Very interesting and beautiful to see. Thought provoking history up close and personal
Touring the home. Architecture was just amazing. I like that it was all left as is and not recreated

Great informative tour
I had a great time on this tour. Matthew is very knowledgeable not only about Drayton Hall but also about Charleston local history. You can tell that he is very enthusiastic about the topic which makes a great difference in a guide. If you let him know your particular interest in local history, he will gladly show you sights around town pertaining to that interest. As for the Drayton Hall tour, it is conducted by the docent, Florence, and he is excellent. It is a very informative and educational tour which is what I am looking for in this type of tour.
