I was concerned when I found out my flight was delayed almost 2 hours and of course the new EES delays at the border control. But , firstly I was contacted one before I departed US, who my driver was going to be and with all my concerns, I was assured that my flight was been monitored and should not worry. Sure enough, just as soon as I arrived my phone rang and it was my driver, Roberto checking on me. Told me not to worry, and even sent me a picture of him so as to know what he looks like. Patrick was amazing. One thing to know about visiting St Peters Basillica is there’s absolutely no way to skip the line because security is required whether you’re with a tour or doing it solo. So plan to wait at least 30 to 60 minutes in the security line in St Peter Square. However, I highly recommend this tour, not only for what you will learn inside the basilica, but also what you will learn while waiting in line in St Peter Square. I’m not sure how this is possible, but Patrick made the wait in the security line as interesting as the tour inside the basilica itself. Patrick was so knowledgeable and engaging. We learned so much about the history of the area, the Vatican, and the Popes. The line is inevitable, but the experience with Patrick while waiting in line actually enhanced tour.

We were communicating once we arrived at the airport, and I let him know the passport control line was ridiculously long. He assured us it was no problem, and gave us details in where to meet him. Once we got our bags and met our driver, we were able to sit back and relax! It was a stress-free way to end a very long 15 hours of travel. Yes, the train is less expensive, but this was so easy and relaxing that I would do it again.

Amazing Service from Port to Hotel

Luca was amazing! His communication and service were of the utmost professionalism. Our family arrived via cruise line and Luca let us know the night before disembarkation when he would arrive. When we got off the ship (earlier than the cruise line told us) Luca was only 10 minutes away. My mother does not move well, and he helped make sure she entered and exited the vehicle safely each time. Never during our journey did we feel unsafe in the van. Luca showed a few points of interest, answered all of our questions, and delivered us to the front of the hotel effortlessly. Definitely would use this car service and ask for Luca again.

Clean and comfortable luxury ride from Rome to the airport. Our driver arrived promptly & let us know he was outside our hotel. He also pointed out a few sites in an area that we didn't have a chance to see during our short stay in Rome which were very interesting. I was a little bit nervous about his arrival since after booking there was not too much communication (other rides/tours I have booked sent several messages) but I needn't have worried as the driver had it all in hand.

From the moment we landed at Fiumicino Airport, the bus transfer into Rome city centre was an absolute dream. We found the bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal with clear signs, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable. The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station. What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight!
