My wife and I did the VIP tour of the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC) with Martin, and we had a great time. Martin taught us a lot about Alaska, the Anchorage area, Turnagain Arm and the AWCC. The tour was educational and entertaining, we certainly would recommend Martin and the tour.

Martin picked us up on time at our hotel. That’s a great start! The van is a clean and comfortable vehicle. Martin was professional, friendly, and shares plenty of good history and stories during the scenic drive. He gave us water and snacks for the day which was great when its a half day. We had a couple stops that were interesting and having a driver to navigate the AWCC made the visit a breeze. We enjoyed some hotdogs after and shared a meal. Overall, a wonderful time and the AWCC is worth the visit and some donations!

The AWCC will always be a highlight of our trip to Alaska. The beauty we experienced and the information we received there made the trip most worthwhile.

Don’t spend the money!!! The Wildlife Conservation Center is doing helpful things to promote growth of species which I appreciate .
The property is horrible, the animals & their space isn’t well kept. Overgrowth kept viewing areas to a MINIMUM.
Our host, Martine was wonderful. Very informative, safe driver, fun and kind. If it wasn’t for him I would I told him to take me back.

We spent a delightful afternoon with Martin going to the Alaska Conservation Center, with several well timed and interesting short stops between Anchorage and our visit with a large number of animals native to the area. We were happy to hear of the successful rescue effort results from the Center, and would never have been able to leave Alaska with the insights we garnered without Martin as our guide for our special experience.

Very nice tour of the beauty of Alaska. The 35 mile drive to the WIldlife Conservation Park had amazing views.
Martin was very knowledgeable about a wide-variety of aspects of Alaska. The Wildlife Park gave you an opportunity to get close to bears, bison, elk, moose & other wildlife.

The Wildlife Conservation Center is amazing - the entire center, including all of the staff are 100% focused on caring for the animals. The grounds are well maintained and easy to walk or drive through. There is a wide variety of animals to visit and learn about. There are several educational sessions you can attend. The gift shop is great and the restrooms are very nice. This is a great tour for families, very kid friendly. Our tour guide Martin was fantastic. On the drive to and from he gave us a wonderful history of Alaska lesson, and while at the conservation center he was an excellent guide.

Martin Escabedo gave our group of 4 a wonderful humorous and insightful tour of as we drove to the Conservation Center. His knowledge of Alaska history was woven into information about camping, fishing, nature,flowers, animals, seasons of Alaska weather and his personal profound love of this vast state.

we enjoyed attending the conservation. being able to see the animals up close and learning about each of them, but the porcupine stole the show. Our guide Martin was an excellent tour guide and was very knowledgeable about many things from the flowers along the roadside to the animals and what they ate. We would definitely recommend this tour.
