Booked & paid for this transfer months ago. They cancelled our pick up from our hotel to the airport just 45minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. Left us in a lurch. Unprofessional

we are sorry for the inconvenience but the driver was delayed due to a problem with a flight and the car that could do the service would not have been in time to pick you up ..
we warned, other companies don't.
Rome has a lot of taxis and you certainly didn't have any problems booking a taxi. Unfortunately, in this period the planes are delayed and create problems for all the transport companies.

My reservation was a 9:00 am pick up. The service wrote they would arrive at 8:00am. I emailed the company twice & tried calling them & Viator with no response from either. They arrived at 7:35am & ended up coming back after our scheduled time.

Dear Angela thank you for your review, however I would like to inform you that the departure day was Easter. These days Rome is very busy and there is a lot of traffic.
We have sent you an email with collection at 08.00 am because the transfer to the airport is 45 minutes without traffic. Once you arrive you have to check the covid and check-in.
all our airport transfer services are collected 4 hours before departure and 5 hours on public holidays.
You should appreciate that we take care of the customers, arriving earlier is not a bad thing and if the driver had to wait for you for the departure I don't see why they don't appreciate our care.
maybe you would have liked to call us because you didn't see a driver or arrive late at the airport to risk not leaving?
flights to america have a lot of checks, we want to make sure customers fly home.

Needed a 7:00 AM pickup from hotel to airport. Driver was waiting for us in lobby about 15 minutes early which we really appreciated. Got us to airport in plenty of time.

The driver was on time and helped with our luggage. We had no problems. There were six people traveling and we each had a bag and carryon.

I have paid for a van as shown on the transfer picture. So we had 3 suit cases. But since we were two passengers the ride that arrived was a mercedes car instead of a van. Then all of a sudden we heard the driver complaining in italian. We assumed he was complaining because he was angry on the phone and when he saw our suitcases that it was 3, he looked very disappointed and mad.
I hope next time, you make it clear on the options if you want to be definite. Because based on the picture, i have paid for a van to pick us up. Otherwise, i would not have booked this.
Furthermore, the driver did not bring us close to the entrance of terminal 3. He parked a bit far from the entrance considering there were parking slots near the entrance of terminal 3.
I do not if he done this deliberately because he was mad that we had 3 suitcases and he brought a mercedes car.
So i hope next time deliver what you have shown on the picture which is a van and not a car.

Our driver was not at the airport meeting point upon our arrival. Had to call several times until another driver responded and said our original driver could not make it. This was a 30 minutes delay. On the way back our driver was ahead of time waiting at our hotel.

We were a party of 3 but booked an 8 passenger van as we had a total of 7 suitcases/bags. The day before pickup we received a call to confirm the pick up time. However, when got downstairs there was a driver waiting in a small Benz, that would only maybe 4 of the suitcases. We had our voucher printed and showed the driver we were supposed to receive the 8 passenger van. He got on the phone with someone in Davide from management who tried to tell me I would have to pay an additional 20 Euro to have a Van pick us up. I was explaining to him that I had the voucher printed and was reading him the details when he rudely, ended the phone call and hung up on me. Long story short, we ended up having a van come to us at no extra charge, but we left almost 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time due to the mishap.The driver that came to pick up was very friendly and did his best to get us to the airport in time. However, my main issue is that the company tried to pull a fast one by cutting corners, trying to provide us a small car because I listed 3 passenger names even though we paid for a large 8 passenger van. Then they tried to scam me into paying an extra 20 Euro for the original car I already paid for. We paid for the extra space for a reason. Both drivers were very nice and did their best to fix the situation, but management is TERRIBLE. There are so many good tour operators in Rome that I will never waste my time with this company again. Thankfully we made our flight.

Our driver was outside the bag claim area with a sign waiting for us. He was the nicest man. He gave us a mini tour on the way to our accommodations. We also booked them round trip and had the same driver which is nice.

The trip to the airport from our hotel was a substantial distance going through the center of Rome. Our departure at the airport was at noon. We wanted to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure to clear customs and also avoid any traffic delays.The driver arrived early, loaded our luggage and got us to the airport with time to spare.Compared to taking a train and carrying your luggage this decision was well worth the money. .

I made a mistake about the pick up time and telephones at the last minute - they managed to send a. vehicle within fifteen minutes - three hours earlier than the time booked - absolutely great service - have used Viator for transfers all over the world and never had a problem - great.

We were pleasantly surprised at how early our driver came to our hotel 6:45am, we were concerned after the issue we had after landing in Rome. The gentleman was amazing! It was easy to communicate with him as well. He kept us very entertained with his wonderful stories. He honestly should get a raise or something because there were no issues from pickup to drop off.

The driver arrived promptly at the hotel to take me, my wife and daughter to the airport. Even though the trip can take 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic, we arrived at the airport in about 20 minutes. The car was immaculate and comfortable, and the traffic was light because it was a national holiday the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul. The driver was quiet during the whole trip, and when I offered to tip him upon our arrival at the airport, he declined. I would highly recommend this service.

We had 2 very rude drivers. They raced into the hotel rattling something in Italian. The staff in our hotel obviously understood because they assisted me with my bags to get them outside. It was nothing like the pleasant transfer we had to the hotel. There were 2 drivers and they didn't speak to us at all.

The driver and his vehicle were perfect . Showed up on time and met us in the lobby of our hotel and helped with our bags .
Outstanding service and even slowed down or pulled over so we could take some last minute pics to remember our visit.
This driver is the epitome of what good service is. I will remember how friendly the Italian people are just by how nice this guy was.

Our driver arrived early for our departure but no problem, he just sat outside and waited. There were 4 people in our party so the 8 seater Mercedes people carrier had loads of space and was immaculate inside and out. We wouldn't consider transferring to and from airports in any other manner before checking out this service in future.

The car service contacted the hotel 24 hours in advance to confirm our pick-up time. The driver was prompt even though our pick-up was earlier than the schedule listed on the web page.
He was prompt, courteous, and we arrived at the airport in advance of our departure time.
The only negative was that we were leaving Rome to come home.

Called the local number contact to confirm the day before. Told pickup was 10am. Driver had the wrong time, shows up at 8:30am and leaves after we obviously weren't ready. Company sent new driver at 9:30. Viator voucher had no info either which added to the frustration for all. Needlessly stressful

Die Beschreibung zum Treffpunkt war nicht gut. Wir mussten bei der Hotline anrufen. Dort sprach man nur ganz schlecht Englisch.
