The mansion was closed...
The mansion was closed for renovations when we went but the grounds were fantastic. We had a private tour of the plantation along with a very informative tour of some major sites in Charleston. Our guide, Mike Frederick, could not have been nicer and was very considerate of what we wanted to see and the pace. I would not hesitate to ask for him again if we are fortunate enough to return to Charleston.

Middleton and Mike
This was the best tour of the entire weekend! Mike, our world class guide, was extremely knowledgeable and charming! I would definitely recommend him and his tour. He connected with me a few days before the tour with recommendations for restaurants. I love that he picked us up at our hotel instead of the typical tour meeting place.

So happy we booked this tour! So worth it!
Very informative, enlightening, fun, excellent experience! We would recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston. If you are lucky enough to get Graham Flanary, you will be over the moon. He is so knowledgeable and thoughtful.. aware of who his audience is and keeps it interesting right to the last minute.
