Luis was an exceptional guide! 10/10!
Luis was a fantastic tour guide! He was very attentive to the groups questions and checking to see if we were comfortable. He had a wealth of knowledge and was always checking to see if there was something we needed or wanted. He offered great local tips and was such a joy!

More Than A Tour - An Experience!
We had an amazing experience on the St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 Tour with Jimmy! He was absolutely fantastic. You can immediately tell he has a true passion for the history of New Orleans and the community that makes it so special.
Jimmy shared that he was previously a history professor, and it definitely shows. He has a way of bringing history to life that is engaging, entertaining, and incredibly informative. We learned so much during the tour, and several of the stories and historical facts he shared will stick with me for a long time.
If you’re looking for a tour that’s more than just walking through a cemetery, Jimmy is the guide you want. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine love for New Orleans made this one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Fun and informative garden district walking tour
Booked this tour on a whim last minute as I had an unexpected free afternoon and I’m glad I did. The small group tour was lead by Erin, who was wonderful. She was a wealth of knowledge of the area, from the history to the architecture. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore the garden district.

Excellent!
This tour was the best! We got to learn about lesser known pieces of true history, not just fictional “ghost” stories for entertainment. Kate was an engaging and entertaining tour guide. The owner Christo accompanied us on our tour and he was very personable. We actually had a small medical emergency at the end of the tour, and both Christo and Kate stayed with us until EMS evaluated and gave us the all-clear. Then Christo even reached out to us the next day to offer additional assistance while we are in the city. A great tour and even better people! Thank you, Kate & Christo!

Fascinating ghost stories and a good time!
We had an amazing experience. We learned about the history, culture and the supernatural all at once through our experienced tour guide Orion. He is a fantastic storyteller and very knowledgeable about the historical aspects of the city. We really appreciated his style of storytelling and his candor.

Great New Orleans Jazz tour
This was an ideal tour to kick start my trip to New Orleans and the origins of Jazz.
Adam was so knowledgeable and his passion for the subject obvious. The Jazz bars he chose were a great cross section of music in the city and I came away feeling informed and inspired.

Great historical tour
Ari was a great tour guide. I have been on many NOLA tours, and this was the best in my opinion. There was a lot of historical information provided, and not just the shocker ghost stories are are tired. The pace was very good, 10/10 recommend a tour with Ari!

You should go, it’s worth it.
I was very happy with the tour all around. I felt the selection was balanced, the distance was fine & our guide, Beth, was amazing.
She was a wealth of knowledge, not only about NOLA, but every state each tour participant was from, she knew some tidbit of history.
Really enjoyed all the information we learned. Will I remember it? Hopefully, but it was a lot.
We had a vegetarian in our group & each establishment catered to his needs.
The first restaurant was very nice, it was at the meeting spot 3rd Block Depot. We ate chicken & sausage gumbo. I didn’t think I liked gumbo, but it was good.
Then we were off the Pepper Palace. We had ice cream with spicy sauce. It was hot!
Then we went to Leah’s Prailine. The brittle was so good I had to buy some.
The toNola Poboys. We had catfish poboy, boudin ball (very good) and muffeletta.
Then to to Creole Cookery. The restaurant was so nice inside. Ate beans & rice and bananas foster. Both were very good.
I had zero Complaints & would recommend.

Wonderful guide!
This was an outstanding tour, and our guide, Cynthia, was wonderful. It is clear how much she knows and loves New Orleans and really embraces the culture there. The tour was a good overview of the city and gave me great ideas for areas I would like to spend more time in.

An Authentic New Orleans Experience with Kristi
Kristi Vickers with Intrepid was an outstanding guide. Born and raised in New Orleans, she brought a rich, personal perspective on the city's history and shared fascinating insights into its architecture and agricultural roots. Her food recommendations were spot-on. Highly recommend Kristi for an authentic, memorable New Orleans experience!

This tour is a such a...
This tour is a such a beautiful tribute to the rich (and very haunted) history of New Orleans!! Our guide, Ariadne, was so lovely; each story was handled with great sensitivity and many had a wonderful (often spooky) personal touch. You could tell she is truly passionate about what she does. I even caught a little ghost orb in one of my photos. An all around fantastic experience!

This was my first-ever...
This was my first-ever hop-on hop-off experience, and I had a great time. It honestly set the standard for me, and I’ve since taken similar tours in Barcelona and Buenos Aires. I now see it as a great first stop in any big city abroad.
I understand these tours are run by different companies, so the experience can vary depending on things like how clear the pickup points are and whether the tour is guided/narrated or mainly an audio headset experience. The New Orleans tour, in particular, was very informative and full of history, and we really enjoyed using it as a convenient shuttle around the city. It also helped us avoid relying on cabs, which made getting around much easier.
One thing to note is that some streets were blocked off due to Mardi Gras preparations, which affected parts of the route. It might be helpful if that was made clearer in the description, especially around seasonal route changes from January through March.
Overall, a really enjoyable and practical way to explore the city, and I would recommend it.
