The tour we went on included the Maid of the Mist, the Cave of the Winds, and a walking tour of the park. Our tour guide was Bernie and he was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the day a lot of fun. It also ended up being a good time sharing the experiences with our small group and as I said, Bernie really made the day. Ebad was a terrific guide - great local insights and info, plenty of time to see the sights, and good tips on how to navigate the crowds. Fantastic!

We booked our Maid of the Mist tour through Viator, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Anthony, was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was how willing Anthony was to take photos for families and groups throughout the tour. Because of him, everyone in our family was able to be included in the pictures instead of someone always being behind the camera. He also shared interesting facts and history about Niagara Falls that made the experience even more memorable. My only critique is regarding the meeting instructions provided in the confirmation email. The email only included an address, which led us to a hotel and left us a bit confused about exactly where to meet the group. Including the meeting location name and a more detailed description of the meetup spot would be very helpful for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful day at Niagara Falls, and Anthony played a huge role in making it such a great experience. We would absolutely use Viator again and highly recommend this tour to others!

See it all!

Was a wonderful tour that included many top sites in Niagara Falls and Cris was great as our tour guide and driver. Included a boat ride on Maid of the Mist that gets up close and very wet (or downstairs back of the boat is less wet) to see both Falls up close. Cave of the Winds was spectacular and we were able to climb up the falls on a wooden structure with the falls rushing by us. Was amazing!! Lots of other sites and islands were included. Recommend this tour to see a lot in a few hours.

Great experience, a must do tour!

Our guide for the evening was Yihu Guo and he honestly made the night very enjoyable. He picked us up from our hotel and our first stop was dinner at Table Rock which was AMAZING, but make sure you are hungry. The food was delicious and generous portions plus our table was facing the falls which added to the experience. The boat ride to see the lights was also great, don't worry they give you a poncho. We got to see the fireworks from the boat, and it was one of the best views. Last stop was the Illumination Tower; learned about the history of the falls and the lights, then we got to change the lights on both falls. The tour was amazing and it was just my fiancée and I so it made the experience even better being personalized to just us.

October 19th Visit to Niagara Falls, NY

It was a great experience. Mohammad was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. He arrived before time at our pickup point and called prior to his arrival. After scooping us up, he let my son and I know that the couple joining was running late, and he’d get us started, and go back for them. He got us off to the point of our self guided tour and went to meet them. We met up at the meeting time and continued on. Mohammad gave us tips for each of the experiences. The best was where to stand on the boat. We experienced all of the feels from the bottom deck and enjoyed the views on the return from the top deck of the boat. The majority of the passengers were at the top the entire trip. I was able to get some amazing videos! The fall weather was perfect and it was not crowded
