The booking was easy, the staff was helpful when I called to add two friends of mine to the reservation. Tanner, Conner, Mitsy and Nick were super awesome, I was seasick and couldn’t participate in the activities, but they kept on checking if I was ok, asking if they could offer me anything. We saw a turtle and a sighting of the humpback whale. I would highly recommend going on this excursion with this crew if and when you are in the area. My children had a blast, thank you all for an amazing experience.

This was such a fun adventure even though we didn't see any whales. The crew was fantastic - made everyone feel welcome and safe and looked after us all very well. The crew were very knowledgeable about whales and freely shared this with everyone. Because no whales were visible everyone was offered a free repeal experince - this was a true reflection of their passion for what they do and the desire to ensure, as much as possible within their means, that everyone can experience the wonder of seeing a whale up close!! There was an ample supply of free drinks and snacks as well. Would highly recommend!!

Booked through Viator and the address for the meeting point in the app was incorrect which made it somewhat stressful. If you’ve booked a lesson at 3PM you’re asked to be at the surf center 20 minutes prior to scheduled lesson. So check you mail inbox for correct and detailed information. The instructor and co-workers were all friendly and skilled. My group consisted of one newbie (me) and three others who have tried surfing before. We all got individual tips how to improve our skills. This was clearly the most fun activity in Oahu!

The Rainbow Helicopter team is professional and helpful. They are really responsive to questions through the Viator app. Josh was the pilot for today's flight. He was excellent handling the bird and answering questions. It was my first helicopter ride and I felt confident in his ability to show us around the island and get us safely back on the ground.

In August 2025, my three kids (ages 18, 20, and 23) and I went parasailing with Go Hawaii Watersports, and it was truly unforgettable. Two of us were a little nervous at first, but Captain Dan and Nick instantly put us at ease with their friendly, personable, and funny approach. Once we were up in the air, we realized there was nothing to be afraid of—it was peaceful, breathtaking, and so much fun! We opted for the photo package (very reasonably priced), and I’m so glad we did. Nick captured incredible shots of each of us that we’ll treasure forever. Both Captain Dan and Nick were knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and clearly love what they do. What really stood out was their kindness—they went above and beyond to help us later with a special request, something we are deeply grateful for. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. We’re already planning to go back with them the next time we visit Hawaii. If you’re thinking about parasailing, don’t hesitate—Go Hawaii Watersports is the team you want!

It was a super fun and great experience!! The crew member on this tour are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Great energy. They helped with anything we needed. They provided snacks & drinks, and all the snorkeling gear we needed. Had lots of fun going out into the ocean!

This was a great tour and the guide was excellent at both sharing stories on the way to and from Pearl Harbor, but also preparing us to get the most out of our time at the USS Arizona and USS Missouri. Our time was adjusted due to availability of the boat shuttle to the Arizona memorial, but that is common. Communication on the change was excellent: a text, call and email. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We appreciated the pickup in Waikiki near our hotel!

The Tour Guide Will, was brilliant. His very informative and quirky way of expressing his knowledge regarding Hawaii, the memorial and the USS Missouri was fantastic. The memorial was good, however the trip on the USS Missouri was made the trip very worthwhile. A nice bonus was short trip was a trip around the city. A nice day
