Dress for the weather. We took the 11 am tour and it was nice most of the tour but got warm toward the end. Wear some sunscreen! The staff and guide were very friendly. The views were out this world. Make sure you ask to stop to take your pictures. Our guide was very accommodating to our requests for stops. We had a small group (5 with our guide) so it was very nice. I have never rode a E bike before but I got the hang of it quickly. It was fun! E bikes are definitely the way to go. Skip the crows on the shuttle. It was totally worth it!

The sandboarding was honestly one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. Flying down the dunes was an unreal feeling and something I’d recommend everyone try at least once. The staff/guides were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth, fun, and safe. Everything was well organized and exceeded expectations. My partner and I had a blast on this tour and would strongly recommend. We were given easy, straightforward instructions on safety and how to operate the vehicle. Definitely worth the experience.

This was an amazing experience. There are a lot of unsteady footings through decent current. I would not take anyone under 10 if you plan on hiking the entire bottom-up route. Our 17 year old that weighs approx 110 lbs had difficulty in some of the deeper, stronger current areas. Also we each had 2 trekking poles. I would not recommend only 1. We saw a number of people having a very hard time with just one trekking pole or walking stick. If you book with Sage and Cedar trekking, ask for DJ! He was extremely knowledgeable and educational.

Must do! Worth every penny

A MUST do if you’re ever around the area. We got to explore and do so much in the Polaris RZRs! Bryan was an excellent guide, very informative and kept having stops throughout the drive to check in/let us know what was coming up next. The viewpoints were so beautiful especially at sunset. Highly recommend doing that tour if the timing works in your favor! If not, still choose to go you won’t regret it.

Me and a party of 5 went on an amazing slot canyon tour with ROAM. Loved every second of it, from the check-in to ATV ride to the tour of the slot canyons. Our guides took really good care of us, offering blankets, water and a genuine smile. They made sure we were comfortable, safe and enjoyed ourselves. It was the perfect family excursion, my dad, husband and daughters ranging from ages 4-65 had an amazing time! We will definitely visit again!

Great combo of activities!

My boys ages 7 and 10 had a blast! Highlight of the trip for sure. Riding around, a little sand boarding and a short slot canyon tour- perfect combo/amount of time. Our guide, Jordan, was friendly, fun, good with the kids, and had some interesting info to share with us about the area - he even made it hands-on learning so the boys were engaged.

Best ever tour...

It is the most unique experience we have had. Riding in the UTV on the sand trails with Brinley was a blast and surfing the sand dunes was an awesome experience. The walk thru the water swept canyon was beyond AMAZING. Brinley was soooo considerate and filled with bits of knowledge of the site and it's history. This was so much better than any of the other tours that we had and are promoted in the tradtionally marketed sites. Do this tour with Razors Edge Tours ... they're the best!!

Breathing views and upper body strength!

What a fun afternoon! This tour is definitely worth booking. The guides were awesome at explaining what to do and making us feel extremely safe and comfortable. The excursion started off taking the UTVs on a quick 5 minute drive on the highway before going off road. The rest of the way through dirt and trees was fun but slow paced for safety. Once we arrived to the slot canyons we all put on helmets and made our way inside. We left everything back the at vehicles, sunglasses and backpacks included. They just get in the way. So pack lightly! The climb itself was definitely strenuous but doable. The guides walk you through how to get over each obstacle and if you take their advice, each boulder is very manageable. The view from inside is phenomenal. Photos don’t do it justice. Truly it was an unforgettable day. I would recommend you booking this tour as well.

Loved Peekaboo- the drive there and the slot canyon itself!

The drive to Peekaboo was deep sand and pretty rough going- our guide John was an expert driver and the trip felt exhilarating and we felt safe- Loved the slot canyon- no crowds- very beautiful and John was a font of information about the area and history, as well as being very entertaining! Our afternoon trip was perfect- We had a great time- highly recommend!

This was so much fun! We were a bit nervous a first, my 19 year old was super nervous. After the first few steps strapped on he was good. It is so fun and not scary! Our guide Ted was fantastic and helped everyone feel calm and comfortable. This was all of our favorite part of a week trip.
