Oh my gosh this was the most absolute amazing experience. The tour with Kingsley was fantastic, he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He made the tour so fun for us adults and even the kids. The journey behind the falls was insanely cool. Random tip try turning long exposure on when you take pictures of the water on the outdoor viewing area. It makes pics so cool! The boat ride was so so so neat! 10/10 experience

As a solo traveler, going on this tour with a tour group helped alleviate worries I had of being by myself at all these different locations. The tour was incredibly convenient, stopping at most of the big attractions and also picked you up from your hotel. Most of the key spots require you to pay to park, and doing the tour made it so you didn’t have to. Jessica was a wonderful tour guide, telling stories about the attractions and guiding us to the best picture spots.

The tour we went on included the Maid of the Mist, the Cave of the Winds, and a walking tour of the park. Our tour guide was Bernie and he was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the day a lot of fun. It also ended up being a good time sharing the experiences with our small group and as I said, Bernie really made the day. Ebad was a terrific guide - great local insights and info, plenty of time to see the sights, and good tips on how to navigate the crowds. We booked our Maid of the Mist tour through Viator, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Anthony, was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was how willing Anthony was to take photos for families and groups throughout the tour. Because of him, everyone in our family was able to be included in the pictures instead of someone always being behind the camera. He also shared interesting facts and history about Niagara Falls that made the experience even more memorable. My only critique is regarding the meeting instructions provided in the confirmation email. The email only included an address, which led us to a hotel and left us a bit confused about exactly where to meet the group. Including the meeting location name and a more detailed description of the meetup spot would be very helpful for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful day at Niagara Falls, and Anthony played a huge role in making it such a great experience. We would absolutely use Viator again and highly recommend this tour to others!

Great experience, a must do tour!

Our guide for the evening was Yihu Guo and he honestly made the night very enjoyable. He picked us up from our hotel and our first stop was dinner at Table Rock which was AMAZING, but make sure you are hungry. The food was delicious and generous portions plus our table was facing the falls which added to the experience. The boat ride to see the lights was also great, don't worry they give you a poncho. We got to see the fireworks from the boat, and it was one of the best views. Last stop was the Illumination Tower; learned about the history of the falls and the lights, then we got to change the lights on both falls. The tour was amazing and it was just my fiancée and I so it made the experience even better being personalized to just us.
