This snorkeling adventure was absolutely awesome from start to finish. The crew was friendly, organized, and made everyone feel comfortable right away. Once we were in the water, the views were unreal—clear blue water, colorful fish everywhere, and plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. After snorkeling, relaxing on the boat was just as enjoyable, with great music, a fun atmosphere, and refreshing drinks like mimosas available to add to the celebratory vibe. It felt like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. I’d 100% recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable and fun day on the water.

Breakfast was oranges, stale cereal and store muffins. No protein before an hour of swimming
You are required to wear a flotation device, the light dive bladder makes diving very difficult. Have to use extra effort to stay under
They tell you flippers aren't needed, but any snorkeler will tell flippers cut the work by half. Unfortunately they are also the most common lost piece of equipment. I suspect they don't want amateurs dropping them as they board.
Mask are cheap, poorly maintained one size fits all. No help with strap tightening for newcomers
Instructions for the first-time snorkeling is horrible. If you have never been these people are not who you want to start with.
The reef was boring, with some fish but nothing else.
No guide goes into the water to help you find interesting things or aid you with equipment They stand on they deck and yell instructions
The crew is nice and they will get you drunk on cheap champagne with a hint of juice, beer and inexpensive liquor. I suspect this is in hopes you will forget the horrible dive and tip them big on your departure
It's supposed to be 3 hours, but the boat pulled away 15 minutes after starting time and arrived back 35 minutes ahead of schedule. So more like 2 hours

For future guests reading this review, allow me to clarify a few things as this review is all over the place without much factual items. First and foremost, we have been operating in Key West for over 40 years and have all of our trips clearly laid out with what is included. This guest complained about not having protein on our lite breakfast, which we do not advertise. We are able to keep the price point under $50 per person and still include Fresh Juices, Assortment of Muffins, Fresh Fruit, Assortment of Cereals, Unlimited Draft Beer and Unlimited Mimosas. Additionally, the guest state that they are beginner snorkelers then complain about having to wear a life jacket. This statement is very concerning as if you are a beginner snorkeler you would definitely want to wear a life jacket to assist you with floating on the surface as you snorkel. Wearing a life jacket or floatation device is required by the state of Florida for all guests. We have multiple options that allow you to float effortlessly or lighter ones that allow you to dive down. Our crew gives expert instruction to each and every guest and they are available to help assist any guest with their equipment.

The corals are dead. Only 2-3 fishes each corals. Corals were no colors-only brown. We expect a colorful sanctuary.

Continuously demanding for tips … unlike fury they didn’t bring drinks or food or anything to the people. There are no enough sits no showers to clean after snorkeling. Just use fury …

Awesome snorkeling experience off the coast of Key West! The crew is amazing and very attentive. The reef and snorkeling was the best way to start the day. Small note: for inexperienced snorkelers this can be overwhelming. The reef is in the middle of the ocean so trying to find your bearings in deep wavey water was tough for my husband who had never snorkeled and was trying to get the breathing/mask down and he’s not a fish like his wife! He still saw amazing fish and experienced it but I wish we had “practiced” prior. Nothing negative about the experience or crew but figured it may help the next fish obsessed wife!

When I knew I couldn’t make it to my scheduled time, I contacted them hours before the trip if I can reschedule it to another time within the day. Gladly they accommodated my request. The trip boat trip was fun I get to see the blue ocean again after a long time. The staff discussed the do’s, don’t s and safety rules. Snorkeling equipments are provided. The reef we went to was just okay, not much to see so don’t expect a lot. I’m a freediver from Asia and our coral reefs there are beautiful, so I can really compare. Overall, the trip is worth it especially if you want to try something new.

I would truly expect the reef to be more vivid. It seems most corals were dead and not a lot of fishes nearby. Overall it was a good experience

Experienced medical problem and couldn’t make the morning trip. They refused to refund me although I paid twice to go the next evening. It’s not worth the money, they talk to you like children and you get only 10 minutes of actual snorkeling.

This is our 3rd time booking with this tour. They are always so friendly and safety conscious. The waves were higher on their normal route so they went to a calmer spot. I would definitely go with them again.

It was absolutely 100000% AMAZING...THE CAPTAIN AND CREW WERE INCREDIBLE!!!! The weather was perfect....we went to 3rd largest reef and saw some beautiful fishes!!!! The unlimited breakfast and booze were a great touch 👌!!! Very pleased, would highly recommend, and would absolutely do again!!

It wasn’t much of a reef, the free breakfast was terrible, a muffin or cereal.
Staff were great.

We did the mimosa morning snorkel adventure and Overall the experience was great. We did a 9am time and I’m glad we did as the wind had started to pick up as we were coming back at the end and felt that made a difference on how smooth the water was an our ability to see. This was my first time snorkeling and it was a great beginner activity. My husband loved it. The only thing I feel would have been better was a smaller group. The group of people during our snorkel experience was very large so I would have preferred less people but not a deal breaker. The ride is an hour out, an hour of in the water snorkeling, and the hour back. I have food allergies so I was unable to have a snack after due to the oranges and bananas had already been picked. But again not a deal breaker for me as I prepared to bring my own. Staff was super nice and helpful. We got to see a stingray among many other beautiful fish so all in all it was a great time all around. Definitely recommend this especially if you are a beginner in snorkeling.

The snorkeling aspect of the trip was great, HOWEVER, they let WAY too many people on this tiny boat. There weren’t enough seats for anyone (we had to sit in misc places on the ground). ALSO calling this “breakfast” was false advertising to the max. Our breakfast consisted of cheerio's, oranges & radioactive muffins. They also didn’t ask us to wear reef safe sunscreen :(

Regarding the size of the boat and the number of passengers, our vessel is actually the largest in the state and is certified to hold up to 149 guests. To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, we never book to maximum capacity, and your specific trip sailed at only two-thirds full.
We also strive for complete transparency so guests know exactly what to expect. Our tour description explicitly lists that a 'lite breakfast' is provided. We work very hard to keep this excursion affordable at around $50, which includes this morning snack, unlimited drinks, expert snorkeling instruction, and the trip to the reef itself.
