The tour was fun and the guide did an amazing job! She really brought the stories to life with her knowledge of Charleston, its history and interesting anecdotes. Who knew the first liquor store, during prohibition no less, can still be identified with its “special markings” on the outside. The tour was a lot of fun and I highly recommend!

The tour was great! Our tour guide was personable and knowledgeable. We had an EMF detector that constantly lit up and indicating a presence nearby. This added to the experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

Awesome guide. Made sure everyone could hear. Fun facts!! Easy walk through downtown. Only downside is so many other guides and tours on same path. They were a bit loud so distracting. Nobody’s fault but a lot of buildings with scaffolding so tough to see. Graveyard areas super spooky and interesting to learn about. Perry was truly an excellent guide even though he was a buckeye fan. lol. Ps: tour takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes, not an hour.

The location is great. The place is amazing. The only complaint I have is the parking. Because we booked through Vacasa, we were told we could use valet parking. Parking in the garage across the street is $48 a day.

Fun and informational. Less ghost stories than other ghost tours I've been on but very informative. Time flew by and my friend and I enjoyed it. The last and most notable story was the coolest!

The guide was very nice but we only stopped at 3 places because his stories were interesting but much longer than necessary. He was also soft spoken and not entertaining. He seemed unaware of the surroundings of where we stopped to try and hear him. The hour was over and we never made it to the last stop. NO pirate stories and 1 ghost story. Not what was expected.

Guide did not bring e m f device that we paid for, and didn’t even know about it. At the end of the tour we were no where near the starting point and got lost going back to our car. Thought it was supposed to be about pirates of patriots past but it really wasn’t. Wasn’t worth the money spent.

No good memories. The paranormal aspect was lacking. The history portion wasn’t even in depth. Tour seemed like it was given minimal effort with the story itself

We were very disappointed to book tickets for our tween’s first Ghost Walk in historical Charleston, only for our host to be a no show.
While we received confirmation for the tickets, contrary to the “email operator”, we did NOT receive a cancellation. I also had to ask for a refund.
