Amazing Anchorage with Dan
Dan was our tour guide to explore Anchorage and we could not have had a better guide. Dan was upbeat, knowledgeable, and friendly. We saw so many places on our tour. Some we passed by with a detailed history of each place. We stopped at the Uli knife store, the chocolate factory with free samples and the huge chocolate fountain, and a very unique fur store with amazing merchandise. We also went to the float plane marina to see the planes. This was an amazing tour and a very special way to get your introduction to Anchorage. Dan was the best tour guide!

An Entertaining & Tasty Tour of Anchorage
We had a fantastic time on the Sightseeing & Food Tour! Luke, our guide and an Alaska native, shared so much interesting history and local knowledge about Anchorage and his beautiful home state. His passion for Alaska really made the tour engaging and enjoyable.
He also introduced us to several fun and delicious local eateries that we may not have found on our own. The van was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making for a relaxing ride between stops.
If you’re looking for a great way to see Anchorage, learn about the area, and enjoy some tasty local food, I highly recommend this tour!

A Perfect Introduction to Anchorage, Alaska!
We had the best time on a one-hour city tour with Alice as our guide! She made downtown Anchorage, Alaska come alive with fascinating history, local stories, and just the right amount of humor.
The tour was fun, educational, and the perfect introduction to the area—but Alice is what made it truly worth every penny. Her knowledge was incredible, and her singing? Absolutely top-notch! 🎶 If you get the chance to tour with her, don’t miss it!

Good one.
Enjoyed the trip with Patrick. Gave us camera tips, enough time to see the sites and patient with kids and adults. Was very informative and added humor throughout. We saw a lot and it was beautiful. Also did the glacier cruise where they held the boat at good picture spots.

Wildlife Conservation Tour
Definitely a good tour to book. We got a full 2hours at the conservation park which you really need to walk the whole place without rushing. We were lucky that a group had cancelled so we had Albert as our "private" tour guide. Such a nice guy & so interesting to talk to. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Albert

Terrific Hike - uncomfortable ride there
Amazing hike in the glacier. Our tour guide Laina was terrific and made the experience memorable. We were lucky enough to see an iceberg flip out of the water. We felt safe the entire trip. Weather was a huge plus- it was sunny and in the 70’s, but the hike would have been enjoyable even in poor weather.
The drive from Anchorage was long though and 12 of us we were stuffed into a van for the ride. Unfortunately, our family of 4 adults were picked up last and were stuck in the only remaining seats in the very back of the van - the tour company should do better on that aspect. We rated high because the hike was so good. There is a lunch - not included in the tour price- at Long Rifle Lodge - the views were fantastic- the food was not good.
If you have a car, I recommend booking the hike separately and drive yourself there. The driver was nice enough, but frankly did not provide that much historical/ local information that made his presence necessary.

Terrific
The views on this tour were amazing! It was the perfect way to get out of Anchorage for the day and see greater area.
Tim, our driver and tour guide was laid-back, entertaining and so knowledgeable. He shared interesting facts and tips throughout the entire tour, but in a way that still gave us time be quiet and absorb the beauty around us. Lunch in Girdwood was delicious and the venue was fantastic.

Great tour with a great and entertaining guide!
Scott our driver was great and very knowledgeable about all things Alaskan, and he picked us up and dropped us off right at our hotel. We had 10 people in our group, and he made several stops along the way for us to get out of the shuttle and take in the views. The Portage Glacier boat ride was great - perfect amount of time to sail to and view this hidden glacier. The Alaskan Wildlife Conservation Center was very interesting, they do great work for the rehabilitation and care of orphaned animals. This was a great thing for us to do while we waited for our midnight flight back to the east coast from Anchorage - would highly recommend!

Awesome and Fun City Tour
We had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Vao, was exceptional—knowledgeable, personable, and fun to spend the day with. She shared cool stories about Anchorage, gave us wonderful local insights, and recommended some nice restaurants and places to explore during the rest of our trip. Since it was just our family on the bus, the experience felt incredibly personal and relaxed. Vao made the tour engaging, entertaining, and memorable from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Anchorage.

Behold the Beauty of Alaska!
Our excursion was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our guide, Brad, was very knowledgable of the history and sites and his stories about Alaska made the trip all that more memorable. The beautiful expanse of the Alaskan mountain ranges and the Turn Again Arm were breathtaking to see. The Portage Glacier was a wonder to behold. I would highly recommend this adventure for anyone visiting Anchorage, Alaska.

Outstanding experience and value
Really great tour for a very informative, interesting, and enjoyable introduction to Anchorage. Comfortable van, I was seated in the very middle, in a middle seat, and I could see everything anyone else could see. Our guide David was outstanding. So friendly, so knowledgeable, so interesting, and some perfect site visits. Even if we had visited the same sites on our own, it wouldn't have been nearly as meaningful as it was with David's background and insights about everything. One site, I am sure we would never have even found without him, even with GPS. There was nothing bored, or boring, or memorized and rehearsed monotone delivery about this; everything David told us was alive and in the moment, and you knew it came from a deep well of familiarity with and love for Alaska and Anchorage; I know he could have kept talking so much more, and it would have all been super interesting. He kept us engaged and fascinated the entire 2 1/2 hours. I loved the small group, max of 12; so much more personal. I would do this tour again.
