Amazing tour and a must go if you have the chance!

Our tour guide - Yoki, was amazing and was ensuring that we prepare and practice taking deep breaths before heading up the volcano. He also shared a lot of his knowledge around the surroundings and most importantly on how to identify the different stars and constellations.

A Worthwhile Excursion

I’m so glad my husband found this excursion for us on our first trip to the Big Island. It was awesome to have Donna as our guide — she is quite knowledgeable about the island, the volcanoes, the history and recent activity. You can tell she really LOVES sharing the proud culture of Big Island with us. Be sure to bring a jacket or wrap in case the wind is high on the mountain; it can get chilly! Lunch at the Mauna Loa stop hit the spot. Certainly a day well spent seeing more of Our Creator’s marvelous work!

Highly entertaining

Had a really fun time. Crew makes it seamless. I was a little worried about climbing down the ladder but managed just fine in flip flops. I would absolutely do this again; saw rays and a shark, schools of fish, shipwrecks, and the guide’s bad puns made my day.

The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and funny! Overall awesome experience! The mantas weren't really coming by us so the guide improvised and brought us next to the other boat where all the mantas were and it was absolutely epic!! He made sure we got to see the mantas up close and personal :)

Great tour!

This was a great tour to watch the sunset and do some star gazing. Great service too! We decided to go see the volcano erupting and were able to change our pickup point to the Mauna Kea Visitors Center. They knew we were in Volcanoes and called us to inform us of an accident that closed the road. They then sent a text telling us when the road reopened. That was above and beyond in my book. We had a beautiful sunset and super clear skies for star gazing. Only thing I would add is some red lights in the lot where we did the star gazing. The ground was uneven and it was really dark. Red lights would have preserved our night vision but still allowed us to see.

Take the trip!

We loved this tour! Meesha (?) was our guide and hilarious and knew so much history. Every stop was fun and just enough time. Did not feel like a whole day in the car- we loved it. First timers to Hawai’i so this was a great way to see a lot of the island sites in a day to figure out where we want to come back!

The cruise was absolutely perfect. The catamaran did not feel overcrowded at all. The crew was so thoughtful and friendly. It was a comfortable, down to earth experience. Best ATV Experience even for locals 110% satisfied

All I can say is this experience went beyond any expectations I had. I have done other ATV tours but this was by far the BEST. I came to big island for a weekend vacation with friends from Oahu and we were just blown away by how much fun it was. Hilo always rains and we did get drenched but it was all part of the fun. They had boots for us even going up to size 14 which my friend used. The rain added to the fun because we got to ride through puddles but surprisingly we didn't get dirty. Being born and raised in Hawaii I know a lot about the culture and about the plants but I actually gained a lot more knowledge through this tour. Our tour guides Hannah and Keoki were so amazing and had so much knowledge. We passed animals along the way and you start off on a good slow speed just to get used to it and then they kick it up a little and off you go. 2 hours of fun and education was well worth it. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely book again every time I visit. I highly recommend getting glasses that can record because you need both hands to ride. I got some good footage while riding with meta glasses using voice commands to record and take pictures. dont wait to book. JUST DO IT!!!!! =)

Volcano tour - first visit to big island

The most incredible day on the Volcano tour with Jeffrey ! We were lucky enough to get a night time visit to volcano national park with a lava eruption at night thanks to Mother Nature and Jeffreys extremely generous offer to loop back. The day was filled with incredible stories and knowledge and of course the stops were plentiful and engaging. Coffee stops, turtle stops, food stops and waterfalls and of course the main event - Volcano national park. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend this tour. There is no better way to see the big island ! Cannot thank Jeffrey enough for a memorable day and first visit to the big island

A Journey Through Time and Space with the Amazing Kyla & Mr. Tay

Still dreaming about last night’s tour! Mauna Kea provided a once-in-a-lifetime sunset and the most unbelievably amazing stargazing I’ve ever seen. This was my first time ever looking through an actual telescope, and it was mind-blowing! We had two incredible guides (stars ⭐️) who truly made the night. Kyla (her Hawaiian name means 'Peacemaker'!) was so passionate while sharing the cultural stories and legends of the mountain - it added such a deep, welcome meaning to the experience. And Mr. Tay was funny as hell while teaching us the astronomy side of things! The mix of science, storytelling, and humor was the perfect combination. 10/10!

Canceled due to cloud cover

We so looked forward to flying over Volcano National Park via helicopter. But the cloud cover was low, blocking any view of Kikeaua. Plus tge mountsin was only steaming, with no visible lava flows. We were offered a different route, viewing the waterfalls to the north, but declined. We tgen drove thru the park, viewing the Kileaua Cauldron. On the day we departed the Big island, Kileaua erupted. If I get to return, I will indeed book a helicopter visit with Safari! Our refund came graciously and quickly.
