Braeden was an amazing tour guide. He was very personable, animated, and he knew how to tell the stories in a clear and interesting way. He even had some great pictures to go along with his stories. I appreciated the way he brought the history to life. We learned so much and enjoyed walking through the different areas of the city. Thank you. Braeden!

Andre, was great! Stories were fun and entertaining. Very knowledgeable about Chicago too! Definitely recommend.
Only suggestion is increase the volume for Andre somehow. The city is loud at times with the train passing by especially, and it can be hard to hear him. With that said it was maybe 10% of the time it was an issue. Still 5 stars!

What a fantastic tour! Andre did an amazing job of not just knowing all the facts, but also being able to make them come to life with great expression and feeling.
My son was so interested, he went home and watched the untouchables. Means a lot to inspire a college age kid to watch a movie made more than 5 years before he was born!
He was also incredibly patient with my 82 year old mother in the tour (she could keep up with the walking just fine) and as she reminisced about her “old days” in the area during her 20s, Andre wove her own history into the tour as well.
What a special touch that made her day!

This was a fun combo of architecture tour, ghost tour, and crime tour. I was in town for a road race, and was looking for a way to see part of the city. We learned about some of the city’s historical buildings and what events happened at each one. These events ranged from the 1800s to modern times. A note based on the tour description, we didn’t see any speakeasies, but learned about a couple famous ones.

Such a fun experience and honestly one of the highlights of our Chicago trip. Braeden was an amazing tour guide and had the perfect personality for a ghost and crime tour. He was funny, energetic, super knowledgeable, and kept the whole group entertained the entire time. You could tell he genuinely loves Chicago history, and he had a great way of blending the spooky stories, true crime, and historical details together without it ever feeling boring or cheesy.
The pacing of the tour was great, the stops were really interesting, and walking through the city at night made the whole experience even better. It felt less like a scripted tour and more like hearing wild Chicago stories from a friend who knows everything about the city.
We learned a ton, laughed a lot, and honestly didn’t want the tour to end. Highly recommend this tour if you want something different to do in Chicago, and if you get Braeden as your guide, you’re in for a great night.

There was one other person on the tour with me so it was super intimate yet fun. The guide was amazing. He kept us entertained while teaching us about Chicago ghost stories and crime. Worth every penny. Don't hesitate to book!

We had a great time! My son (17) and I are true crime and ghost junkies and Andre’s tour did not disappoint. He is an amazing storyteller and guide. Great information along with a true insight to the city. Walking was the way to go. We both would highly recommend the tour. 90 min, easy walking and it flew by all ages would enjoy.

Andre is a great guide! We saw so many buildings that I was hoping to see in Chicago, and he had fabulous stories to go along with each stop. It was a bit chilly, so I really appreciated that he kept us moving

Andre did a really great job making this tour interesting, informative, and humorous! He's an excellent storyteller, and his skillset brought the history of Chicago to life during the tour. Prior to the start of the tour he was extremely communicative to ensure we had all the info we needed for a smooth start to the tour. He also has good recommendations for what to do after the tour, so make sure to ask!

It was a fun combo of haunts and crime.
The only negative was how the time flew by because Andre was so entertaining.

This was a fun time. It wasn't too much walking but we saw and learned a lot about some of Chicago's darker past. There was even history from this century which was pretty cool to go back over a hundred years to more modern times. We even saw a seagull eating a fish up close! Not part of the tour, but still very cool. The tour guide Andre was funny and friendly. Would recommend.
