No help, no refund, no rescheduling- from either party. Don’t use 3rd parties

Brandy_C, Mar 2026
We booked through Viator, we showed up on time. They had shut the experience down due to wind! Go figure, shutting down an experience due to wind in the place called the Windy City. We went to their box office. No heads up. We were told upon arrival. The lady working the check in counter and the box office window were horribly rude. No help, no refund, no rescheduling. We were there with nothing else to do and out $175. So I contacted Viator to reschedule or refund and now I’m in a 72 hour run around. This is ridiculous. I held up my end. My family was in time and ready. We can’t control the weather either, we would gladly reschedule for tomorrow, but we are only in town 3 days. I have Walsh’s had good luck with Viator but this experience has made me think I probably will not use a 3rd party again. Bc the customer is not the main focus. We work hard for our money and I can’t just be out $175 bc wind. With no resolution.

Rita_G, Mar 2026
It was an absolute blast. They let us in 30 minutes early. Everyone was polite and respectful. I will be going back

Not worth my money

Marisela_D, Mar 2026
It was not really worth it they let you be on the ledge for like 90seconds and then rush you out. I definitely wouldn’t do it again save your money, maybe try Chicago 360

Obligatory tourist trap

Ezra_P, Mar 2026
It's pricey for the experience in my opinion. They only give you 90 seconds for your turn in the the glass box to enjoy and take pictures. But it's something you gotta do when in Chicago.

Skyscraper

Something nice to do if you’re visiting Chicago, especially for first timers! The food court on the lobby of Willis tower has great restaurants you should try before you leave.

Terrible experience

Tyler_S, Mar 2026
Terrible experience. Booked on the app. Went for my schedule time, it was cloudy so I rescheduled. I’m only here for 2days and it’s cloudy again when I go for rescheduled. They said they can’t give me a refund and can’t reschedule it again. Terrible customer service

Visiting Willis Tower was such a fun and interesting experience! The views from the Skydeck were absolutely incredible — you can see the entire city and even miles beyond on a clear day. Stepping out onto The Ledge was both thrilling and a little nerve-wracking, but totally worth it. It’s amazing to see Chicago from that perspective and learn a bit about the building’s history along the way. Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re in the city!

It was super fun to go to and see the whole city and more!!! Love all the facts and photo ops before getting to the sky deck itself

Loved this tour!

Nichole_R, Feb 2026
Wonderful pictures at night! Just don’t look down before you step on the deck! Absolute must see if you are in the city!

Night visit

Amanda_B, Jan 2026
If you have experienced this in the daytime, highly recommend a night visit!! It's beautiful!!!!!!!!

Better than Expected

Alysia_W, Jan 2026
It was great! More than just being on the Skydeck there was literally a whole exhibit about Chicago! We spent most of the time there! The Skydeck was cool but I have a fear of heights so I know I gave my son & the staff some laughing moments! Lol the lobby in the Willis towers is full of different spots to eat as well.

awesome

lila_p, Jan 2026
awesome experience and friendly was also lots of information and history about chicago definitely worth it

Fog

Abby_J, Jan 2026
It was unfortunate bc it was a foggy night so we didn’t see any of the city however the guy told us when we got there we could reschedule bc of fog but we were leaving the next day to return home so no time to reschedule 😢

It’s alright

Yordanka_B, Jan 2026
This is a fun experience and great for pictures the only downside is that the staff rushes you to take pictures. You only have 90 seconds for your group to take pictures and they rush you.

Willis Tower experience

Felicia_F, Dec 2025
Book through you all so they can skip the lines and shop in center while you wait. I do wish they would let you, go in earlier because the museum and the look outs take time. The schedule ledge time did not happen ontime because everyone was either bypass photo opportunities or crowded at the ledge. You only get 90 seconds on the ledge to take pictures so you have to be ready. Ears pop at floor 77 so chew gum on the way up and down to 103 floor. But we did eat afterwards. So yes all the food and places, something for everyone inside the tower was good. You need to plan that’s the only thing you doing for like 4 hours. If you don’t get there before your scheduled time you will be in a long line to scan tickets, go through security before entering museum. Give patience to go through museum and take pictures. Then have patience along to wait for your 90seconds. Great food, museum, and shops!

Windows were so foggy. You could barely see out. Lines were really long. Not warned about the unclear view.

It’s a once in a lifetime experience you will never forget the excitement you feel standing out side the building

Skydeck - must do in Chicago.

Mani_K, Dec 2025
The Skydeck at the Willis Tower is a must-see when in Chicago. Finding the exact location can be a bit tricky, as there isn't any signage immediately outside. However, once inside, the building is well-marked with clear directionsThere are plenty of photo props available before you reach the elevator; take your time and snap some pictures with all the Chicago attractions. The subway prop was particularly fun! Take the elevator to the 104th floor and enjoy a 360-degree view. You have 90 seconds to capture photos at the Skydeck. If you're not happy, feel free to re-enter the queue at any time for another chance. The entire experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Great Experience

stevequalls10, Dec 2025
Very easy to deal with. If issues, very good to address refund requests. Their ticketing system through the app is seamless.

Skydeck

Kendall_A, Dec 2025
Skydeck was awesome. If you’re afraid of heights don't look down when you step on the ledge. You can get some amazing pics and its also a museum you get to see as you go up to the deck.

A must do in Chicago!

Jacqueline_T, Dec 2025
Espectacular view of all Chicago! We had Awesome experience , the atraction provides you with the history of Chicago, additional to the view!

Skydeck

Robin_P, Dec 2025
You have unlimited visits once you are on 103. And you reservation time has a 1 hour window. Take a selfie stand or go with friends

Foggy

Bianca_W, Dec 2025
Skydeck should inform us about the weather and reschedule an another time of the day. There was no view do to the fog . Wasted money on the ticket for no view

Morning visit was a win!

Kelly_L, Dec 2025
Our group of 5 arrived for a 10am reservation on a Friday morning. We had fun walking through the interactive Chicago history and culture displays before reaching the elevator. The teens had fun at the Second City stage. Lots of great photo ops! This was a nice time of day to visit, not crowded at all. The sky deck attendants allowed us to take our time and enjoy the sky box experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Chicago. The only disappointment was the cost of the photos at the end of the experience. Cut the price in half or better yet, include them for free!
