Your sunset dinner cruise starts at Key West's historic seaport, where you'll board your 65-foot (20-meter) custom-built yacht and set off across the water.
In the air-conditioned cabin, grab a provided margarita, rum runner, mixed well drink, draft beer, wine, sparkling wine, or soft drink, or purchase the upgrade option if you prefer a premium beverage . Then head to the buffet, where the meal is served by our crew, to choose from island-style dishes like pork, plantains, fried fish, and shrimp salad.
When it's time for sunset, watch the show from the upper deck while listening to live music. Your cruise then ends with return to the seaport, where you're free to continue your night out in Key West on your own.

The Boat and all staff were great. 1st group eating very rushed though because you will miss taking pictures of the sunset. The food was very good as was the open bar. The DJ/Musician was a absolutely awesome! Really set the atmosphere for the evening. Boat and bathroom was clean with plenty of seating. The views were pretty especially coming back. Had a amazing time and would highly recommend.

The music was great, the food was okay, the drinks were plentiful, and the tour was an ideal length.
My only complaint was the unnecessary early arrival time. We were asked to arrive an hour early, but check-in took just three minutes, leaving us standing in the heat for the rest of the time.

We were told to check in at 5:45, but they did not let us board until 6:20 so we were left standing in the heat for 35 minutes sweating. Dinning area looked like we were going to a picnic and the food was disappointing. Would have preferred picnic food. The bar area was nice and drinks were very good but it was too wobbly for me to dance. I would not repeat or recommend. Starlite Dinner Cruise out of Clearwater was much better and less expensive. Did not feel I got $118.00 worth.
When we arrived to the cruise ship, the captain and the crew were rude unorganized and did not have space availability for us without dividing our group. This was a 60th birthday celebration and we all want to have dinner together. They kept us on the outside of the pier while they tried to figure out what they were going to do with us while guests were on the ship. They were trying to figure out how they were going to accommodate us and they kept saying I don’t know what we’re going to do, so the captain told us that we could get a refund and the boat took off. When we went to the desk to get a refund, they said that they could not give us a refund because Viator had to give us the refund but we contacted you guys to get a refund you denied it.
We had 12 people on this trip and it was $93 a person not refunded at this point we are still trying to get a refund. We definitely would not use the sun motorsports ever again and we’re waiting for Viator to get back to us.
Also advertising photos look like there was about 30 to 50 people on the ship but when we got there, they said there was over 107. We could see that it was already way too crowded standing in the dock.

For anyone reading this message, this group arrived late and never told anyone previously they had a large group. They did this all on Labor Day weekend, which yes is one of the busiest holidays. Our boat is coast guard rated for 149 passengers and we never allow over 100 so the boat is always at least 1/3 empty to ensure plenty of space for everyone. When this guest arrived we had made seating assignments for everyone already yet they demanded we change them to accommodate. So of course our team tried to accommodate and did give them an option to allow all of their party to sit by each other. These guests still were not happy with our team's efforts and continued to hold the boat from leaving causing tons of other guests to miss out on their experience. We held the boat for them, reserved them seats on the trip and turned down tons of other guests. We inform all guests check-in starts 1 hour prior to the trip's departure yet they showed up after the time of the trip's departure. Due to the tight marina departure schedule we had to leave the dock. Our team tried everything we could to accommodate this group yet they did not accept any of our efforts and decided not to go on the trip.
Fabulous friendly staff made the experience very pleasurable. Smooth ride with incredible food. The Prosecco was great quality, nice and dry. The live performer on the top deck was fantastic. Overall, this was an amazing dinner cruise with great sunset views. Perfect and I would highly recommend.

Great cruise. Great staff. Great food. However, the app that was used to book my reservations booked me for 4. I only wanted 2. The app wouldn't let me correct the number. I am still trying to get reimbursed for 2 tickets with no luck.

Great staff. Good food. Fun music. Hot crowded dining room. Unfortunately the dining groups were not divided evenly and it was very difficult to move around the tables to get food. Overall still a super fun experience
The food, drinks, entertainment and staff were 5 stars. Everything was exceptional except for the onboarding experience. Had us waiting in the hot blaring sun with no water to hydrate. Made us wait in the sun for almost an hour. Perhaps having a better set up could prevent this ie: an awning or an arrangement with the local restaurant to let folks wait in shade.
But I must say, everything else was beautiful. The sunset was stunning. So I would definitely do this tour again.
Cruise itself is great and staff is friendly and attentive. Food is tasty and plentiful. Pre-board experience is somewhat disorganized as they make you check-in twice and then line up (twice for us) out in the hot open sun 30 minutes early for no reason when they could just wait till its actually time to board. Not a big deal in Winter but brutal in August. Pro tip: ask for the first shift seating (inside/AC) and you won't be stuck on the open upper deck till sunset.
Had to wait standing over an hour to get on board with no seating or shade in the hot Florida sun. AC on ship not the greatest and only available while eating. Food was good and crew was friendly. Great sunset and even saw 5 dolphins.
This sunset cruise was organized very well
The boarding was on time and efficient, the passengers are assigned 1 or 2 groups and a table number when boarding l.
Group 1 eats first on the main deck
Group 2 boards the upper deck where the bar is
Mid way through the cruise the groups switch
The buffet had average food the bar made strong drinks
The captain made sure we all had good views of the sunset

This was great. Just as advertised. Great view of the sunset on the water as well as a great site-seeing opportunity! The food, drinks, music and the entire crew were fantastic! Definitely worth doing!

Yummy dinner with the most gorgeous sunset views! There are spots in the boat for all types - you can spend your time upstairs with live music, open bar etc or find a more secluded spot on the front or back for a more intimate, relaxing vibe. Crew are amazing!

My husband and I reserved the dinner cruise for our 50th Anniversary and loved it. The weather didn’t cooperate with us as it was cloudy so we couldn’t actually see the sun set but the dinner, music and crew were amazing!

Had to wait over an hour in the heat until we boarded and then another 30 minutes until we left. Late back which caused us problems when we realised as to transport arrangements.
Had to queue for our first drink for over 20minutes as there wasn’t enough made up.
No soft drinks available, not even water. Seeing as all 3 of us only wanted soft drinks after the initial Rum Punch we had nothing after that.
No hand wash facilities unless you came out of the toilet and into the bar which I only saw one person using.
We felt very vulnerable in using the buffet due to poor hygiene facilities.
The whole experience was awful.
The dinner cruise should have been cancelled or at least people given the opportunity to get off with full refund.
Good food,music and workers. Great time. Would recommend this cruise. The drinks were good and plentiful. Great view!
