It was awesome! Definitely recommend this tour provider. Our tour guide/driver, Don, was very friendly and super nice. He made the trip a great experience by sharing the history of Alaska and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed the trip. Truly enjoyed each stop along the way to Anchorage.

Ryan, our guide, was very personable and knowledgeable on many subjects. The transport van was very comfortable. The lunch stop was quite lovely and the seafood chowder was excellent. The scenery along the way was magnificent and the stops at the Exiting iceberg and the Byron iceberg were truly breathtaking. This was a great way to spend the day journeying from
Seward seaport to the Anchorage airport. Overall, the tour was quite enjoyable.

Had to get from Seward to anchorage for a return evening flight but wanted to see some of this area- Ryan carried our luggage and had a full van of people and snacks! This was a perfect mix of sight seeing, riding and walking stops. Very enjoyable way to get to anchorage. Would recommend!
Saw glaciers, hiked a mild path, stopped for lunch and went to a wildlife preserve with a few other picture stops along the way!

Great experience. Sherrye our driver was so accommodating. She really made sure we got to see all the things between Seward and Anchorage! From moose on the side of the road to Beluga Whales at AWCC to glaciers at Portage and waterfalls in Girdwood - she made our travel day enjoyable!

We had extra time once we got off of the cruise ship and decided to see more of Alaska on our way to the airport. I am so glad we did! Our guide Davis was very knowledgeable about the area and was full of information! He took us to some amazing stops along the way and was a great story teller! We stopped for lunch at Base Camp and the food was excellent! He dropped us off at the airport gate! Thanks for ending our trip on a good note!

Great experience! Our driver Mark and the manager Amie were so friendly and knowledgeable. We had to make last minute adjustments and both were extremely accommodating.

We had rainy weather but the guide/driver made the tour as good as she could. It worked out well for animal spotting, the animals liked that weather.

Dustin was a great driver and tour guide. We really enjoyed the Byron glacier hike as well as the explorer pond. He also provided water and snacks which were appreciated because lunch was not until 3. The Glacier Brewhouse in Anchorage was a back up due to the other being closed and the halibut was delicious.
Great option to travel from Seward to Anchorage.

This was a seamless and wonderful way to get from our cruise ship in Seward to our destination in Anchorage! Dustin was a wonderful tour guide, taking us to all sorts of places along the way. We were able to see bears, moose, and other animals, as well as do a short hike to the glaciers and streams and he was accommodating to everyone’s abilities. Communication before, during an after the trip were amazing, and theywere able to drop us off at our respective destinations. It was well worth the cost of the trip and I would use them again, if needed! Highly recommend!

The tour was a great way to see a lot of beautiful sites on the way from the ship to the airport before a red eye flight home. It maximized our last day in Alaska. Davis was fantastic as a guide! WARNING - although the tour itself was great, I would not book through viator again. They never passed our reservation onto the tour company so no one was there waiting for us and expecting us. The tour company was fantastic in sorting this out when we called them, I do not fault them at all and would use Welcome Anchorage Tours again. The issue was on viator's side and left us very disappointed.

Sherrye was great. She showed us so many different places and explained everything. She always had an answer for all the questions.
You could tell that she like what she is doing. She took care about everybody, and we can recommend her very much. Would go with her again. Nice job. Even after the tour she was sending pictures to us. Very nice.

We had a great experience with pickup and transportation. The scenery was spectacular. Our guide was excellent, sharing information on the natural surroundings. The hikes were beautiful. We enjoyed all the stops. And the open snack cooler was nice.

When it’s too cold for the hiking, the day is just a way to stretch the drive. Becomes tedious. Nice to meet others.

So glad we booked this tour. We had 2 strangers added at the last minute because they had 2 other tours to Anchorage cancel on them! The communication from this tour was great - they reached out to confirm our plans several days before our trip and our guide reached out to us the morning of. Our guide, Christopher, was fantastic. He shared a lot of great information with us, took us to see some great sites, had a yummy lunch, and he was a very safe driver. The van was comfortable.

Don was PHENOMENAL and made the entire day so much fun! It was the perfect balance of driving and adventure. The glacier hike was amazing and all the stops along the way were great. This was the perfect was for our group of 6 adults to get to Anchorage from Seward. Would recommend this to anyone!

Even though the weather was overcast and a bit of a drizzle., the scenery from Seward to Anchorage is some of the best I’ve seen in Alaska. The driver was friendly and informative. There should’ve been a microphone so we could hear her more clearly. She went out of her way to help find accommodations for two couples whose flights were canceled. She also took plenty of time to show us the sights.

Don was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable on all things Alaska and more. We had a bad weather day and he modified the tour to fit what we could do. He did not rush us. Highly recommend this tour.

Christopher and Dustan were amazing. We had the worst cloudy and rainy weather but they still made the most of it. Both knew so much about Alaska and all the things we saw. Lunch was great and seeing the animals were a perfect highlight. Thankyou for a great day

This is the best way to get from Seward to Anchorage! The communication was fantastic and we were picked up at our hotel. We went on a short hike to a glacier and had lunch on the way to the Wildlife Conservation Center, which is the highlight of the trip! Our tour guide was fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Great way to get between Seward and Anchorage. Our driver seemed to really care on making sure we got to see everything and no one felt rushed. Beautiful hike, drive, and overall views. We got to see a little bit of everything between wildlife, glaciers, and small towns.
