Never found our tour guide. Talked to every group in the area. We were not late for the tour. Early. It was a bummer.

Gomez was amazing…funny, knowledgeable, and full of energy! He brought every ghost story and mob tale to life with the perfect mix of history, mystery, and humor. Check out the latest instructions on where to meet as there are multiple tours starting from the same vicinity. Very informative and interesting tour. Walking distance was not excessive. Our tour guide Ashley was friendly and personable. Do sign up for the extended tour for extra stories.

This is not worth the time or money. I have gone on many Viator tours and this one was the worst. I’m sure there are probably other more interesting ghost tours to select from.

This is the only Viator tour we have ever taken where we were extremely disappointed. After reading the excellent reviews, we were looking forward to this event. During our tour we had the impression our guide that evening might be filling in for the regular guide. He could not answer questions, but said he "could look it up for us", but he did not do so. He suggested that he had personal experience with some of the spirits he described haunting different homes, which was not believable. We did not see the pharmacy museum at all. There were some inappropriate comments made that I will share if contacted by a Viator representative. Our guide was very conscious of checking with us to see if we were okay with the walking (which we all were) which was considerate. We had booked the extended tour, but by the end of the regular tour we were more than ready for it to be over. We did see many ongoing tours that evening with other companies, so we would recommend you find another tour if you are interested in a ghost tour. This is not the one though...at least not that night.

I hate to give a bad review and it had little to do with our guide. There we several other groups also doing the tour but we were the only ones on our tour (my husband and I). You’d think this would be an advantage but it really added nothing to the tour except a slight awkwardness since the focus was all on us. That said, it’s basically just s walking ghost story that wasn’t narrated that great. I think we’d heard most of the tales but we felt no more educated throughout the tour. It was really quite boring and passing the other groups, they seemed to be having a better time. 2 hour walk— better ghost stories on tv. I expected more chills and thrills although one location had very heavy energy that was indeed palatable.
