Our guide just needed more practice. There’s a lot of information to remember and tell all of us about in 90 minutes. I think once she has more practice, she’ll be great.

Ariel was a great tour guide and we learned a lot of interesting history and stories about Chicago's history. Unfortunately the tour does not go into any speakeasy's which we thought it would. Also, while it was great, because we went on a Sunday the few locations (dept store) the tour does normally go into were closed at our tour time.
We will definitely be checking out some of the locations further on our own the next time we are in Chicago.

The tour takes you through macabre Chicago history, and you see the actual locations of the incidents. Interesting and informative…

I actually went with Andre Tuesday at 5pm. I missed the night before and he was very accommodating and let me do the tour the next day. He was very informative and fun! I highly recommend this tour company!

Andre was very knowledgeable and clearly loved the city. He knew not only about mob boss history but he threw in a lot of facts in the architecture. Great all around tour.

Andre was one of the best walking tour guides that we’ve ever had and we’ve taken many tours across the states and Europe. His love for history, Chicago, and crime bosses was evident. Boring is not a word that would ever describe him! My 11 year old son loved talking to him and seriously wants to be BFFs with him! I highly recommend this tour!

Andre is a fabulous tour guide! He has a very engaging tour on Chicago’s dark & spooky history. My husband and I did this tour on a staycation and we learned so much about the city! Definitely recommend to locals or visitors!

Great tour. Guide had lots of fun stories to share, the walk was easy with frequent stops for questions by our group members. Group was small, which always makes tours better. All guides refer to Chicago’s first serial killer but I’ve yet to be led by one over the last 3 years who’s read Devil in The White City! Just surprises me. It’s a great book by a great writer, Erik Larson, that gives much information about the city’s World’s Fair and the murderous H. H. Holmes.

Braeden was an amazing tour guide. He was very personable, animated, and he knew how to tell the stories in a clear and interesting way. He even had some great pictures to go along with his stories. Andre, was great! Stories were fun and entertaining. Very knowledgeable about Chicago too! Definitely recommend.
Only suggestion is increase the volume for Andre somehow. The city is loud at times with the train passing by especially, and it can be hard to hear him. With that said it was maybe 10% of the time it was an issue. Still 5 stars!

What a fantastic tour! Andre did an amazing job of not just knowing all the facts, but also being able to make them come to life with great expression and feeling.
My son was so interested, he went home and watched the untouchables. Means a lot to inspire a college age kid to watch a movie made more than 5 years before he was born!
He was also incredibly patient with my 82 year old mother in the tour (she could keep up with the walking just fine) and as she reminisced about her “old days” in the area during her 20s, Andre wove her own history into the tour as well.
What a special touch that made her day!
