What a wonderful day we had on this tour! Hats off to Kathy, Tess, Coral, and our boat's pilot (sorry I forgot his name). The boat was comfortable, the sights were spectacular, and the enthusiasm of the crew was delightful and contagious. We visited a charming lighthouse before searching for whales. We were rewarded with sights of sea otters, eagles, and plenty of whales. Mother Nature spoiled us today! The crew was so friendly and knowledgeable and eager to share their information with us. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

An awesome whale watching tour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Tourin on a smaller vessel slows for a more intimate experience, and better viewing! You can book directly through the tour company or through Viator, instead of the cruise line to save some money. The best whale watch I have ever been on ...and I have been on many!

Captain Dalton and crew were AMAZING. Top notch trip from beginning to end! They were so knowledgeable and got us to the perfect spots where we saw whales closer than we could have imagined. Very clean boat, nice snacks. We would do this tour again!

This water tour gave us the opportunity to see much more of the waterscape had we done a coastline tour. The crew, Todd, Tess and Heidi, were incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, geography and history of the area. We were able to see multiple pods of whales, orcas and a group of seals. While the weather was extremely rough, never did I feel uneasy or nervous. I never wanted it to end.

Our whale‑watching trip with Tess, Chris, and Captain Stephen in Juneau was outstanding. From the moment we stepped aboard, the crew made us feel welcome, safe, and genuinely cared for. They were especially attentive to my husband’s mobility needs, offering steady assistance, thoughtful seating options, and never making him feel rushed or singled out.
Tess and Chris were knowledgeable and engaging, and Captain Stephen’s skill on the water gave us incredible views of humpbacks feeding and diving. The entire outing felt relaxed, well‑paced, and accessible. We left with unforgettable memories and deep appreciation for how this team goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Mac, Tess and Hannah were amazing. They made sure we were safe and comfortable. The excursion was amazing!! It was too rough to get off and see the lighthouse but we saw it from the boat. We lucked out and saw Orcas as well as Humpback whales.

This tour didn't run due to low registration but they helpfully & smoothly transferred me to another whale watching tour (no lighthouse portion) instead. We saw lots of whales and had a great time with the Harv & Marv team!

We loved this excursion. The boat was very nice, well maintained and comfortable. The crew was amazing! Anika took pictures of the whales and shared with us so we could just enjoy seeing the whales in real time. We saw several whales and sea lions. Seeing the lighthouse and Mendenhall Glacier were added bonuses. Highly recommend!

Mac, Coral and Kaytln and Chris were all amazing - very knowledgeable, and passionate about whales and Juneau Alaska. So many highlights and wildlife Orca, humpbacks, sea lions, eagles, blackbears on this excursion

We enjoyed whale watching, lighthouse exploring, glacier views and a large group of seals on the rocks during our 3 hour excursion. The Captain and crew were very knowledgeable and fun to be with while we searched for more whales. Lots of fun!

Loved the whole tour! We got to see 3 humpback whales and a calf! The staff was very nice and informative. The seats on the boat were comfortable. We got complimentary snacks and drinks while on the boat which was nice too!

5 stars from start to finish! Easy to find guide after leaving ship. Shuttle ride shared a lot of great information during drive. And our excursion was AMAZING! Captain Steven, Tess and Annie were fantastic. So grateful we saw not one but half a dozen whales. If we are ever back in Juneau we will take this tour again

Terrific, very cool tour, from pick up which was pretty easy, I had some stuff to do , running late but they were very nice to me, I did make it on time and seen the lighthouse, whales , sea lions, glaciers, they had plenty of snacks and water and some reindeer sausage. Two thumbs up

I was guaranteed a whale sighting and I got way more than I expected. The captain was amazing and interactive, and the crew members were polite and attentive. Snacks were tasty and mostly Alaska based which is a fun added touch for tourists and locals alike. To be a part of a tour group that exclusively has access to seeing the lighthouse felt special. I’m a local and it felt like a local adventure and not a tourist trap. I would 10/10 do this again, preferably with the same crew. Thank you Steven, Grace Ann, and Kris. (apologies if spelling is incorrect, I did my best)

Capt. Stephen and naturalists Tess and Alexis were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we saw whales and other wildlife, and answered all questions we had. The boat was spotless and comfortable. Bus driver was friendly and pointed out many sites as we traveled to and from the docks.

I cannot recommend this excursion more. It was by far the favorite of everyone in our family. It truly was one of the special moments one will take with them for the rest of their life. The crew was exceptional. The stop at Sentinel Island to see the lighthouse was like no other experience. Gorgeous untouched, flora of the island rich with trees, grasses, plants, ferns, etc. along with the lighthouse and learning about its history was truly special. Then it was time to go searching for whales. We were lucky enough to see both orcas and humpbacks. We learned so much from the knowledgeable crew about both of these whales. Professional pictures were taken by the captain and crew, and we’re given to all of us including that special shot of a humpback breaching. This truly was a day that I will never forget. If I could only do one excursion on a cruise to Alaska, this would be it …hands down.

Absolutely wonderful tour. Kaelyn, Anika and Dalton were so knowledgeable and engaging.
We were able to see orcas, sealions and humpbacks. The lighthouse is a great addition to the tour and the information graphics inside were very helpful.
Jack the driver was also great, providing us with facts as we went along and a bonus stop to see Meadenhall glacier from afar.
Snacks included sausages, rice krispie squares and nature valley bars. Both hot and cold drinks were provided, including hot chocolate.
The vessel, Polaris, was brand new and immaculate. Really comfy and an absolute pleasure.

We had an excellent trip and saw many humpback whales, seals, eagles and the lovely lighthouse. Corral, Capt John, Driver John and Emily were very knowledgeble and made it very comfortable. It was a great way to start our Alaska journey.

The tour was very informative, we learned a lot and saw a lot. Not only did we see the lighthouse, we stopped for a view of mendenhall glacier, we saw multiple humpback whales, Stella sea lions, and eagles!
