Always a fun time. Book expedited tix if you can. Stop at the shop when you get off the elevator, that’s when we were to explore goodies. Leave your mark on the sequence wall and then get in line for the highlight of the visit. You’ll be directed to the return elevator after your window photos are taken.

Skydeck Chicago was a really nice experience! We visited in the morning, and it wasn’t overcrowded, which made it much more enjoyable. The views of Chicago from the top were really cool and impressive, especially seeing the city from above. Definitely worth visiting, and I’d recommend going earlier in the day for a more relaxed experience.

I Did Not Want to Go There But I’m Glad I Did

Jane_B, Sep 2026
The entrance to the building was confusing but once in, the directions were very clear. There was plenty of staff to ensure safety and efficacy and to assist. Along the path to the elevator to the skydeck was an immersive experience of Chicago, history, architecture, music, food, etc. The elevator to the very top was filled with soft music and immersive photos. Once at the top, there was plenty of room for photos and sightseeing with landmarks of the town indicated. I did not go out on the ledge but the rest of my family did.

A Must Visit in Chicago! 🌆✨

Katherin_A, Sep 2026
Everything was great! With your tickets, you can enter easily, and the building is very well signposted, so it’s easy to find your way around. You can park on the street or in a nearby garage. I definitely recommend going in the morning when they open at 9 AM, because there are fewer people and you have more time to take pictures without so much waiting. There is plenty of signage once you enter, so you won’t get lost. It’s definitely worth visiting!

Pleasant weekday experience

Suman_R, Aug 2026
We went there on a Friday morning at 10:30, expecting to see long lines, but were pleasantly surprised. Entry was smooth. We reached the top after browsing through an interesting exhibition of displays and dioramas of Chicago history. At the top we stood in a short line to step on the ledge. Each group gets a timed 90 seconds, so be ready with your camera! You are allowed to get back in line for a second chance. The young lady there was obliging enough to to take pictures of our family.

Beautiful but…….

Penny_W, Aug 2026
Don’t get me wrong. It was beautiful. But could use a little more something with the information leading up to the big attraction. The view was beautiful but the windows were incredibly dirty with smudged and fingerprints, as I’m sure it’s an ongoing job but finding a place to take a picture was difficult. The lines to the clear boxes were very long and the view from that side of the building was not as impressive as the other sides were which was a bit of a bummer. Just not quite what I was expecting perhaps. I still gave it a 4 star. Still an impressive view but the Empire and The Rock have our 1st and 2nd place for now. Willis is a close 3rd from the tall buildings we have seen so far. And if you never plan on going to NY then this would be a must see. So still a great place to be.

Must Do!

Bring walking shoes and prepare to wait in line for a bit. Great views of the city during the day. Good for all ages

Very cool museum-like tour to start that shares the history of Chicago and some of the top attractions in the city. The actual skydeck experience was better than anticipated and a surreal experience. Highly recommend!

The view is good from the 103rd floor, but this was my least favorite activity in Chicago, and way overpriced, in my opinion.

Good experience but scary for me. Taking pictures on the deck was different. I didn’t know I was afraid of heights, but I was queazy.

5/5. Must experience! Nothing like it

Michal_R, Aug 2026
More than I expected! I never been to the Willis Tower but was blown away by the experience!!! There was a museum on the way to the Skydeck. I wish we had more time to take it all in but we were able to go back through the museum after our skydeck experience. The Skydeck itself was awe inspiring! We went in the ledge and you can actually go several times if you want!!! We took some pictures in the ledge which you are able to pick up after you’re done!!! All the buildings and cars literally look like toys you can pick up and move around !Great memories for my son and me!!

Great experience for all the ages.

The Skydeck was such an amazing experience! We went at 9:30 am on a Thursday, and there were no lines. The windows up top had such amazing views, even before you get into the box. There was also an amazing little museum on your way to the elevators to go up, and it was nice to read about all the building and Chicago. Would definitely recommend and do it again!

Very fun!

Disappointed thought we booked the 360 experience but instead the sears tower was still nice but not what we really wan

Kelly_K, Jul 2026
Go first thing in the morning or at sunset. Best time Parking is very expensive Was ok we were disappointed thinking we booked the 360. So be careful when booking as we didn’t get the one we really wanted to do. But the seats tower was still nice.

Great Way to See Chicago

Todd_R, Jul 2026
The Skydeck was amazing with wonderful views of the City. The Ledge was fantastic and great picture opportunities, and the exhibits about the City before you went up were was really good too!

Worth it

Orlando_C, Jul 2026
Great view. Book early in the am 9:00 am was great !! Museum. Was really cool too!!! Would. Recommend

A must see

Jonathan_B, Jul 2026
It was a great experience, and they did a great job moving people along after the 90 seconds. Will definitely tell my friends and family to try.

Not worth it.

Anand_V, Jul 2026
You get 90 seconds on the ledge after grueling an hour wait- not worth it. The view from ledge is same that you can get from 360 Chicago. So if you have to chose one, chose 360 Chicago on northern side. Staff was friendly.

Great Photo Opportunity
