We booked the one-hour trolley tour last minute to kill time before heading to the airport. We hadn’t spent much time in Anchorage at all during our trip and it was nice to see the interesting parts quickly and learn some neat facts. Alice was also a hoot as a tour guide - great job!

Our tour guide (unfortunately, I don’t know his name) made the tour for us. He was energetic and funny as well as knowledgeable about Anchorage. He especially interacted with my grandsons which kept everyone interested and engaged with what he had to say. Otherwise, there isn’t a lot to show around this town other than its unique airport and to tell stories of the origins of Anchorage and the 1964 earthquake. An hour drive through town is the right length of time for those stories.

We had a great time. Not only did we get a lot of good information about the area, it was also very entertaining. Our tour guide was great! She kept us laughing and engaged the whole trip. Even some of our group that's been in Anchorage for a year found it very educational. We all highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Alaska and I'm so glad we found this trolley tour in downtown near our hotel! The trolley itself is quaint with windows all around so you could see almost everything from any seat.
Our tour guide was Ace and he was so knowledgeable about the area and passionate about the city's history. His humor kept our attention the whole time and I really appreciate a guide who knows how to keep their audience engaged.
I highly recommend taking this kind of tour around the city. Whenever we come back, we'll do it again!

Alice was an outstanding driver and guide. She’s so engaging and she made the tour extra special with her songs and humor. Others have told us their drivers were also quite entertaining. We did the one-hour tour but I wished we’d done the two hour, it was so much fun. Plus, we learned a lot about Anchorage and I want now to learn more!

Although this ride isn’t in much of downtown Anchorage, it gives a good overview of the history of the city and its surrounding areas. And if you are fortunate to get Ty as your guide, he’ll make the ride even better.

Tour guide was enthusiastic and projected a good voice for all to hear on the trolly. Definitely better to sit on the right side. I wouldn't say I would do it again but if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues and can not walk, this is a good option. You see 5 to 7 sights, 2 hour in duration, don't get out of trolley.
