Very pleasant guide, good bars on the tour. But the the history topics not that interesting. Neat thing about pub crawls is visiting with interesting fellow tourists on the tour with you. But we were the only ones on the tour (4).

We had such a fun time on this tour with Abby!! Abby was super gracious even though a few members of our party were a little late. She told us some really interesting stories about historical true crime in Charleston, from the 1600s through the 1980s. We also went to some cool bars and learned some Charleston history along the way. Def recommend this tour with her!

The bars that we visited were interesting. The storytelling was lacking. On a side note we only visited 3 bars when 4 bars were advertised. It was over all just an okay experience.

Don't waste your money. Our guide, who was dressed extremely casual, spent the entire time talking about himself and his future tour company venture. He did tell 4 crime stories, with no enthusiasm, and minimal details. We were the only guests in the tour which could have been a great opportunity to learn more about the Charleston area, but John was more interested in sharing the details of his permit and business license accomplishments.

I travel a lot for work and try and do a tour or two in each town. This tour was very fun, entertaining and educational but I think our guide Moth is what made the tour go from good to spectacular. Her story telling along with a great personality that fits in with the theme of the tour is unmatched.

Ken was the absolute best guide for our group! If you listen to crime podcasts or you're a crime show junkie, this is the tour for you! To say Ken is knowledge about the history of this city and the topics on this tour, is an understatement. His roots are in this city and it was extra special to have someone who could answer so many questions about the city itself along with deeper questions about the stories he shared. The pubs are a nice bonus, definitely places that we as locals would revisit. This tour is going to the top of our list of recommendations for our future incoming visitors! Thank You KEN!!
