An Amazing Tour!

I found this event at the last minute. I was skeptical about it at first. I didn’t know what to expect. I am so glad that I secured my spot. I hated history growing up and could care less as an adult…until this tour. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour from the time I got on the activity van to the time that I got off of the activity van. Durf is extremely knowledgeable. He kept me entertained and intrigued by both pre-historical, historical, and current events. I was never bored. I was in awe of how everything tied together, seeing a lot of places where movie scenes have been made, having exclusive access to a lot of historical sites, trails, mountains, and nature. I had a blast and I am so glad that Durf was the guide for this experience. Durf is so thoughtful of tourist, helpful, and makes learning history interesting. It was truly amazing. I had a euphoric day!

It was a private tour, with hotel pick up and drop off- well worth the money. To see actual places where the show was filmed and recognize it was very exciting.

I always check reviews before making a quick decision, and after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to book this tour. I'm so glad I did! The day of our tour, Atlanta was dealing with heavy rain and even a tornado warning. Omar called to see if we could reschedule, but unfortunately, it was the only night that worked for us. I told him I completely understood if he needed to cancel and not to hold the tour just for us. Thankfully, Omar decided to continue, and we had an amazing time despite the weather. He kept the tour engaging from start to finish, and his enthusiasm made the experience even better. I honestly wish the tour had been longer because I would have loved to learn even more about Atlanta. If you're on the fence about booking this tour, do it. We had so much fun, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip!

We went on the 1.5 hr tour. It was a blast! Luke and Lester were fantastic. Lester, our driver, was an awesome driver. Driving in Atlanta is not for the weak, let alone during the FIFA event. Luke our host was terrific and full of knowledge for the area. Our tour showed all the important info and sights for ATL. Luke if you see this, thank you for being so awesome! You are really good at what you do. Thanks for making my family and I feel so welcome in Atlanta, however, we’re still not moving here lol! We had too much fun! I can’t believe how tore up we got. The host were very nice and entertaining. I enjoyed the music although it was very very loud. Free parking was a plus but it’s out in the sticks and that surprised me. Please make sure you have a sober ride home, please! The science experiments were cool, and I enjoyed meeting other people sitting at our table. Don’t buy extra shots as you will not need them. Drunk as a skunk!

A must-do, excellent learning experience in the amazing city of Atlanta. Henry was our guide & I felt like he was a university professor, with the amount of information, context & spirited commentary. We drove around to historical sites, were given time to explore & take photos. My most favorite part was the tour at Ebenezer Baptist Church (my first time inside - an honor to be there) & MLK Jr National Park, his & Coretta's final resting spot. It was an honor to have visited this site again (my second time). I highly recommend this tour & I hope Henry continues to share his knowledge & pure heart for this city. I felt inspired & appreciative!

So what could have been just a wonderful dining experience trying tastes at 6 different restaurants in Midtown turns out was so much more. What made it extra special was our wonderful guide Reuben, taking us on an adventure thru the culinary tastes and culture of Midtown. Reuben made this tour extra special. Our wonderful host was funny, informative, and very interesting. Then we get to the food. Wow, some of the best tastings. I would take this tour again even knowing the places I would go!

Amazing, Informative, & Fun!

This 4.5 hour tour was incredibly comprehensive, informative, and offered fantastic photo opportunities throughout. Our driver and guide, Jeff, brought so much personality to the trip, though the absolute highlight was the opportunity to explore Freedom Hall. With an intimate group of just five passengers during my tour, it felt like a wonderful personalized and memorable experience.

Fun weekend with family

Last minute booking around Thanksgiving because cousin visited from out of state; tried to squeeze 5 attraction into 2 days due to her visit, which was ambitiousto say the least. Went with parents, sis, cousin and 3 young kids (age 5, 4, 3). Aquarium and coca cola museum were highlights for the kids. The square and Aquarium had lovely Christmas decorations. We don't drink soda, so the tasting room at 8 pm was quite the experience for them 😆They didn't understand the civil rights museum. Zoo day was cold and kids got cranky quick; we spent less than 2 hours at the zoo because of this. Fernbank Museum is a personal favorite. Would probably get this package again in spring when weather is warmer and spread out over 2 weekends.

An Experience that is Worth It!

While the experience is short and definitely not what you may expect, it’s fun and worth it. I had two one minute fly times, and that was good enough to start. I recommend paying for the high flight if you are doing this for the first time. An interesting experience.
