Awesome tour and guide Roman….kept us entertained and full of history regarding sights of the City …hour to browse Sausalito and more than enough time to hike the trail loop in Muir Woods and ooh and ahhh over the redwoods….recommend the tour …scenic stops…and took the curves well headed up to Muir Woods

Great overall experience. This tour includes a little bit of a city tour as you head out of town to Muir Woods. Muir Woods is a great place to go see the beautiful redwoods and the air just feels fresher there. Our day ended with an hour in the little Bayside town of Sausalito.

Justin is a very Easy-going, entertaining, and accommodating guide! Muir Woods is breathtaking!! I wish I could bottle the smell! Sausalito is just long enough to know you need to visit it again! Justin had great recommendations for making the most of it and Must See’s in SF. Highly recommend this tour!

Ben our guide overall did a good job on the tour and appreciated the fact he dropped us off close to our hotel.
However we did not appreciate him telling us that we did not tip him enough nor the posted sign in the van suggesting what to tip.

Our guide was pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. He gave very clear instructions regarding meeting up after excursions and also gave great tips on things to do, places to see! And we LOVED the eucalyptus experience!

Thought the tour would guide us more into the woods. Give some history, take photos for people. The weather was cold and rainy. It would have been nice to have some sort of protection from the elements. Considering this was an easy tour and considering it is assumed that people with mobility issues were going, there was nowhere even close by to sit. The driver was late, his attitude was very flippent. We felt safe with his driving which was a plus. He did give some narrative about where and what we were seeing there was not much. Not being from the area, our first time and probably only time we were disappointed. It was very kind that he dropped everyone off at their respective hotels. We did not have a full tour bus, thank goodness that would have been VERY uncomfortable. The bus was difficult once inside to move, to get to the back 3 seats was very difficult. There were 2 older ladies who could barely get back. Sausalito would have been a great stop. He pretty much told us that it's a artsy fartsy place. Just go to the main street and go to your left, you'll see all the shops. Again, a little guidance would have been nice. I would recommend this tour, but......do your own research

I like that I was able to speak to people at Viator prior to my trip. I had a few questions about the tour.
I appreciated the text and email reminders and everything that I needed to know about the tour was included. I don't remember reading that I would be dropped off at the pier instead of where the tour began though.
I think that I would have liked to have stayed at Muir Woods longer instead of going to Sausalito, because an hour in Sausalito wasn't enough time to get a sandwich and see the marina.
I would recommend this tour to anyone.
I enjoyed the driver who seemed knowledgeable about the SF area. He was pleasant and helpful.

Muir Woods is lovely and the trees are amazing!
Our Driver was great!
Sausalito is nothing extraordinary but the water views are beautiful!
The seats in the van are small and I was very squeezed in and couldn’t see out of the van very well.
The amount of time out of the van didn’t make up for the amount of time in the van.

The muir woods are breathtaking and the little village super cute but the best part of the tour was definitely Roman, our guide! Super funny, ultra knowledgeable and gave us so many quickly details and funny facts about San Francisco everywhere we went by. An excellent driver too! I had so much fun, learned a lot and totally worth it!

Very nice tour experience! I didn't feel rushed at any of the stops and got more time at Muir Woods than listed on the tour, which was great! Great way to experience Muir Woods without the hassle of parking permits/traffic etc!

This tour is a MUST! I had a wonderful experience. It’s a great mix of having a guide but also having your own time to explore as you wish. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and also lighthearted, kind, and funny. It put me at ease.

Tour guide was fun, stops were a bit short. I did not like that our tour guide jumped out of the van, ran over almost begging for a tip and showing us his Venmo account. If we tip, there should be an anonymous way to do so.
