Stephanie was our tour guide and she was amazing. My husband and I were the only ones to book for that time and, instead of cancelling it or having us rebook for a different time with more people, she ran the whole tour with just the two of us. It let us get started a little earlier so we could make earlier dinner plans with friends and we got to spend as much time as we wanted at each location. I always book through Viator for tours because of things like this. The customer service is top-notch, the guides are always personable and knowledgeable, and we always have an amazing time. TOTALLY made our 4 day trip to Niagra worthy. Our guide, Nick, was spectacular. Not knowing any better, we did an American only tour 2 days later ( ended up being a walking tour) that was a total waste. Loved the personal touch getting phone calls to let us know what was going to happen. We learned so much and had so much fun with "TeamNick". I would actually take this tour again, WITH NICK, and could not recommend more highly.

Well Worth It

Our first visit to Niagara Falls was absolutely amazing. We booked the Journey Behind the Falls excursion with See Sight Tours, and it exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The package included the Skylon Tower, Journey Behind the Falls, the boat ride, railway, and several other activities that made the experience unforgettable. Our tour guide, Ryan, was fun, informative, personable, and made the entire day even more enjoyable. He kept our small group engaged while sharing great information about the area and attractions. Every activity was well organized, and the views were breathtaking. I would absolutely visit again and highly recommend this tour package to anyone visiting Niagara Falls for the first time. It was truly an incredible experience.

Awesome All Day Experience

Wonderful experience. We left Times Square at 4am in front of the Lids store on 7th ave near W. 47th St. We met Roberto and the trip each way took 7 1/2 hours. We stopped twice each way. We have been on many excursions where the guide talks all the time and doesn't let us rest, or go where we want. Roberto told us where to go and whet time to be done. He also told us where the best spots for pictures were. You must take the Maid of the Mist tour. It was an humbling experience feeling the power of the falls. The view was fantastic.
