Door to door service

If you have mobility challenges, you want door to door service, and money is not an issue, this is a nice way to get to your Rome hotel. The driver texted me when he arrived. He picked us up directly outside of the cruise ship luggage terminal door, 20 steps to the car—a Mercedes station wagon. The driver was very nice and gave us some sightseeing tips and a restaurant recommendation close to our hotel. I originally booked for a 9am pick-up but at the last minute requested 8:30am. Even though you cannot change the time within 24 hours of the booking, the driver arrived at 8:30am. All communication through the app was seamless and prompt.

First class! Perfect way to skip the hassle of finding your way in a big airport in a foreign city. There was a problem with the pick up time but Matteo quickly contacted the driver and got him to pick us up. The driver, also Matteo, was great. We had a very pleasant conversation during the drive and he gave us a quick tour of the colosseum and the president palace.

The cars arrived prior to the scheduled pick up which helped alleviate the stress of the ride to the cruise port.
