There is little shade, so if visiting in summer, wear a hat, sunscreen, and drink water. There are also a lot of steps. There are limited accessible areas for wheelchairs and assisted walkers.
Overall, the program is excellent, well-rounded, organized, and informative.

Fun carriage ride through...
Fun carriage ride through Charleston. Our driver/narrator Ian was a hoot & very knowledgeable. Random routes are given at the time of the ride due to the # of carriage rides in the city. I was hoping we would go down Rainbow Row but it wasn’t on the route we were given that day. Our route was interesting and I recommend this company for a carriage ride!

Amazing!
Our guide was absolutely amazing! The tour was customizable and based on what we wanted to hear about. He was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell that above all he was a historian which is what we were looking for. Ghost stories are only good if they’re historically grounded. Thank you for an excellent experience!

We had a fantastic time...
We had a fantastic time on the Charleston Speakeasy Tour! The guide was knowledgeable, entertaining, and shared fascinating stories about Charleston’s history while introducing us to some unique hidden bars. The cocktails were excellent, and the atmosphere at each stop was memorable. It was the perfect mix of history, fun, and great drinks. Highly recommend for both visitors and locals looking for a different way to experience Charleston!

Not to be missed!...
Not to be missed! Expansive working farm with a beautiful plantation home and gardens. The tour guides provide interesting short talks on the history of the property and the Gullah culture. You can enjoy a light lunch in the cafe after your tours. Very interesting place.

Quick, thorough and excellent tour
We were very short on time so decided to take an air conditioned tour of the highlights of Charleston. We had a car but wanted the information and Andrew, our guide, was so knowledgeable. He’s a history major working on his masters and filled the entire tour with interesting facts and stories about each landmark. The paid parking at the Visitor Center where the tour departs and ends was reasonable and easy to do. You get out for short stops to stretch your legs a couple of times - perfect for our limited time.

We enjoyed our city tour...
We enjoyed our city tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. He really covered a lot about the area in the 90 minute tour. Don't remember his first name but we were on the 10am tour. Charleston is a beautiful city and it even more beautiful from air conditioned van. (Hot day)

Little Known History
This was an excellent tour. Evans, as a generational native was so incredibly knowledgeable about literally everything Charleston. We were impressed by the understated contributions of the area in our American history. We would wholeheartedly recommend this tour. We wished we would have booked it earlier in our visit because he peaked our interest about things we didn’t have time to explore.

Great way to see the sights and learn a little history!
The man that checked us in was awesome and the crew on the boat were very friendly and informative! They made the boat ride very pleasant and wanted everyone onboard to have a great time. There was a boat right in front of the tour boat that the crew had to maneuver around. Pretty tricky, but they made it look simple!

It was wonderful from the moment we walked up to the group Mike greeted us and offered us waters. He was very knowledgeable and kept the group moving and informed. He even answered far more than our share of questions as he helped us in the direction of our car.

Southern Hospitality Abounds
My friend and I needed a girl's weekend, and what better way to see Charleston than by taking a Ghost Tour. Our Tour Guide, Jim, was friendly and super informative. You can definitely that tell he loves what he does! Not only did we learn a lot about the city, but we had a great time. I uploaded a photo of what appears to be a man standing next to the grave of three boys. Thanks, Jim and Bulldog Tours for a great first trip to Charleston!

Great Tour. Just Right Amount of Time and Detail
Amazing and detailed tour! Our guide Allen, although not native to SC, surely did his research and shared our American history in an accurate and compassionate way. Relevant and appropriate for family members of all ages. This is the tour to take! About 90 minutes, comfortable ride, not crowded, just all around GREAT!
