I took the Yosemite and Giant Sequoias day trip as a solo traveler, and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The tour van picked me up directly from my hotel, with clear communication ahead of time about what the vehicle looked like and who my driver would be. The van itself was very comfortable and had convenient storage space for my backpack. Our guide, Trevor, was absolutely magnificent. I’ve traveled all over the world, and he stands out as one of the best guides I’ve ever had—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what he does. The tour was not only scenic but also highly educational. I especially enjoyed learning about El Capitan and the history and challenges of rock climbing there. Visiting the Giant Sequoias was unforgettable, and the walk down to see the massive, ancient trees—some around 2,250 years old—was truly breathtaking. This was a fantastic experience that I would absolutely do again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Yosemite in a meaningful and well-organized way.

Great overall experience. This tour includes a little bit of a city tour as you head out of town to Muir Woods. Muir Woods is a great place to go see the beautiful redwoods and the air just feels fresher there. Our day ended with an hour in the little Bayside town of Sausalito.

Omg amazing San Fran

OMG ehat an excursion. Travelled the world done lots of great excursions with amazing tour guides but this was amazing. Tour guide and Cece the dog gave us an amazing experience of San Fran, Muirhead woods and saulsalito. So informative, great fun and we knew the same places in North Wales! Fun and easy to navigate tour

Our driver was fun and knowledgeable in sharing information pertinent to the tour. We especially appreciated his genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for preserving both the history of the area and in the fate of the trees. He was very clear on when things needed to happen.

Dazzling

Great cruise, with great interesting narration of highlights around the bay area. Including the Golden Gate (you travel under the bridge and back) and cruise close to Sausalito and Alcatraz, and under the Bay Bridge and back past the City now lit up at night toward the second half of the cruise (we went at end of April). Quite dazzling! Can take in sites from inside (warm) or out (cool & windy). More breathtaking and best photo ops at times from outside, so pack layers, sweatshirt and windbreaker. We moved from in to out and back again a few times. And the (mostly old 40's era, but with some more modern) music accompanied was enjoyable. Snacks, beverages, beer, wine, liquor available for purchase.

Our guide”Tara” was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. She was enjoyable with her silly jokes and interaction with us. We brought our own props of flowered head bands, round framed colored glasses and our peace sign necklace. It made the experience a lot of fun. We had so many compliments and interactions with the people on the streets. We laughed the whole 2 hours.

This was a great time. Patrick was our tour guide and he was super knowledgeable and made the tour upbeat and fun. Along with the knowledge, he also played “music trivia” on the way back from Muir Woods. He kept everyone engaged and I would recommend this tour (especially if you can get Patrick as your tour guide)

Very nice tour from San Francisco. Make sure to call the tour operators at least three days in advance to confirm hotel pick otherwise you will be contacted the night before to go to the central stop location. Very nice tour bus, we were a group of 10 and another similar bus of 10 joined us at the wineries. Plenty of time at the several stops to take pics and to have lunch on your own. Sonoma is a pricey town but less so than Napa.

Great tour Great guide!

Decided at last minute to take a guided walking tour instead of wandering around on my own on my one free day in SF. Our knowledgeable, personable guide shared many interesting facts, stories and urban legends….along with food sampling along the way. I definitely recommend this tour….just long enough to get a good feel for Chinatown and North Beach.

Fun and Informative

Our tour guide, Buddy, was very knowledgeable and funny. We felt safe and comfortable. We learned alot about San Francisco and saw some of the most iconic landmarks. The stops at various sites were perfect. However, the available restrooms were in very poor condition and were not clean. It gave me a poor opinion of the City.
