This was a very smooth and efficient way to get from our hotel in Rome to the cruise pirt in Civitivecchia. Matt, our driver, provided great communication and was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at our meeting point early, only to find he was already there, waiting for us. We then picked up one more couple and then we were on our way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We shared interesting conversation and the ride seemed to go by quickly. This was a very easy and relaxing way to get dropped right at the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this service, and would use it again if I ever cruise out of Civitivecchia in the future. Thank you, Matt!

Marco, our driver, was in contact several days before we arrived. His communication was excellent. We were communicating once we arrived at the airport, and I let him know the passport control line was ridiculously long. He assured us it was no problem, and gave us details in where to meet him. Once we got our bags and met our driver, we were able to sit back and relax! It was a stress-free way to end a very long 15 hours of travel. Yes, the train is less expensive, but this was so easy and relaxing that I would do it again.

Great way to go!

Driver met us coming out of baggage claim holding a sign with my name on it. Loaded all my things including a walker into nice, clean 8 seater van. Very personable young man. We got to see a little of Rome as he delivered other passengers. Again helped with luggage at our hotel. Very pleased with whole operation!

Great service!

Our driver picked us up right in front of our hotel by the Vatican. Van was spacious and cool. The drive is very beautiful. Our driver was very friendly and pointed out some highlights along the way. Dropped us off right in front of the cruise terminal. Helped us load and unload our luggage and even made sure during pickup and drop off we had all of our items including phones and passports!

Gets You Directly to the Ship @ the Pier!

This was the safest, most comfortable way to get directly from Central Rome to our cruise ship. Eight adults and 17 pieces of luggage fit in the one van, the biggest we ever had in Rome. Emanuele loaded and unloaded the luggage and literally got us within steps of turning in the luggage at the pier. Smooth safe experience, kind and professional service. Great value! This will be my first choice anytime I need to catch a cruise again while staying in Central Rome.

Very satisfied.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The easy booking through Viator was immediately followed by a confirmation from the local operator (Decus Italia). About an hour before pick-up we were contacted by the driver to confirm he would be there at the scheduled time. We were driven very smoothly from Rome to Civitavecchia in a full size BMW sedan and delivered at the door of the embarkation terminal. All this for 20% less than the Uber quote we got.

Amazing Experience

The communication was amazing. We were off the cruise ship early and figured we would just wait for our pickup. Our driver texted me that he was already there and ready when we were. We located him right away. He helped my husband load the luggage and off to the airport. Air conditioned vehicle, water bottles waiting, Clean vehicle. Drop off was seamless. Very professional

Clean and comfortable luxury ride from Rome to the airport. Our driver arrived promptly & let us know he was outside our hotel. He also pointed out a few sites in an area that we didn't have a chance to see during our short stay in Rome which were very interesting. I was a little bit nervous about his arrival since after booking there was not too much communication (other rides/tours I have booked sent several messages) but I needn't have worried as the driver had it all in hand.

Superb Service!

First class! Perfect way to skip the hassle of finding your way in a big airport in a foreign city. There were many drivers awaiting passengers in the limo area, but Alexandru was the only one sharply dressed and with a bold electronic sign with my name (rather than the typical marker on paper sign). The drive was smooth and flawless. Utterly professional. We will never look elsewhere again.
