Overview
Immerse yourself in Hawaiian culture with a visit to a traditional luau. Your driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the luau, where you'll be greeted with a lei and a cocktail. During the course of the evening, you'll have your fill of Hawaiian food while watching a live Polynesian show. You'll also have the chance to participate in additional activities, including headband weaving.

Transfer was easy, departure time was around 4pm. The show was great, food was ok, nothing special. Would probably look for better food next time!
The food was good and the entertainment was excellent. The fire dancing was exceptional. The Chief is quite the comedian. We really enjoyed everything.
Everything is at their pace. So you will lose your drink tickets and pretty much be told to pound sand.
The luau performers were wonderful! We enjoyed watching the show. The Chief was funny and entertaining. The cost was not proportional to the event I don’t think. There are 3 ticket options based on seating and number of free drinks. The seating wasn’t very different in the three sections. Since there were just tables on the ground in front of the stage, everyone had a good view.
It’s at Wet and Wild, so it does loose some of the authenticity. If you want the whole cooked pig brought out and the natural environment, this isn’t it. It began raining pretty hard, they gave us rain ponchos but ultimately had to cut the program short I believe. But the fire show was awesome!
100% Hawaiian family entertainment. The live music and dance was excellent. The buffet was good. The Chief recognized birthdays,wedding anniversaries, veterans and included audience In the show. Several Pacific islands were recognized with their music and dance. One con is the water park bathrooms which are dark. Dancers are skilled with fire and ice, using weapons and poles. Our bus driver, Lisa,was funny,informative and made us feel like family. We learned a lot about Hawaii with her talk during the ride from the cruise port.
The show is fabulous but
Guests know that it is a buffet dinner. The dinner was very average with very small paper plates .I was expecting great food to match the traditional experience.
They changed the location. There is no roasting of the pig in the pig coming out the ground the view that I saw from the previous referral showed that the ocean view and the cats just was overwhelming with cats, and it was at a waterpark. The actual set up wasn’t bad, but the fact that you had to walk away so far for your food just wasn’t and then the bar was far away, so the experience wasn’t what I expected for the price that I paid.
The performance itself was amazing and truly the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing because of the food and the location.
The luau was held at what appeared to be an old golf land/water park, which was not at all what I expected for the price of the tickets. There were also stray cats roaming throughout the area, which took away from the overall atmosphere and made the setting feel less enjoyable.
While the entertainment was excellent, the food and venue did not meet my expectations. Knowing what the location and overall setting were like beforehand, I honestly would not have purchased the tickets.
The entertainment is great. The main guy is funny and held the kids attention. Entertainment was great. Food was meh. Our bus driver was informative and funny. We had an issue with the bus, but it got corrected quickly with a new bus.
Loved this show! The entertainment and food was wonderful. We had the transfers to and from our hotel and found our driver to be prompt and personable. I would recommend this activity for couples or for the whole family.

“Excellent show! My husband and I have been to Chief’s Luau twice, and both experiences have been amazing. The first time we attended, my husband proposed to me, so Chief’s Luau will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We returned this time to celebrate our 2-year wedding anniversary, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Chief is absolutely hilarious, keeps everyone engaged throughout the entire show, and does a great job making everyone feel included. The entertainment, atmosphere, and overall experience were fantastic. We have truly enjoyed ourselves both times and would definitely recommend Chief’s Luau to anyone visiting Hawaii. 🌺❤️🌴
Such a wonderful show! Humorous and informative! The fire dancers were phenomenal, I couldn’t take my eyes off the stage! The food was great and the atmosphere was unmatched! I would pick Chief’s Luau again!

We had the best time! Kid approved menu we loved the food loved the entire village overall 10/10 experience. The driver was so sweet had no problem locating pick up location
This was an absolutely wonderful Luau. Being able to book with transportation to the Luau was very helpful. Food and drinks were very good & plentiful. A lot of fun things to do and many opportunities to interact with the performers. The Chief was very funny & also very informative. Another huge plus was they didn't solicit for tips or reviews!! Highly recommend!
The show was outstanding, you'll be amazed at the talent on display. It was truly a party atmosphere! The food was good, and it was nice to be able to try some Hawaiian food (poi, tarot, etc.).
I don’t usually expect much from a buffett, but the food was really good and plentiful!

Although this luau is located in a Wet N Wild, it was still a great experience and show without the sand. Food was good and plentiful.

Too many people felt like a herd of cows, standing around long times before you can get in and too be so expensive I just expected more. Lining up like I’m in a school lunch line to get food was not what I expected. They did their best to make you have a good experience but honestly I think my expectations were too high. My first and last luau most likely.
The Luau is outside no overhead cover. The show was great with explanation of the different cultures represented. The food was awesome and there was plenty of it. Overall experience was awesome. Cousin who was bus escort was entertaining and informative on the trips.
The experience was informative and gave detailed historical data about the island people. The host was very humorous. The dancers and the costumes were very colorful and exciting. The whole experience was interactive and the food was authentic and delicious.
Chiefs luau has the most friendly staff and the experience was so easy to book. It was such a fun experience whether you go with friends, family, or a partner, the luau is funny, entertaining, and so welcoming. Definitely recommend.
Entertaining night. Decent food. No need to buy higher package. Good fire show. Gets a little chilly by the end of the night.
MC did a fantastic job. Audience participation was promoted which made the sense of Ohana meaningful. It was interesting to experience the different performances based on the island they originated from.
