Had a great time on the tour…guide was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the towns history and folklore. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His telling of the history truly added to the experience, we will be back for another round.

We live in Charleston when friends come to visit they all want to do walking ghost tours. I dreaded going because they all seemed to be the same canned talking points. This one was a pleasant surprise guide was a life long Charleston area native and very passionate about the history of this city we love. He has done deep dive research and was engaging with a great sense of humor. He has been doing tours and research for over 30 years. Has a series of pod cast that I look forward to listening to on my daily walks.

It was a super spooky tour without being hokey. The tour guide was a fantastic storyteller, and there was so much history intertwined with the ghost tales. Best ghost tour I’ve been on!

Guide is an excellent story teller, I have been on many ghost tours and the tour experience is completely dependent on the guide. This one is among, if not the best, storyteller I have encountered. He’s also sneaky funny with a dry sense of humor!

Not only was the tour excellent but the guide was exceptional! Mike is SO knowledgeable about Charleston and its history but he also adds the extra bit of insight with his fabulous stories! He has definitely done his research and took a regular tour and personalized it and made it fun! I would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!
