional and correct thing to do. However, the lack of communication need to be improved.

I don’t even know where to begin… our tour guide Gavin was an absolute nut… in the best way possible. We honestly debated whether we should even go out on the skis… and we’re so glad we did.
If you’re looking for a thrill and not just a sightseeing tour, this is it. Ask for Gavin. The guy was hilarious, fearless, and made the experience unforgettable.

New Jet skis. A little hard to find so call for free shuttle (plus optional tip). Gavin is a natural, you can tell he loves this and has been doing it a long time. Accommodating. One suggestion, is less profanity. Especially the F Bomb. That can be very offensive to their customers. If would influence my decision to return especially with my family. IE One couple had not shown up in time… “F them”. Also when he was concerned about a bad reviews online, used again to discourage bad reviews. I would place use of that word next to the 3rd commandment. I know not everyone is offended by that but many are. I would hate to learn that was hurting not helping my business.
I appreciated the quality ski’s, gorgeous ride and constant feedback if everyone was comfortable, and having fun. Truthfully my wife and I were a little past the weight allotment and now I understand the importance of those limits. We still floated fine and kept up with the group but the ski becomes more wobbly when over the weight limit. I had some pretty fried nerves the first 5-10 minutes and was fine the rest of the way.

This was an exhilarating experience! One of the highlights of our entire week. We each got our own jetski - the instructors and guides were amazing - ensuring that everyone could operate the jetskis safely first. Clear instructions. They were accommodating and enabled us to go super fast or a little less crazy paced. We went around the whole island and saw so many things. It was cold so we were glad they recommended wetsuits for us. The experience would’ve been super uncomfortable had it not been for that.
